Hello everybody, Merry Christmas and happy new Year

I’m wondering if anyone here can lend some help or advice.

For the last month or so, I’ve been playing at a casino called Vulkka, they belong to the Wild Wild/Nenonix/Flashdash group of casinos and they’re either Curacao based and/or licensed.

I strictly play Big Bass games, and on Saturday 14th of December at 20:39 I managed to run up my balance to £1000.

I’d like to prefix this by saying I also done this exact same thing in November 24 and I had my funds 2-3 days later using bank transfer.

Anyway, I made a withdrawal request on Saturday 14th of December at 20:39 for £1000.

It is now Thursday 26 December, 12 days and perhaps 7/8 working days have past and it still says ‘Pending’ and the live chat tells me to wait for an update.

The last time I made a withdrawal, was on a weekend and I received the funds by Tuesday night.

I was told it takes 24 hours for processing of a request followed by up to 5 working days to complete the withdrawal.

Any attempts at getting clarification from the Live Chat feature is met with obviously scripted responses along with the occasional real response. They seem to be vaguely saying sometimes further detailed checks are required which can take longer and that this is the decision of the “Operator”.

Whoever the operator is I don’t know, when I ask if I can get in touch with this mystery operator they revert back to the script.

I’ve been asking for updates daily and they just keep telling me the same shit, I’d usually accept I’m never getting the funds but they paid out incredibly quickly last time.

Anybody know what I can do from here or have had experience with this casino family? Or even provide some sort of explanation as to what they could be checking or why it’s taking so long?

Please see files attached for reference and I appreciate any help you guys can provide.

I'm surprised you have been paid at all in the past if I'm honest. It's difficult to get a reputation worse than these guys.

These casinos show "Borse Limited" Anjouan licence or a fake self hosted antillephone curacao licence depending on which URL you visit from.

What they are doing right now is delaying with made up reasons. Eventually they hope most people give up. Was your successful withdrawal for a similar amount?

I would threaten to make a complaint and be a general pain in the ass to them, they expect most people to give up and since they've actually paid you in the past they might relent and pay you if you cause them enough hassle. Only issue with filing a complaint through the likes of casinomeister is they have a reputation for ignoring complaints completely however there'd be no harm in trying.

Even if the amount was similar I can only guess that the original payout was an attempt to create a false sense of security in the hope that you would deposit larger sums at which point they could pull the trigger and never pay out again.

It's possible they've realised that your deposits aren't going to grow in size and that it would be futile to continue to pay you out with no perceivable upside for them.

From one Glaswegian to another (as celtic fans from Celtic Park stream past me as I write this), research the casinos that you play at and try to avoid playing at ones that illegally seek out unlicenced play from UK residents. You are completely unprotected if things go wrong.

Yes, I got a strong sense that they’re giving me the run around and stalling.

My current withdrawal is for the exact same amount (£1000), they paid me this within 2/3 days in November.

I agree that if it continues on I’ll need to file a complaint, would I do that here via PAB or just state to them in the live chat I’m considering putting in a complaint?

Do this ‘family’ of casinos have a reputation here or have other users encountered them before?

I was afraid of that, I’ve heard of these types paying out initially then shutting up shop. It really seems I’m not getting the winnings.

I was thinking maybe it’s due to the Christmas period etc but there’s no excuse really. I’m of course getting constant promotional emails but they cannot email me to give me any sort of update on this.

I appreciate that , although I’m on of those Celtic fans but I appreciate your help nonetheless.

Yeah thanks I know, it’s kind of left a sour taste in my mouth I think I’m gonna cut back on the casino in the new year, sick of chasing up this nonsense.

I truncated your thread title to what is necessary for tidiness - that information added to your original title is included in your post, unnecessary to make the title too long!

The casino you played at is dodgy, as is every casino willing to take unlicensed play. You have no protection, no comeback and are subject to whimsical treatment and arbitrary decisions at all times. If and when you get paid, I recommend strongly you don't ever go back there.

Thanks for that, I’m a newcomer sorry for that.

Yeah believe me it’s lesson learned, won’t be depositing another penny to them. I’m not holding my breath for any pay out now.

OK, just a quick question - in my experience these scam casinos 'micromanage' players, so will sometimes pay quick if they believe it will be worth their while in the longer term, i.e. think you'll be a regular depositor and loser. The problems usually start from day 1 in cases where a new player deposits say 100 and tries to withdraw a big profit, say 1500. They fear you'll be a 'hit and run' player and not come back, so will try and hold up or deny any withdrawal. That's not how they make money.

So I am guessing that these problems have arisen at a time where the net financial position would be one of an overall profit for you, or an existing bigger profit in their favour being reduced to a very small one if they pay you out.

Am I close here?

Yeah I’d say kind of.

I was kind of a hit and run player with the first withdrawal, i had only just started using the site when I won, I was surprised at the quick payment as I kind of was expecting some fuckery.

I would also say if I got this second £1000, my winnings outweigh my deposits by a fairly big margin. You’re probably right in what you’re saying.

I wonder what their game plan is, bank on me playing the money and losing eventually or just stop asking about it I imagine.

Eithern will do them just fine

Either would do them just fine.

Exactly my thinking

Update:

I got an email saying the withdrawal has been approved and is being sent to the payment system, I got this email last time and the money landed in my bank a few hours later.

The pending balance has also now disappeared so it’s no longer reversible or available to play with.

Suppose I’ll sit tight and see what happens next

Perhaps the impending Christmas period made the delay. So it looks like you will be fine, but even so continuing to play there is a risky proposition. I'd hate to see a post from you if you won a big sum say 5k+ and that turned out to be the kill moment for your account!

Yeah it was in the back of my mind that Christmas could be in play here. I’ll be honest though I had kind of resigned myself to the fact I wouldn’t get the funds after posting here and the amount of time that had passed.

Then the email came in out of nowhere and the moneys left my casino account. This scenario played out last time I got a successful withdrawal so I hope the money reaches me soon.

Totally agreed, I still won’t deposit or play there again. They just seem shady and the thing about the license that was pointed out just raises red flags!

I’ll do my due diligence going forward and only play at safe casinos.

I will update the thread when I have received my funds.
