Dear Member of Casino Meister.

I have read on another forum about a player who was too lucky on slots on casino33. Casino33 payed the money and then disabled the account, stating she or he was "to lucky".

When I first read the thread I thoght it was a story of bonus and terms and conditions. But the player didn't even use bonuses.
And a rep. called Barry from casino33 sent a message stated that "Even in Vegas if you keep hitting a casino everytime you visit don't get shocked if they ask you not to come back anymore."

And the rep Barry also stated that there was no cheating, the player just had a good streak.

The behaviour of casino33 is irrelevant and unproffesional.

Why should a casino really bother about who wins the money? The casino business is built on house edge. Some percent of evey wagered coin goes to the casino. It is bulit in the software/game.
As we all say, the casino wins IN THE LONG RUN.

Well, if the casino can't deal with winners in SHORT RUN, there must be more problems than a lucky player in my point of view.

The solution for lucky players from casino 33 was that the player was welcome again to the casino, but bound to take bonuses on every future deposit with terms. Here was his suggestion:

"I would gladly take the player back on these terms.
20% bonus and 10x playthrough on all deposits made in the future"

Sounds nice to play at this casino, doesn't it?
I just wanted to inform you all of this.

Personally I will void this casino for ever!

WOW:eek::eek: Its getting worse each time you read these posts on some casinos,i know about being bonus banned but to be made to take a bonus to play at their casino, unfrigging real imo, almost makes you want to quit playing online or avoid places such as this................laurie

I know you can do better than that casino33rep.
This is all wrong to me.
You Win at your casino and you later kick the player in the @.
Come on What if it was you Winning would you like it?
I think it's time for a change in some rules you have.
It's not good to see this.
Thanks

Has anybody had their accounts locked due to winning too much on slots at an online casino? This recently happened to me at a newer RTG casino. I made three separate deposits with them all in excess of $400. I didn't take any bonuses and played their Real series slots. Avg bet size was $4-5 per spin.

Over multiple sessions I won including a random jackpot hit. This casino did pay winnings weekly, but recently i received information from them that they disabled account because "I was too good for them". I don't know how anybody can be too good in slots, just lucky. They even said the software confirmed that i was just lucky.

I think this casino has cashflow problems and that's why they did this. what constitutes "winning too much" because i know they would never lock me out for losing too much.

Just wanted some opinions of this.

This player has deposited on various occasions and is yet to have a losing session.

As casino manager it is always my choice to decide if I want a player to play or not.

She is not the definition of a recreational player.

I paid her on time for all her winnings and then asked her politely not to play anymore.

If I had a guaranteed method of winning on slots, i'd be retired by now. That's really funny because we all know it's the hardest thing to win or land based or online. That's what i said to the casino manager over there. The RTG slots are really tight these days so they probably don't expect anyone to get lucky sometimes.

I really believe it's a cashflow problem for them. The one thing that really bothers me is that they congratulate you on your winnings and seemed legitamately happy people were doing well there and then they go and do this.

By the way, one of the deposits made was lost in it's entirety so the statement the casino manager made was not true. Also, what is the definition of a "recreation player'? Is it someone who bets 40 cents to $1.00 per spin? Need further clarification.

Hello my name is Barry, I'll be taking over posting on the fourms.

The player in question had a very good lucky streak, on just about ever deposit. We understand that the player did not cheat, but was just very lucky.
Even in Vegas if you keep hitting a casino everytime you visit don't get shocked if they ask you not to come back anymore.

In the sports book business if a player starts to win too much they are sent packing, not because they cheated in anyway but because they are considerd sharp! In this case eventhough it was slots we look at this play as a sharp player.

I really want to know what is your secret to hitting the RSVL?

As Dirty Harry once said.
I know what you're thinking: 'Did she spin six times or only five?' But to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I've kinda lost track myself. But being this is a RTG RSVL, the most exciting slots in the world, and could blow your wallet clean empty, you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do ya, player?

I would gladly take the player back on these terms.
20% bonus and 10x playthrough on all deposits made in the future.
Thanks for listening,

I thought my post went though yesterday, but I guess it did not.
The player in question was just really really lucky. It is not uncommon for casinos to ask players not to play with them, but it is mostly on table games which have more skill involved in the play.
I would love to have the player back but they must play with a small bonus attached to the deposit. If she would please email me I will give her the T&C's. I know it sounds strange but she is just to good to play with out some type of play through.
If I may ask a question.
Have you been stopped from depositing in other RTG casinos?

