Bonus boss not paying winnings

Hello

I have deposited 1950 on a casino and managed to win 3741.45 great!! Went to withdraw, site states 1 day payout! So after 2 days I contact live chat who after waiting for an hour tells me I need to submit documents. I submitted driving license, utility bill and payment card. Thinking that was all sorted I heard nothing so I contact live chat again, another 60 minutes wait. To be told I need to verify again through wooyu which is a live capture, driving license and bank card again but this time front and back with no numbers blocked out. Hmm

anyway still no withdrawal this is now 10 days. I have sent an email to complaints to be told they have 8 weeks to look into this.

question can a casino legitimately withhold winnings despite having ID that has been requested?

I have since looked at trustpilot and seen so many reviews that people are not getting their winnings paid.

It still amazes me that you are depositing allmost 2k and AFTER that you look casino reviews ..... Maybe do that before next time ;)
 
Yeah, BonusBoss hasn't been cooperative regarding player complaints. The OP is welcome to do a PAB and we'll do our best but the results may still be underwhelming because of the casino's position on these things.
