Hi all,

I had a cash-out on the free $50 that Buzzluck Casino sent me in the mail

I made wagering and cashed out $405.00

It sat in the cashier for 48+ hours and I recieved several e-mails from the cashier

stating the progress. They also asked verification again.

They then asked my to verify I was still using the same bank as in 2009.

I submitted all the info they wanted. With all the great communications, I thought this

going very smoothly. Wrong!

This morning I get a reject notice and it says the money is back in "play" status.

I logged in and re-requested a cash-out.

And so it starts!

I knew this would not go smoothly, I just knew it.

I state this quite often on the forum, and I say it with 0% sarcasm, just honesty:

My GOLDEN Rules:

1. NEVER play with Bonus Money
2. NEVER forget rule number 1.

100% of my withdrawal issues were related to bonus money.

100% of my withdrawal successes were related to winnings using NO bonus money.

Hope it works out.

Thank you for your comment. I usually don't play with "deposit bonus money" I do not wish to tie my

money up with a bonus. But, when it comes to a freebie, from a casino group where I have deposited and

played for years(and cashed out from), I'll take it.

You wouldn't take a $50 freebie with a 2x wagering???

What a pain.... please do not play it as it is probably still considered tied to the bonus and should you win more, it would be forfeited. Please contact the forum rep and see if s/he can provide clarification as to the hold up. But then, it's Friday, so this will probably fiddle along till the first of the week.

Good luck.

My answer is no. I have found it is not worth my time, as it has always led to issues come payout time. I have found it personally more advantageous to use $50.00 of my own, win $200.00 or so, and make a cash out with no added stress, just a simple payout.

However as you mention you have a good relationship with the casino, so again I wish you well and hope to hear that you receive your winnings fair and square.

No, I won't play it. It was from those "Olympic" bonuses they sent in the snail mail. With a 2x wagering and 10x max cash out, it sounded great.

Since I cashed out $405, it wouldn't do much good to try to get it to the $500 max.

I know I made wagering early on in the day and played the next day for a while before I hit a good one.

This morning I get a decline in my e-mail. With the comment """If you have not already received

personal contact from us detailing the reasons for this please do not hesitate to get in touch.""

I went back into the casino software and re-requested my withdrawal, this time through "pay-my-card"

and called support.

She said it is fine now that we have spoken and she will e-mail the cashier (I have already done that)

and it should be fine now.

Sure, it is..............

If BuzzLuck is under the ClubWorld umbrella, why the problem? I have been a patron of theirs for YEARS

and have cashed out many times.

Just to wrap this up....

I just received an e-mail stating my winning were processed to my "method of choice" this morning.

One week(07/24/2012) from original withdrawal to processing.(07/31/2012)

Too long in my opinion, but, at least it is on its way.