Thanks,
dk6724 said:
First of all, I usually lose at all RTG casinos. So, when I finally did get lucky somewhere, my account was disabled. I don't feel I should have to take a bonus anywhere if I don't want to. I was telling this story to another RTG casino manager over the phone and he said to me "we would never lock you out for winning" because it's part of gambling....win or lose.

I too have read alot of negative posts about Casino33.com lately and don't even feel comfortable about the stability of this casino at this point. My suspicions about cashflow problems appeared to be right on target.

While I enjoyed my time there, I don't appreciate the way I was treated and really can't trust this casino anymore.

Wow, that is about the stupidiest thing I have read on a gambling forum, ever.... Talk about beeing retarded.. Do you not even get the simplest forms of mathematics Casino33?

Especially like the part about beeing kicked out from Vegas if you are on a winning streak.. :p

Kicked out of a landbased casino when you're winning on SLOTS?!?
Get alive man, they wil treat you like a king instead and make sure you come back to lose it!!
Until now I gave C33 the benefit of the doubt, but this takes the cake, this is just too friggin' unreal.

Congrats C33, you just made sure this player will have his/her guaranteed losing session in ANOTHER casino, not yours.
A really smart move!

Looks like we have to introduce a new term as wel, after 'bonusbanned' we now also have 'bonusforced'

They have locked my account too for being too lucky :what:
Like I would even re-deposit after all these news

it rings of a shoe string operation  they should sell shoes

I think they maybe dealing with a short deck in the shoe.
I hope they get this all ironed out or............
Don't be a Heel about all this and fix it casino33.

If this casino had an adequate bankroll to be in business this would not be an issue. The problem is, I believe this casino has cashflow issues and is severely undercapitalized, as evidenced by all their phone calls they make to solicit players to deposit. There is a thread on this somewhere around here with a Casinomeister warning. Say hello to your next rogue casino, folks.

Fair enough, you asked and we listened. The account is open.

After treating this player like dirt for winning on SLOTS (I still cant believe it), this is the only thing you have to say?

How about the constant deposit-shopping via unsolicited phone calls?

How about attempting to force a player to accept a 20% bonus on every deposit?

How about that ridiculous statement of yours regarding being asked to leave a vegas casino for winning on slots?

How about an APOLOGY to the OP???

Geez, talk about arrogant. You arent a certain Rockbet manager in disguise are you??

Given Barry's recent posts, and CMs warning of financial problems, anyone who plays at Casino33 must have rocks in their heads!!

Never casino 33

Well, every person can do wrong. But I really think nifty29 has a point here. They do open the account because of the protests here, but I don't think they understand what wrong way of thinking this is to have a business like a casino and treat a player like that. I will never have confidence in such casino, ever. I started this thread to worn you. I think - in point of view - this is beyond apoligies. This is a basic error in policy.
Sorry.

Even in Vegas if you keep hitting a casino everytime you visit don't get shocked if they ask you not to come back anymore.

Hiya: Ummmmmmm Wrong! Maybe before you use Vegas as an example, you should come visit here first. I have lived here for over 10 years, and can count on 1 hand, the number of players asked to leave a casino. It is, 0-zip-nada-none, and so on.

Outside of Card counting, "verified by black book, or security camera", or a Player cheating, or in coerision with the dealer, NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN ASKED TO LEAVE A CASINO IN VEGAS, because they were, "TO LUCKY".

I am not SHY. I have actually asked this question more than a dozen times here in Vegas. "Can i get banned for Winning all the time"? NO. Lets take the Wynn as example. I played there 14 times in less than 2 months. In 14 trips, i walked out with more money than i walked in with 14 of 14 times. From between $200 up to $5200.

what did the Casino do? Bann me? Hell No, they used me as a promotional tool.

Dealer: Hi, Mr. Never loses.
Other players: Really, he never loses?
Pit Boss: Unless he is coming in when i am not on shift, i have never seen him lose.
Dealer: If i was on the other side of the table, i would just bet what he bets.
ect. ect.

