Dear Member of Casino Meister.

I have read on another forum about a player who was too lucky on slots on casino33. Casino33 payed the money and then disabled the account, stating she or he was "to lucky".

When I first read the thread I thoght it was a story of bonus and terms and conditions. But the player didn't even use bonuses.
And a rep. called Barry from casino33 sent a message stated that "Even in Vegas if you keep hitting a casino everytime you visit don't get shocked if they ask you not to come back anymore."

And the rep Barry also stated that there was no cheating, the player just had a good streak.

The behaviour of casino33 is irrelevant and unproffesional.

Why should a casino really bother about who wins the money? The casino business is built on house edge. Some percent of evey wagered coin goes to the casino. It is bulit in the software/game.
As we all say, the casino wins IN THE LONG RUN.

Well, if the casino can't deal with winners in SHORT RUN, there must be more problems than a lucky player in my point of view.

The solution for lucky players from casino 33 was that the player was welcome again to the casino, but bound to take bonuses on every future deposit with terms. Here was his suggestion:

"I would gladly take the player back on these terms.
20% bonus and 10x playthrough on all deposits made in the future"

Sounds nice to play at this casino, doesn't it?
I just wanted to inform you all of this.

Personally I will void this casino for ever!

Regards
L'arsenne

I know you can do better than that casino33rep.
This is all wrong to me.
You Win at your casino and you later kick the player in the @.
Come on What if it was you Winning would you like it?
I think it's time for a change in some rules you have.
It's not good to see this.
Thanks

Has anybody had their accounts locked due to winning too much on slots at an online casino? This recently happened to me at a newer RTG casino. I made three separate deposits with them all in excess of $400. I didn't take any bonuses and played their Real series slots. Avg bet size was $4-5 per spin.

Over multiple sessions I won including a random jackpot hit. This casino did pay winnings weekly, but recently i received information from them that they disabled account because "I was too good for them". I don't know how anybody can be too good in slots, just lucky. They even said the software confirmed that i was just lucky.

I think this casino has cashflow problems and that's why they did this. what constitutes "winning too much" because i know they would never lock me out for losing too much.

Just wanted some opinions of this.

This player has deposited on various occasions and is yet to have a losing session.

As casino manager it is always my choice to decide if I want a player to play or not.

She is not the definition of a recreational player.

I paid her on time for all her winnings and then asked her politely not to play anymore.

If I had a guaranteed method of winning on slots, i'd be retired by now. That's really funny because we all know it's the hardest thing to win or land based or online. That's what i said to the casino manager over there. The RTG slots are really tight these days so they probably don't expect anyone to get lucky sometimes.

I really believe it's a cashflow problem for them. The one thing that really bothers me is that they congratulate you on your winnings and seemed legitamately happy people were doing well there and then they go and do this.

By the way, one of the deposits made was lost in it's entirety so the statement the casino manager made was not true. Also, what is the definition of a "recreation player'? Is it someone who bets 40 cents to $1.00 per spin? Need further clarification.

Hello my name is Barry, I'll be taking over posting on the fourms.

The player in question had a very good lucky streak, on just about ever deposit. We understand that the player did not cheat, but was just very lucky.
Even in Vegas if you keep hitting a casino everytime you visit don't get shocked if they ask you not to come back anymore.

In the sports book business if a player starts to win too much they are sent packing, not because they cheated in anyway but because they are considerd sharp! In this case eventhough it was slots we look at this play as a sharp player.

I really want to know what is your secret to hitting the RSVL?

As Dirty Harry once said.
I know what you're thinking: 'Did she spin six times or only five?' But to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I've kinda lost track myself. But being this is a RTG RSVL, the most exciting slots in the world, and could blow your wallet clean empty, you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do ya, player?

I would gladly take the player back on these terms.
20% bonus and 10x playthrough on all deposits made in the future.
Thanks for listening,

I thought my post went though yesterday, but I guess it did not.
The player in question was just really really lucky. It is not uncommon for casinos to ask players not to play with them, but it is mostly on table games which have more skill involved in the play.
I would love to have the player back but they must play with a small bonus attached to the deposit. If she would please email me I will give her the T&C's. I know it sounds strange but she is just to good to play with out some type of play through.
If I may ask a question.
Have you been stopped from depositing in other RTG casinos?

Thanks,

First of all, I usually lose at all RTG casinos. So, when I finally did get lucky somewhere, my account was disabled. I don't feel I should have to take a bonus anywhere if I don't want to. I was telling this story to another RTG casino manager over the phone and he said to me "we would never lock you out for winning" because it's part of gambling....win or lose.

