I just went to check out Boyle Casino's rep on the accredited page due to having some issues withdrawing from there. The account BoyleCasino.com listed as Operations Manager is a dormant one. I did a search and seems like Keith Hathaway has been dealing with the Boyle related player issues so might I suggest adding him there instead :thumbsup:

Also the cashout time which is stated as 24hrs is false. After my first withdrawal request I got some odd email saying that they tried to process my withdraw but ¨it did not push through¨ and I ought to redo the withdraw request. I did do that but now after 24+hours my 2nd withdrawal attempt hasn't even been approved. In all fairness there is a pop-up after the withdrawal request that the processing time is ¨up to three days¨ so the accredited section is just wrong in this case.

On a side note they did approve my docs for identity verifying purposes within an hour so that's plus. Still left me with a bitter taste in my mouth as I've been customed to receive my withdrawn funds back to skrill without any issues (the depositing part worked fine here too). Also gotta wonder how the heck doesn't a skrill payment ¨push through¨ as they stated in their email to me :rolleyes:

Boyle Casino Pay out

Hi,
i am having problems being paid out from Boyles as well, i have asked customer service what is going on after 24 hours as this is the time they said it take, and they sent an email to the manager of finance and he was looking at it and they are waiting for a reply, 48 hours later i asked where my funder are, 72 hours later i am still getting the same story, what is very scary is they said that 13000 is a very large amount of money??? and it will take longer, i thought this was a big casino and had plenty of funds. i have read that other people are also having issues, are they going broke?

They used to be very fast when I played there in the IGT days, no pending and fast processing.
Don't worry about their solvency! Probably processor issues. Mind you, they've contracted the Playtech herpes virus like Ladyboys and this seems to be the point at which the bitches and moans come in. As with all sites (unless multi-platform like bet365 etc.) when Playtech comes in, I go out. You will get paid, I hope the rep puts you out of your misery shortly.:)

I like the Playtech games (am I the only one?!?!) so opened an account with Boyle Casino and was lucky enough to win the minor progressive jackpot on Pink Panther on my first outing with them.

Plus side is the support team give quick replies to e-mails and ID docs were verified quickly, downside is that I have tried 3 times now to make a withdrawal and first two attempts were cancelled and funds put back in the 'sports' balance without any notification. Have been told to make a withdrawal request again, so will see what happens. No reason why I cannot make a withdrawal (by Paypal) so far, apart from first request was too close to my docs being verified.

If returned again, I fear my resolve will be tested and may just carry on playing instead of seeing out the withdrawal request .....


*quick update* just received another e-mail from them saying they need copies of a debit card, which is weird as I have only deposited via Paypal.

I have sent copies of a debit card now, but obviously they cannot verify it against anything as I deposited via Paypal!

Is it worth trying a fourth withdrawal or just accept the goalposts will change on each attempt and funds moved back to a sports balance?

No response to previous e-mail, so closed my account now. Can't continue with a casino where trust has been lost on the first day.

Thankfully my deposit was only £50, so played it safe by attempting a withdrawal shortly after account verified, then problems arose so best walk away (after playing and losing with what would have been my withdrawal).

Puzzled how they have a rating of 9.1, so assume there are a few people happy with them out there.

Well done!

Shame they can't show some consistency between all players as my first impressions were not that great and wasn't best pleased at being fobbed off about my account and not being able to withdraw.