What deos this have to do with on line casinos? Only Everything. You are an Idiot if you do not understand that you, NEED WINNERS. You need Mr. Lucky to WIN, and to Post/Brag about it. You, the Casino, need to follow up, and confirm that he really is winning. WHY?

A Loser, will bring, "One" person to your Casino.
A Winner will bring, "One Hundred" People to your casino.....

Anyone Casino Owner who does not understand this, needs to put the 4-sale sign up, and go do something else. There is a saying in Apartment Management, and other things that goes, " If you can not afford to fix it, you can not afford to own it"

This can be applied to OnLine Casinos. "If you can not afford to Pay the Winners, You can not afford to run it".

Casino33's would only take the player back if she took bonuses on all deposits in the future.

This should help confirm my previous posts and threads that explained how much the bonus with play through requirements is in the casino's favor.

This is just one of many of my comments on bonuses.

Tradition casino mentioned in a post here how they added over 325% more when compared to actual cash deposits with bonuses. Was this statement a result of trying to show how generous the site is, or how stupid the players must be? They certainly didnt get into the business to give money away.

Their is not much to add to this rogue casino33. No doubt if comments made were facts, they should be rogued here immediately. This is like a scene from the movie "Dumb and Dumber".

My opinion isn't going to be popular........but the casino did have the right to boot the player for whatever reason they desired to, however it wasn't a smart decision considering the player might make it public knowledge, (and they did). They shot themselves in the foot, so to speak and have hurt a already damaged image.
It's also the players prerogative to not play there anymore, hope they exercise that option.

The solution for lucky players from casino 33 was that the player was welcome again to the casino, but bound to take bonuses on every future deposit with terms. Here was his suggestion:

And voila, there we have it, folks. I'm with you, L'Arsenne.

Wow, I normally only read the posts rather than join in but this is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard!

As others have already said, any casino should want to keep you playing for as long as possible, especially as a slots player.

Well played C33, send them away to lose the money at a rival casino, top marks :eek2: (to OP: not that I want you to lose of course!)

I have to say though, I wish I had a lucky streak good enough to make a casino close my account!

Hiya: again.........Well if they are going to give the Boot to the Lucky Player, then they also, need to give the Boot to the UNLUCKY Player. If you Win hundreds of dollars, all the time, and are now thousands of dollars ahead, and get Booted, then the Players who has lost hundreds of dollars, going thru dozens of deposits, and has lost thousands of dollars, You need to Boot him out also.

This is beyond retarded. I know one owner family of 3 land based casinos and over 30 game halls, they always tell me the best thing that can happen to them is that their players win in their first sessions.

We do stop players that have lost too much as this may be problem gambling.

Not all calls are for deposits, we give all new players a call, to say how are you doing, did you enjoy our casino and so on.
The reason for getting the player to play with a 20% bonus was meant to say a 20% max bonus on their deposits. (Sorry for the misinterpretation.)

I'll give more later on the Vegas comment.

No, there is no financial problems at all.

Thanks,

So....

This casino has had a warning issued against it regarding it's possible insolvency.

They managed to convince CM to rescind the warning, swearing up and down that they are NOT going out of business and have plenty of money to honour their obligations with.

Now they ban winning players?

Why?

The only logical assumption that one can make is that they are NOT financially capable of meeting their obligations.

Thank you Casino33 for prodding me to get around to uninstalling the casinos that will never get my business.
I've been procrastinating too much lately. ;)

First to be deleted: casino33 (of course)

I have already said we would take the player back. The account is open.

Unfortunately, the damage is done, and CANNOT simply be undone by reversing this decision.
I suspect that it is the PUBLIC DISCUSSION of this case, and the fact this was SLOTS play, and with NO BONUSES, that forced your hand. No amount of apologising will take away the fact that you made this decision in the first place, AND used the Vegas "card counting" argument to justify it, even though the games were SLOTS. There is STILL the risk that other slots players will be booted for being "too lucky".

In the bigger picture, this is just the kind of case that perpetuates the myth that "all online casino games are rigged, not random", and YEARS of assurances, third party TST testings of RNGs etc are flushed down the bog overnight by ONE careless, but OFFICIAL explanation from a casino operator.

