Birthday Bonuses

Remember to abandon all sense of dignity and politely ask them if they want to add any funds to your account.

You may feel dirty and immoral in doing so but thatā€™ll quickly pass if you make a few withdrawals later in the day ;)
This will happen if nothing is received after 12 tomorrow afternoon lol.

Play OLG where I live gave $100 two years ago, and $200 last year, with a 1x playthrough. Roxy Palace/32 Red gives at least $10 in loyalty points each year, depending on your loyalty tier, And I believe I got $25 from Guts once.
Happy Bday Playford!! May the slot gods smile your way on your big day!

My birthday tomorrow, I'll post all of the spins/bonuses that I get. Already got 10 Euro from Lapalingo this week as a "pre birthday" gift - they said I would receive another offer tomorrow

I'm not holding my breathe, but It's always fun to see what these casino's give us.

The December holiday period and religious affiliations are becoming both problematic and incur a large expense right before year end for Casinos.

Birthdays are spread out much more evenly to better manage promotion and loyalty budgets. No matter our country of origin/residence, our religious or traditions, most people celebrate birthdays.

I wish all casinos realized that.

You are free to opt out of any bonuses you receive if you think it will keep you younger boys and girls.

And I will eat your cake if you are dieting.

Happy Birthday Playford and helafast.

Thanks @Jasminebed
Woke up to:
ShadowBet - auroboros
Lapalingo - 45 euro Gift (nice)
Twin - 20 free spins on Northern sky
WildSlots - 25 on the fruity Friends
and then... 666Casino - free 5.00 for birthday - 3rd spin in, I got this ....any idea if there is a cap on winnings? LOL - so far lots of fun with morning coffee.View attachment 105951
Happy bday

For my birthday so far i have gotten 25 from 3 dice the only casino i have played at for 2 yrs now . Grande Vegas casino 50 bucks but they have not seen a deposit from me in 2 yrs or longer  . 5 bucks Inetbet credited to my account and i can not complain, i have not deposited there in yrs. Cleo gave me 10...never deposited there. Uptown aces gave me 50 and waiting for other emails. I have to check with Grande Vegas and Uptown Aces to see if i can use the bonuses given since i have not deposited in years. Was a nice surprise and maybe i should swing a deposit by to see if my luck can change .

Just thought I would do a little update on this, this is what I got today

Racebets - 50% deposit offer
Unibet - 25 x 20p spins on super flip
BetVictor - Ā£10 bonus (10x wagering)
Butlers Bingo - 10 x Free Spins on Sun Tide
I went onto chat at Casumo as I know you have to ask (which I hate doing) and got offered a 30% deposit bonus so closed my account for them taking the piss, considering I already had a 30% valuable sitting in my account lol. In the past year they have had 5 figure deposits from me.

Now consider Racebets I haven't deposited for about 5 year, Unibet think have had around Ā£50 from me the past 12 months, Betvictor probably Ā£250 and have never deposited at Butlers.
Yet I have 5 figure deposits (a couple quite high 5 figure deposits) at a few of the larger well known casinos, and got nothing at all from them, not even a happy birthday email. I have accounts at almost all the accredited casinos on here, with the exception of Videoslots & most MTST/GIG casinos (although I think I still have a few open). Seems like loyalty is going out the window.

Agree with you on that front! You got more than I did in January, the highlight for me was @JGslots stream!

Happy birthday though Colin!

Birthday bonuses are just non existent these days. But at least i can say i have never been knocked back for one as i haven ever asked for one but then i never ask for any bonuses so am never disappointed lol.

What does annoy me tho as you used to get emails from various places at least saying Happy Birthday even if they are not giving anything. But even that tho it costs nothing has stopped from most places.

Anyway Happy Birthday Colin:thumbsup:

My B-Day also went kind of silent on the Casino's end! Only good 'ole 32Red with the 5K rubies and 200% match, 3Dice with a 25 NDB, no max cash and 5 wr and then Lapalingo, which actually send me a pre-B-Day chip, and then on the day itself 1 euro for every level-up :D that was pretty cool (although ofc. they do have 100 max cashout but it's much better than what i got from the rest of the larger Casinos i deposit at.

Nothing from Redbet, MrGreen, V&J, Guts, I-Game, Unibet, Maria, Casumo (also asked but got zilch) and Leovegas all got me nada, and i've deposited considerably more there than at the ones that did give me something. I really wonder why - it's so easy to set up a script that notifies the promo dept. when players have B-Day's, and they can even set-up an automated second script (like most Casinos do) to calculate the 'bonus-eligiblility' of said players...Even a simple email with congratulations would go a long way.

There's no obligation from the Casinos to do so, but seeing as it's only one day a year per player, how costly and/or timeconsuming ccould it possibly be for Casinos to decide to just don't bother? (except ofc. for their big VIP's -i'm sure they all get something)

Rant over..And happy B-Day @colinsunderland!

