    Just thought I'd give credit where credit is due.
    Got a €10 free chip from Box24 last night.
    I met the (sensible) WRs and cashed out €200 which is already in my MB account, in just 9 hours on a weekend! My first withdrawal too!

    I have withdrawal coming from a white label too, been processing since monday... :p

    After a great run at Box24 last week (Screenie) I was disconnected from the casino, and when logging back in I found my bet limits had been lowered to about 10% of what I had before. Since then, for over a week now, I've been trying to get management to shed some light on the incident. Haven't heard back yet, according to CS it's still being reviewed.

    Has anyone else had their bet limits reduced at Box24?

    The manager finally got back to me. Apparantly some error caused my limits to reset. I have my old limits back.

    Yes, I fact I just made the decision yesterday to close my account with Box24 which I NEVER thought I would do. I was a player at that casino for probably 16 to 18 months and honestly thought i had finally found a GREAT Rival Casino with great customer service and extremely fast payouts. My past experiences with Rivals were TERRIBLE but I really liked the games, so I thought Box24 was the answer to being able to play Rival games again. But as time went on I must have won too much, I know that I did have some nice wins and cashed out several times but I still deposited more $$'s than I cashed out in total. I guess I should have wised up and saw this coming because as time went on, it seemed each time I cashed out anything, something about my account would change. At first it was that they stopped giving me promotions, than my betting limits continued to get lower and lower until finally in the last month or 2 the most I could bet was $2.00 on ALL 20 line slots games (could not move past .01) and $3.75 Max on 15 line slot games (I could bet .01 and .05 denominations only) where as when I first started playing I could bet max $20 on 20 line games and max $37.50 on 15 line games and my Video Poker limits were lowered also. So I emailed management to ask if it was a mistake and could they fix the problem and after a day or two of emailing back and forth I finally got this final response, no other explanation:

    So I made the decision that it was not entertaining to play with such low limits, went into player exclusion and closed my account.

    I have heard nothing more than "Your account has been closed as per your request." even after a very long email explaining why I was closing my account. I really expected something more after over a year of loyalty to the casino and thousand of $$'s in deposits.

    I still think Box24 is by far a better Rival than most, but I have never had this happen no matter how much I have cashed out with the RTG's I play, like Inetbet and Intertops - so I think my Rival days are over.

    I'm sorry about your bad experience.
    They did reinstate my bet limits, but after my win I've lost all my promotions (=bonus banned?)
    This, in spite of being upgraded to VIP (for the second time I might add).

    glad you got it fixed so quick :) im still wating for an answer from there rep here since January 31st about cashback and bonus since i did not get any cashback from them all last year despite deposit about $2000 more then cashout and also im bonus banned at spartan splots,but no reply
    i also found box24 one of the best rival around because of there fast cashouts but they have lost a lot of bux from me since they dont bother answer me back, as i stated in the pm i send to rep i dont like coming into forum and moaning as i belivie everything could be fixed without that, but how long is a man to wait ?:)

    Really fast? I made a withdrawal request on June 2nd... it's June 16th and it's still processing. I have spoken with support numerous times by email and they keep saying "we are checking" but 2 weeks into it.. no idea where it is.

    It's only a teenie tiny $300. I don't see any Rival casinos listed in ACCREDITED section any more here at CM. I thought Box24 and Slotocash were the only 2 GOOD ONES? No?

    Bryan removed them from the Accredited list something like about a year to 18 months ago as I recall, but I can't remember the exact reason. I have a feeling it was something generally at Rival that he was unhappy about, rather than the actions of these two casinos. (?)
    They certainly were among the best ones, but depressingly they do seem to have let their standards slip since the latest rounds of crap started in the USA. :(
    They have even had to withdraw access to their 3D slots for American players.
