I just hit a very large jackpot and am curious about using wire transfer to withdraw. Does that draw unnecessary attention to your bank account? Is paytocard, even if done with multiple withdrawals, a better option? Any advice would be appreciated.

Congratulations!!
AS long as you are with a big bank no problem in wire xfers. I would redeem it in 2 chunks though so as not to draw attn unnecessarily.

As far as I know any transfer into any bank account in the US over $10,000 must be reported by the bank to the Federal authorities. Multiple deposits of near that amount have also been known to trigger investigations if it looks like the account holder is trying to 'stay under the radar'.

I would think the thing to do is to try to work with the casino and receive small amounts like $2000 to $3000 at a time, maybe by WU, and tuck the cash in the mattress until you can think of a viable way to explain it, perhaps a gift from someone you helped financially a long time ago who then moved overseas and made it big and wanted to repay your kindness or something along those lines. Consider your options carefully.

Congrats on the win.
I suggest you send me the money here in Ireland and i can look after it for you and send you a small bit a month to keep the tax people at bay.
Only joking hope you are sorted ok.

Agree totally with your recommendation to withdraw in increments of under $5000 per withdrawals. I always did an odd number with change. such as $3999.97 or similar to it. It looks better than a straight up even number when the descriptor shows refund etc.....

Congrats on your win!

As far as I understand, and who I've spoken to, I'd do less than $3,000 in wire per transfer. This is just what I've been told, but again, I do not work nor have I ever, at a bank. Congrats on your win!

Mine are no higher then 2000.
I have done pay my card and not a problem.

I don't know the amount you won, that would help we could kinda figure out how much you can and should send and how long it would take you. If you won at an accredited casino pm the rep they can help you. Congrats.. Now lets here the details.