Did you not get 1,000 (Ā£10) worth of LP's from 32 Red or Roxy Palace Col?

No, however my accounts with them are closed, I forgot to mention them. But I do have a second account with 32Red, which is from a previous address and I had completely forgotten about, which hasn't had a deposit for probably 7 years and didn't get any emails from that one. Only reason I know about it is that they started randomly emailing me about 2 months ago with deposit offers and stuff, obviously I can't use them lol.

Totally agree with that. I remember 10 years ago, even 5, getting deposit offers, free spins, free money, from pretty much every casino I was a member of on Birthdays, Christmas etc. Now I don't even get an email from them saying Happy Birthday. I just don't understand that. I've ran businesses all my life, and always, one of the most important things is to make the customer feel special. If you can do that for free then great. I would have thought every casino would have it set up so that on every customers birthday the system auto sends out an email saying Happy Birthday. Doesn't have to have any freebies attached or anything, but if nothing else, it will remind the customer the casino still exists, and could get a deposit out of them. It doesn't cost the casino a penny to do, so why not do it!

The only reason I asked at Casumo was that the rep posted earlier in this thread to do so :) I haven't asked anyone else. I have spent a lot of money at casumo over the years, last year especially. This year I have cut back, but since January I have deposited around Ā£2500 and only withdrew Ā£300ish. The chat rep told me he couldn't offer anything other than the deposit bonus as I haven't been active much recently. I'll be surprised if I haven't deposited at least once a week this year, most weeks more, and if a loss of Ā£2200, averaging roughly Ā£100 a week isn't worth a few free spins, then they can shove it, and a different casino will get that Ā£100.

@CasumoLouis you have a very strange way of rewarding loyalty I'm afraid. I'm far from being a bonus hunter, I would estimate at least 90% of my deposits are without a bonus, what lead to the account being closed was more the live chat's attitude, as I said, a 'sorry there aren't any bonuses available' would have been better to me. Hope the few free spins you didn't give me worth a couple of quid was worth the thousands you won't get from me in years to come :)

Was not meant to come across as you ask for bonuses. I was simply saying i had never asked for one as i never do meaning maybe if i did i would get some lol. Besides they are things that should be given without asking for. I know unlike some you never ask for bonuses either. More the simple Happy Birthday emails they used to send that they never do now bugs me.

I was only posting to add the Happy Birthday bit anyway.

I truly think casinos miss out on retaining loyalty on birthdays. I've dropped casinos I was well down at because of failure to acknowledge my birthday, even after I have asked.

I stayed loyal for a lot of years to Grande Vegas, when they paid out a free chip, even though I had not deposited in the past 30 days. The only reason I am not still loyal is the CAD is in the toilet, and I no longer play any USD accounts. I do not want to lose 6% in exchange fees before I start gamling.

I have a decade or more in loyalty to casinos that do offer me something for my birthday.

I've dropped more than a few over the years that gave me nothing too, casinos I regularly deposited at.

As above, costs you nothing to wish me a happy birthday. I had a casino years ago I was well up at, I got a lovely email in english as a second language from the casino manager wishing me well, and that they really appreciated me as a customer. That meant a lot in terms of loyalty. Until the casino was sold to less scrupulous owners.

There are no religious implications for Happy Birthday. Mine is next month. Just sayin'

I cannot really go into numbers on your account, but if there is room for bonuses we can usually give bonuses. If you didn't get a bonus from the chat, there was probably a reason. It's not like our support agents just randomly presses a deny or approve button or take decisions out of our internal framework :/
But as said, I cannot go into account details and you would get a better answer asking out chat support for account specific questions :)

In general, Casumo does celebrate birthdays with a small goodwill gesture, but as it is with every other bonus given out in chat, the ambassadors need to check the player account first. In order for our Ambassadors to check the account for a birthday bonus our players need to contact them on their actual birthday and not before or after.
The reason we don't do send outs during birthdays is spread in different reasons, but with one of the main reasons being that we do not want to disturb our players on a day that is as personal as a birthday can be. Some might agree and some might disagree, but this is the way we've decided to handle this process.

I Have got a birthday bonus from good old Casumo for four years in a row now , I have had to contact support and ask if it was possible but they always spotted me a few spins
thanks CasumoLouis and the rest of the Casumo team

Thanks for replying. I wasn't asking anything specific, more letting you know my displeasure at being offered something I already had on my account, certainly wasn't blaming the agent as I know he's working from whats on the screen, but surely when someone has lost over Ā£2k so far this year you could push the boat out and offer a few free spins rather than be a small percentage deposit based offer? For that matter, even 10 free spins on Book of Dead whatever the customer's standing wouldn't break the bank surely?

Bit of a shout out to LV Bet too who gave me a free bonus on my account after seeing my posts in here, so big thumbs up for them :)

Sounds like a bit of a GDPR breach here ! Shall I understand that as soon as I post on this forum casinos already know my details I used to register at their site ? Email .... etc ...?
