Hello. I am not that familiar with depositbonuses terms sometimes. I play at the casinos where there are no max. withdraws etcetera. I hate hidden terms.

Now I want to try 1 casino out. This is Fantasia Casino.
They dont have an online chat so I cant ask them directly.

So I am about to make a small deposit for their reload bonus. Now their terms are this:

The maximum bonus that can be claimed per player is $250
To receive the reload bonus you must insert promo code: RELOAD50 upon deposit.
Wagering requirements for the reload bonus are set at 40x bonus money received. For example: A deposit of $500 would result in an added bonus of $250. Therefore, the wagering requirement is 40 x 250 = 10,000.
Once the wagering requirements have been met, the $250 bonus money will automatically revert to real money and can then be withdrawn.
The reload bonus is available on all casino games and slots with the exception of jackpot games.
Real money must be staked before the bonus money comes into play.
The bonus cannot be forfeited once the bonus money comes into play.
The maximum amount of bonus money that can be withdrawn is subject to the amount of bonus money received. For example, if $250 bonus money was added to your account then the maximum amount of money that can be withdrawn is $250.
The maximum amount that can be claimed is determined by the player’s country of residence and payment methods available. For information on this please contact our customer support on support@casinofantasia.com
In case a dispute occurs, all decisions made by Casino Fantasia will be deemed Final.

Now, as an example: If I deposit €20 I will get a €10 extra, which makes a total of €30.

If I am right, untill I do not touch the bomus, I can withdraw any amount I made with the funds before using the bonus.
But do these terms mean that once I lost my initial deposit and start playing with the bonus of €10, that, however hot I run I can just request a withdraw f the bonus amount? So if I make from my bonusmoney €200, they will only let me withdraw €10? Is that correct or am I totally wrong?

Input much appreciated.

Thanks in advance all!

No idea if its one of the bonuses you can just forfeit if you haven't touched the bonus money yet.

But you were wrong on the second bit. It just says that maximum bonus money that can be withdrawn is same as was added. Which is pointless as you can hardly withdraw more bonus money than you received. But after playthrough you would be able to withdraw what ever balance you have.

The way I understand this from the details you have provided is that if you meet the 40x WR there will be no bonus money so you can withdraw whatever you want to.

The bit I'm not so sure on is whether you can W/D if you do not dip into the last tenner (bonus money) I would estimate that your tied in to that WR the moment you accept the bonus (£400 in your case)

There's only one or two sites (that I am aware of that do not tie your funds in and the bonus is more of a 'just in case backup') which one is BetAt where you can withdraw at anytime if you have not touched the bonus portion of your balance.

Edit:: Posted same time as Paul, but looks like we agree :p

thank you very much both for the very fast answers!
I am going to try a few casinos also for my future website.
Appreciate it again for the fast answers.

I had tried to check it out to see if I could see anything in their terms that would say whether you can cash out anytime if not touched the bonus yet but as it doesn't accept UK players I cant even get to read the terms.

Hopefully some non UK player will have played there and know. If not id wait and find out from casino how they definitely work. Good Luck:thumbsup:

And Jon it seems most times I do agree with your posts. Not sure if that's good or bad lol:D

For the Novomatic fans...
They dont have many slots, but they have some I did not find in other Novomatic casinos (besides maybe Stargames, but they dont allow my country anymore).

They claim to always pay within 24hours and the few stories I read so far are okay.
They just dont have livechat which is annoying. Though they seem to answer within 24hours.

As a big Energy Casino fan I will still mostly play there but lets try them out.
Will report.

New id read stuff before about this casino. For advice on them maybe be a good idea to ask coxwel who is from Germany as he started a couple of threads about the casino a while ago. Was stuff to do with bonuses etc. so he will probably have the answers you are looking for.
