if you use moneybookers the whole thing including docs approval should take a few hours.

iam not sure if they do process on weekends but they really care about their customers beeing satisfied, so i guess theres a chance, maybe:p


i read on other forums that us citizens which are not able to use mb also receive their funds in a short time by moneygrams or whatever;)

after approval the money was in , in my case.

Nice Winning screenies. My first dep went very quickly, but partly my fault took a huge SUB 400% so played big instead of smart. Gonna give em another whirl this weekend. Anyone know how long it takes for U.S. cashouts? QT, or wire?

We do have a max weekly of $2500.00 per week, other then that usually a day....Some Saturdays, never on a Sunday....yet...We still growing, give us time...

I have been playing with you a bit, and overall im satisfied even though my first win was paid with moneygram and not by moneybookers which i use with you.

However today i misused one of your slots coupons , (used it more then twice a day) , because the full terms and conditions of the bonus were not posted on your promotional email. The terms were posted on your website, but i was dumb enough to look, because partial terms were on the bonus e-mail itself.

Could you please in the future post the full t&c of promotions you offer on the promotional emails, it would avoid confusion.

The reason we do NOT post full in the emails is to try and keeps the emails as small as possible....i will however, pass along the suggestion...
 
I've tried this casino with a freebie. Made a small withdrawal 2 days ago to moneybookers (too bad they dont have neteller) But still no money...........In comparison to Inet, Titan and all star slots it takes way too long

I just opened an account here too (thanks Rob :thumbsup:) and I played the freebie and did a small deposit with the 400% - I totally bombed, no luck at all. Anyhoo that's the way it goes sometimes. The interesting thing is that I noticed that they use eWalletXpress and the minimum deposit is ONE dollar! :eek2: So if you have a couple leftover bucks in your eWalletXpress account......

Most of the time we allow only ONE free chip per household, and sometimes in between deposits we allow more.. In this case you have played 5 free chips in a row with no deposits, Jonathan, the casino manager asked for a fax back, and we don't have it still, and PLUS you are under the required min withdrawl on a free chip.

I spoke to him, and if you deposit 25 and faxback, you should be good to go.

For future though, please one free chip per household , and then deposit. Thanks..

This might have been solved by a pm. However, if what Jack says is true ie 5 free chips in a row without deposits then I dont see why he shouldnt make it public especially since you stated you havent been paid. He had to defend the casino right?
 
I would have corrected it. Thats why pm would have been better, if I didnt correct it, he could have made a comment about it.
I honestly didnt know you are not allowed to use more then 1 free chip. I got the codes by email so I really was convinced I could use them.
I'm not a complainer (look at my other posts at cm)
If I would have known I wouldnt made a comment, would I?

Also asked in the live chat about the withdrawal, the person could have told me that I wasnt allowed to withdraw, but instead he/she said I had to wait and it would be processed in 2 or 3 days.................... I have checked my emailbox every day, but I didnt get an email to send in my docs.

I appreciate the excuses from Jack (and hopefully he can send me an email about which docs to send in, cause I still didnt get it)
But like I said this thread should be about casino33 not about me. So I will stop replying to this thread.
