Bovada Come On???

So I deposit and place a live bet on the Edmonton LA Kings game over 3.5 goals last night at Bovada. The bet wins. So I'm thinking cool a little small time betting on New Years Eve. Almost 24 hours later it still hasn't been credited to my account. Been playing at this place for years. Called customer service twice, "technical issue" they say. Forget crediting a regular player $25 for a bet that actually won. They just say to wait for the technical issue to get fixed.


This is quite ridiculous and I think it's insulting to the casino's customers. Apologies for the rant but this is just bad CS plain and simple.

That's pretty shabby. When I play the horses, I play there. May have to start using 5dimes.

Because of some WU problems 5Dimes has had over the past few months haven't played there but I do like the book. I play at bovada all the time that's what makes this all the more insulting

The issue is likely they posted an incorrect line because I've never seen a NHL hockey line set at 3.5 goals. Typically, the over unders are set at 5, 5.5, and on rare occasions 6. Sounds like you found a bad line posted by the book and thats the issue. Since you didn't hammer the erroneous line with a huge bet they should pay you the 25.