This was tried before by Heroes Casino. Faced with paying out more than they could afford, they made one excuse after another, finally telling the player they cheated by "observing patterns", and being able to predict which cards the RNG would produce next, and betting accordingly. GaleWind, the software provider, would have none of it. They yanked Heroes' license, paid the player out of their own pockets, and THEN had to repair the damage because an OPERATOR had more or less admitted that the software was non-random, and could be beaten by observing patterns in past events.

The ONLY logical explanation for making such a decision in the first place is that you TRULY BELIEVED your SLOTS could be beaten by what you called a "sharp player", and were confident that said player would keep on beating the slots unless they were shown the exit. This itself can ONLY happen were your SLOTS RIGGED, and this "sharp player" had found the "pattern" that enabled them to outsmart the games. This would be the slots equivalent of the "card counter", and it IS true that a player who continually wins, AND is found to be "card counting", WILL most likely be asked to leave a Vegas casino (or told to play the slots instead:D)

This tale will have other players running for the exit because such a decision implies the slots are NOT RANDOM, and LOSING players are therefore going to assume they have been cheated, rather than having lost due to "being unlucky".

Mathematically, the slots will return 97.5% back to the players as a group, so even if ONE player is "too lucky", this will be compensated for by players who are "unusually UNlucky", and don't even get their 97.5% RTP.
Long term, for EVERY $ bet, the casino will make 2.5c (assuming you are STILL on 97.5% as boasted in the past) - some individual players will win, some will lose. Booting out any individual player will MAKE NO DIFFERENCE to this, because there is a ZERO element of skill in slots. The ONLY way to play "sharp" is WITH bonuses, and is often the reason casinos drop bonus offers (players beat them to +EV).

The "funny" (sad) part about the whole situation is that a casino operator does not understand such a fundamental part about gambling. It for sure left me baffled..

First CasinoJack, now this guy. Between the both of them they have proven their posts are more entertaining then playing at their casino. When I sign in here I'm actually looking forward to reading new posts from him.

As vinylweatherman explained there can't be any logical explanation for their behavior.

Like in all other businesses everything that happens reflects the thinking from the top. Sounds like a group of shysters from top to bottom.

Couldnt have said it better myself. I mean, CasinoJack said a while back to a player to "let him know when he deposits and he will turn the machines up so you can win" or something to that effect - the warning bells should have been loud and clear to all and sundry right then.

Why bother with a chop shop when you can play at well-established honest operators??

Just to bring this up-to-date on what has been said by dk6724

i said once before, I would never have had my account disabled if I was losing. Unfortunately, the actions of casino33.com to a winning player shows a lack of integrity and professionalism. We all know there are no "sharp" slot players, it's really just an excuse. A long time time ago, a rogue casino told me that i was an "advanced" slot player and they wouldn't give me any more bonuses. I asked how can a player be advanced in slots?

Casino33.com has shown signs of this mentality and was a huge red flag when they locked me out. Incidentally, they just locked account (no email or telephone call). i didn't take any bonuses on any deposits with them, so it was all my own funds I was risking. They were in trouble financially and this is how they chose to handle their "up and coming" casino. Bad management in practice. Period.

Im thinking something out of this "situation".......
This story somehow proves that casinos CAN NOT cheat if they want to.
They would have done it instead of banning the player.... wouldnt they?
Just a thought.

Let's get something straight here.

A casino has the right to refuse entry, or further play, to a player provided that it has paid the player fairly for all past custom.

That being said, is it good policy to ban a winning player? I don't think so. These are the players you want to keep coming back - don't forget that the CASINO has the edge...

Is it good policy to ban a player who constantly wins on slots?

I actually had this happen to me in a land base in Reno.
I was winning and winning on the machine I was playing at, the casino was rather empty, so I started playing the two machines next to me.

I was winning a lot those too. A floor man came to me and asked for my ID to prove I was old enough. ( I was ) He saw I was a local, and then wrote down my information, said congrads on you win, but you have to leave now and do not come back. It was insane!!

I have had this with UK fruit machine arcades. Maybe they thought you knew of a software fault in those machines, and they asked you to leave and not come back as cover to investigate, but WITHOUT having to admit to their suspicions.

