i join royal vegas as a new player angd got ten pound free i play all wagers and requested a withdrawn and depoist 20 pounds off my bank card i wait up 2 three weeks for it be prossessed and then i got a email saying i had open muilty account to play the free play and different email address and i can ensure u ive not open no accounts other than the one my card is registered to me annd as far as im aware no other account are active in my name what ive apply to open unless someone else as open then and played free play as there account are not verifed and there for they must off been open without my concent ,i would be really gratefull if you could plzzz help me with this is faud if id of open the account i would now that i just logg into my old account , so now my accounts been locked with the funds i won fair and square as i really wasnt aware i had a account i depoist 20 pound and royal vegas accepct payment so royal vegas took my money know i so called opened other account and i would not be allowed to withdrawn so i was trowing money away cos i could never win and to me that breaking the law as i was being conded ive a lot of family and frenids gamble so that the only thing i can thik is it been used for people who know the bascis but ive only ever one active casino account and i hope and pray u can help me with this plzzzzzzzzzzzz as i feel like i been locked out of my veried account that i opened as my detail must of been useed by someone else can u help me unlock my account plxxxxxxxxxx
 
Is that your account number that you've used as your CM username? If so, you need to change it ie. have a moderator change it for you.

As to your problem, you should PAB and let Max sort it out. But if there is evidence of more than one account from your name, computer, household, etc.....it won't go far, and you could end up banned from here as well.

Where are you from btw?

A few things here: first off - read the rules when it comes to posting complaints. This is exactly one of the reasons why we had the complaints section closed to newbies - you didn't read diddly-squat. Did you post your complaint in the correct forum? No. Did you post your complaint in a coherent manner? No. Have you informed the Casino rep? No.

I closed your poll since it's nothing more than a tool to beat up the casino with. Additionally, I changed your user name to rvr. Using your account name is a pretty stupid thing to do, wouldn't you agree? :rolleyes:

You state that you did not open multiple accounts but you, in fact, opened:
4 Royal Vegas accounts
2 7 Sultans accounts
3 Platinum Play Bingo accounts
2 Fortune Room accounts
3 Giggle Bingo accounts
5 Platinum Play accounts

In the process you claimed the free spins 7 times !

The money you claimed to have won was as a result of these free spins.

In the other forum you stated that you opened these accounts "with brothers and sisters" only after I mentioned all the above accounts. We only allow one account per household in terms of our Terms and Conditions.

We regard this matter as closed.

Answer is -----YES. It is clearly stated in their T&C and this has been in the T&C for all the years I have known Fortune Lounge Casinos, of which is a very very long time, only 1 account per household, computer etc. Sorry but you need to read T&C before trying to open multi accounts.

You should PAB against your PARENTS then:D I don't think a SISTER of mine would be too impressed whilst struggling through her schooldays having been called BRIAN:D (I don't actually have a sister called Brian BTW).

It seems some players fail to realise that it is not only WINNING accounts that get checked. Data from ALL accounts is checked during the initial audit, and careless attempts to fool the system like this just don't work.

It is by no means a record, there was a case where the rep revealed that a player had created over SEVENTY accounts in order to attempt to beat a free chip before they finally managed to generate a withdrawal. They also got "busted".

OP has also ADMITTED in a misguided defence that ALL these accounts were created by "brothers & sisters", so I see no way out of this for the OP other than to concede defeat, and gracefully accept the turning of their username to RED.
