Now Quickfire has died.

This seems to have been going on for longer than you'd expect for tech issues.

At Casumo they have temporarily removed Btg, Blueprint and the SG or Williams whatever they are. Also noticed the new 300 shields is down. Strange thing is at VS they haven’t removed them but the ones I tried just won’t load.

I have played smaller Casinos with the same platform and they work fine. I just can’t work out what’s going on here. It’s almost like some sites have a virus/bug or something and others don’t.

As far as I know nobody from any of the casinos has posted anything in depth on the forum to give an explanation of what exactly is going on. Which only leads to speculation and that they don’t really want us to know.

Who knows how much this is costing casinos/providers? It’s going to millions in deposits across the board even in a few days. That’s probably why they were prepared to leave them running even though they knew there were problems until it got to the point where they had to do something. Shocking customer service really it has to be said.

Keep them up - let people find out they aren't working when they try and play. But it's OK, we've got their deposit.

Take them off, people may not deposit as they can see they're not available.

Bonanza is working on the GameAssists server at ComeOn.

And it’s certainly loading at Mecca. Their version loads via OpenBet though. Is that a third host?

The reason for this is that the issues are affecting different regions, which means that some countries are able to play some games while some others are not. Regarding why this issue is happening, the information we have received from the aggregator is that they are updating their platform to address issues and this has been taking longer than expected.

Yeah to be fair to Casumo at least they are advertised as temporarily unavailable. Not like some of the other mercenaries.

VS has had issues with Bonanza for weeks. Why only now is the issue being addressed? There has also been ongoing issues with other Btg games such as Chilli and DHV forever and a day continually disconnecting. Also you have not notified players these games are temporarily unavailable on your site is this company policy?

Casumo have done the same. Lots of games shaded out as under maintenance. This sounds like a general problem or has anyone played on other sites?

You don’t need to send a message. Just blank them out like Casumo have so players don’t deposit on the assumption all is well only to find it isn’t.

But this is not what Snorky means; when a game is under maintenance, the slot in question has the appropriate sign on your site. All BTG (and Blueprint) games should have that sign, so players can clearly see that the games are unavailable ATM.

Yep - VS normally do the 'workmen' logo when games are pulled/under maintenance so struggling to see why this is any different?

Is there some sort of sliding scale for how broken slots are?

lol, they don't tell you when they lower RTP's so you got no chance of being told a game is offline