A better way to have dealt with this would have been to switch off those machines, and hope you play others that you would eventually lose it all back on. Even if there WAS a fault, it would NOT be on ALL the machines.

Banning a slots player simply for winning is BAD PUBLICITY, as it makes other players believe that NOBODY is supposed to win, and that if you DO win, you MUST be "up to something".

This has been TERRIBLE publicity for Casino33 because it got aired in public, and not just on THIS forum. Taken together with all the other "funky" happenings and statements from various reps of this group, it paints a picture of managers who don't really understand the business they are in, and are making decisions based on superstition, not science. They should leave superstition based decisions to the PLAYERS:D

The story of the member who one several times @ Inetbet. Did Inetbet close their account?..no. Or Tonka69 who has amazing winnings did the casino close their account?..no. What makes Casino33 so special? What Casino33 did was a slap in the face. I am sorry closing ones account because you win too much is bull. If I was the OP I would take my winnings and get the hell out of dodge.

And please for the life of me. Stop calling me from (201) 555-1212 that is the number for information. I already told these guys I do not want to play there no more can they take a hint.

I wouldn't re-open my account if you paid me in gold.

Is that in the Bible?:p

Atlantic City basically has no trespass law.

Patron Abuse Attorney Bob Nersesian was challenging (reforming if you wish) the trespass/86 law in LV/Nevada but initially had not been sucessful. He had appealed but I am not sure of the current status. I am only aware of one other case, the RFID , that Bob has not been sucessful.

Somewhere on this site I previously posted the basis of the trespass law case. I believe Eliot J. is also somewhat familiar with the case but not sure.

Peace!!

EDIT:An interview with Bob on the trespass/86 case and other good info.for all players et al.
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

EXCERPT:

"What is the difference between being backed-off and being trespassed?"

"Being told to leave and never come back is a trespass. Anything less is being
backed off."

"If you are leaving the casino and the security guards are reading you the
trespass act, but you neither respond to any of their question or sign any
document in regards to this trespass reading, are you legally trespassed off the
property, or must you have signed the form to acknowledge their intentions."

"Youre legally trespassed if there is such a thing. I am currently challenging
the trespass law in reference to APs. Ken Uston did this years ago in Atlantic
City. Although a local federal court has ruled on the issue, and the Atlantic
City case was not adopted, the Nevada Supreme Court has never answered the
question of whether a casino can trespass a non-disruptive guest and bar them
from playing legally.

The argument, briefly, is that a Nevada statute requires that casinos remain
open to the general public, and that access to gaming remains open to the
general public. The statute contains an exception providing that casinos can
exclude patrons for any common law reason. The Nevada trespass statute is a
statutory reason, not a common law reason, and therefore would be trumped by the
statute mandating access. The question is then whether at common law a place of
public amusement could exclude any one for any reason, or whether there is a
conditionally revocable license requiring cause. New Jersey found the
conditionally revocable license. Other states are split, and as mentioned,
Nevada has never answered the question."

I re-installed Casino 33 just the other day and got a message saying I was not allowed to log in and to contact customer services....and I've never won a penny!! How do you you contact them anyway if you cant log in? Just uninstalled again and was trying to think why I did it it the first place!

Upon reading this thread I just had to put my two cents in:mad: I too re-installed Casino 33 the other day to find out my account was locked. Was told to contact customer service, but upon hearing about all the negative news lately, didn't bother.
This morning I decided to sign up to Playfair Casino (not knowing they and Casino 33 were sister Casinos). I download and registered with no problem but upon logging in my new account was locked. I went to live help and asked what the problem was. She looked up my account and said that the manager had put a lock on it. Why? I was shocked when she said for Fraud. I reminded her I just signed up and she replied that it most likely had to do with Casino 33, that my account had been locked since 11/23/09. I replied that was funny how could I possibly commit fraud on a casino I had never won anything at nor deposited?
and above all for my account being closed, that is funny...I just played a no deposit promotion there a couple weeks ago...
I think what that all boils down to is I didn't make a deposit after playing for free in which I actually met the playthrough wich was high but lost playing after the playthrough. I am a small depositer and am very choosy were I deposit...and boy am I glad I never deposited there. If there had been any issues they never contacted me and I am still as of this morning receiving their promotions, including a free chip just this morning. Go Figure!!