I too have read alot of negative posts about Casino33.com lately and don't even feel comfortable about the stability of this casino at this point. My suspicions about cashflow problems appeared to be right on target.

While I enjoyed my time there, I don't appreciate the way I was treated and really can't trust this casino anymore.

Kicked out of a landbased casino when you're winning on SLOTS?!?
Get alive man, they wil treat you like a king instead and make sure you come back to lose it!!
Until now I gave C33 the benefit of the doubt, but this takes the cake, this is just too friggin' unreal.

Congrats C33, you just made sure this player will have his/her guaranteed losing session in ANOTHER casino, not yours.
A really smart move!

Looks like we have to introduce a new term as wel, after 'bonusbanned' we now also have 'bonusforced'

If this casino had an adequate bankroll to be in business this would not be an issue. The problem is, I believe this casino has cashflow issues and is severely undercapitalized, as evidenced by all their phone calls they make to solicit players to deposit. There is a thread on this somewhere around here with a Casinomeister warning. Say hello to your next rogue casino, folks.

Turn right, then right. then right again
Fair enough, you asked and we listened. The account is open.
After treating this player like dirt for winning on SLOTS (I still cant believe it), this is the only thing you have to say?

How about the constant deposit-shopping via unsolicited phone calls?

How about attempting to force a player to accept a 20% bonus on every deposit?

How about that ridiculous statement of yours regarding being asked to leave a vegas casino for winning on slots?

How about an APOLOGY to the OP???

Geez, talk about arrogant. You arent a certain Rockbet manager in disguise are you??

Given Barry's recent posts, and CMs warning of financial problems, anyone who plays at Casino33 must have rocks in their heads!!

Never casino 33

Well, every person can do wrong. But I really think nifty29 has a point here. They do open the account because of the protests here, but I don't think they understand what wrong way of thinking this is to have a business like a casino and treat a player like that. I will never have confidence in such casino, ever. I started this thread to worn you. I think - in point of view - this is beyond apoligies. This is a basic error in policy.
Sorry.

Even in Vegas if you keep hitting a casino everytime you visit don't get shocked if they ask you not to come back anymore.
Hiya: Ummmmmmm Wrong! Maybe before you use Vegas as an example, you should come visit here first. I have lived here for over 10 years, and can count on 1 hand, the number of players asked to leave a casino. It is, 0-zip-nada-none, and so on.

Outside of Card counting, "verified by black book, or security camera", or a Player cheating, or in coerision with the dealer, NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN ASKED TO LEAVE A CASINO IN VEGAS, because they were, "TO LUCKY".

I am not SHY. I have actually asked this question more than a dozen times here in Vegas. "Can i get banned for Winning all the time"? NO. Lets take the Wynn as example. I played there 14 times in less than 2 months. In 14 trips, i walked out with more money than i walked in with 14 of 14 times. From between $200 up to $5200.

what did the Casino do? Bann me? Hell No, they used me as a promotional tool.

Dealer: Hi, Mr. Never loses.
Other players: Really, he never loses?
Pit Boss: Unless he is coming in when i am not on shift, i have never seen him lose.
Dealer: If i was on the other side of the table, i would just bet what he bets.
ect. ect.

What deos this have to do with on line casinos? Only Everything. You are an Idiot if you do not understand that you, NEED WINNERS. You need Mr. Lucky to WIN, and to Post/Brag about it. You, the Casino, need to follow up, and confirm that he really is winning. WHY?

A Loser, will bring, "One" person to your Casino.
A Winner will bring, "One Hundred" People to your casino.....

Anyone Casino Owner who does not understand this, needs to put the 4-sale sign up, and go do something else. There is a saying in Apartment Management, and other things that goes, " If you can not afford to fix it, you can not afford to own it"

This can be applied to OnLine Casinos. "If you can not afford to Pay the Winners, You can not afford to run it".

Casino33's would only take the player back if she took bonuses on all deposits in the future.

This should help confirm my previous posts and threads that explained how much the bonus with play through requirements is in the casino's favor.

This is just one of many of my comments on bonuses.

Tradition casino mentioned in a post here how they added over 325% more when compared to actual cash deposits with bonuses. Was this statement a result of trying to show how generous the site is, or how stupid the players must be? They certainly didnt get into the business to give money away.

Their is not much to add to this rogue casino33. No doubt if comments made were facts, they should be rogued here immediately. This is like a scene from the movie "Dumb and Dumber".

My opinion isn't going to be popular........but the casino did have the right to boot the player for whatever reason they desired to, however it wasn't a smart decision considering the player might make it public knowledge, (and they did). They shot themselves in the foot, so to speak and have hurt a already damaged image.
It's also the players prerogative to not play there anymore, hope they exercise that option.
