Totally agree with that. I remember 10 years ago, even 5, getting deposit offers, free spins, free money, from pretty much every casino I was a member of on Birthdays, Christmas etc. Now I don't even get an email from them saying Happy Birthday. I just don't understand that. I've ran businesses all my life, and always, one of the most important things is to make the customer feel special. If you can do that for free then great. I would have thought every casino would have it set up so that on every customers birthday the system auto sends out an email saying Happy Birthday. Doesn't have to have any freebies attached or anything, but if nothing else, it will remind the customer the casino still exists, and could get a deposit out of them. It doesn't cost the casino a penny to do, so why not do it!
The only reason I asked at Casumo was that the rep posted earlier in this thread to do so
I haven't asked anyone else. I have spent a lot of money at casumo over the years, last year especially. This year I have cut back, but since January I have deposited around Ā£2500 and only withdrew Ā£300ish. The chat rep told me he couldn't offer anything other than the deposit bonus as I haven't been active much recently. I'll be surprised if I haven't deposited at least once a week this year, most weeks more, and if a loss of Ā£2200, averaging roughly Ā£100 a week isn't worth a few free spins, then they can shove it, and a different casino will get that Ā£100.
@CasumoLouis you have a very strange way of rewarding loyalty I'm afraid. I'm far from being a bonus hunter, I would estimate at least 90% of my deposits are without a bonus, what lead to the account being closed was more the live chat's attitude, as I said, a 'sorry there aren't any bonuses available' would have been better to me.
