Black Diamond Casino is now Rival instead of Top Game

As their sister BOX24 they are now Rival. There is no longer possible to play at the Top Game version of Black Diamond.

I guess that there was a bit boring for Black Diamond to move it exactly now when it´s quiet about Top Game and a disaster around Rival.

The name "Black Diamond" came from the slot game at Top Game and still their affiliates are using the web page Top Game provided a year ago.

This means one more thing for Top Game. Now there is only one "stand alone" casino left using their software, Gold Vegas Casino.

All other casinos using Top Game are casinos with central support provided by Rich/Winward and their payments/withdrawals as well.
Most casinos have same owner..

I downloaded them several times but couldn't deposit via QT due to some gliche. maybe because the software I downloaded was topgame?

Originally the planned switchover date was April 5th, but apparently Top Game unexpectedly pulled the casino on March 31st, which forced Black Diamond to switch to Rival 5 days early!
Totally crazy situation I know, but if you go back to their site tomorrow they should have got all the links corrected by then.

it´s quiet about Top Game and a disaster around Rival.

Got a email about the change over and immediately contact Steve the aff manager about my views.

Got a reply I'm of course not privy to share, but sent a response back which I've not received a reply to. Maybe it will arrive Tuesday.

However for the time being all Rivals (white labels or other wise) are blacklisted on DOCH.

I don't like blacklisting anyone but I feel it's all players rights (not just CM members) to know what's taken place.

Until Rival Software step up to the plate and issue a Formal Public Letter or Press Release regarding the blackjack and game tampering fiasco, IMHO players are at risk by playing at any Rival powered casino under the current circumstances.

I had a $50 balance on black diamond before the switch and was told it was transferred over, funny thing is i'm canadian and can't play at rival. Was told 72 hours and they'll know whats going to happen with that one.

To be honest i don't really care its been sitting in the account for weeks now and it was off a free chip but just curious as to how they will solve that issue as i'm sure i'm not the only one in this situation.

I sure do hope they are trying to keep it real for their players. When Black Diamond was a Top Game Casino I had a withdrawal pending from 3/19. On 3/25 I contacted support and they gave me the excuse I had to request it again for some reason. As of today, I still have not received my withdrawl and was told to check on 4/7 if I still didn't get it. I guess I will have to play the waiting game and see if I get before 4/7.

I can tell you that this casino is a good one. Just as their sister Box24 they have quickly become one of those serious places with (less than)24 hour withdrawals.

They are not white label and they were not just another Top Game casino either.

Of course it´s not a good thing that Rival have messed things up lately but this will not Black Diamond in the long run.

It´s a pity that affiliatewide still uses the web page Top Game provided. Maybe affiliatewide can change this?

Black Diamond - A decent site to play at...

I've played a handful of times at Black Diamond (when it was TOp Game) and had really decent luck with the gmaes. Their slots were fairly loose, BJ hits were frequent... I didn't care for the video poker, but overall I would give them a good rating compared to some of the other TG sites.

The week before Black Diamond changed to a Rival, I had won 550 dollars, I cashed out. Then they changed over to Rival. I waited 2 days to see what was happening with my withdrawal. It was not showing up in my Rival account at Black Diamond. Emma, the CSR looked it up and saw it there when the casino was Top Game. (I also had the screen shot of my withdrawal, incase they could not find it) She told me she was sending it to Accounting and they e-mail me. About an hour passed, and I received an e-mail asking me for my e-wallet info, because the conversion did not capture it. I sent the information to them and within 20 minutes I received another e-mail telling me it has been processed. It showed up in my e-wallet with in an hour. The very next morning, I get another e-mail from Andrew a CSR from Black Diamond saying they were sorry for the delay and wanted to make sure I got my money and gave me a free chip for the delay. Nice of them, really because they (Rival) were not the cause of the delay.

They seem to be willing to make sure we (the customers) are taken care of. I most likely would deposit there again at some point, hopefully they will still have the same level of customer service. IMOP they are better then most Rivals when it comes to customer service.

I made a couple of deposits there since I read it was sister casino to Box24 but the play really sucked. Actually this weekend the play sucked at both black diamond and Box24. With Black Diamond I had a bankroll of $50 and wagered only $67 before going broke and with Box 24 had a bankroll of $80 and wagered only $114 before going broke. The deposit I made at Black Diamond last week was just as bad. These stats are terrible in my opinion. I think I am on the worst loosing streak ever
