I know this was a post made months ago, But just wanted to correct you. VS do for VIP loyalty customers. I am a VIP loyalty customer and I always get something from them. I just email the loyalty team email address I have a day or 2 before my birthday.
As for Heroes. I was given some spins. When I asked via live chat, but I deposited a lot and had no luck for a few months there. So maybe it was more just cos I had bad luck more so than for my birthday. I no longer play at casino heroes though. As I was soo fed up with those boss fights. They really was soo tedious. Takes forever to get to a fight, and when you do you 9 out of 10 times fail. I kept losing between 5-10 boss fights in a row. The live chat do help though when you lose 4 or more in a row until you win one. But they will not help if you are below 4 in a row losses. And most of the time the fights you do win do not give that much either. Most times you do not even win spins. And what is worse is the spins have WR attached to them. Which is just insulting. Especially when after you play with your real cash and you have to deposit hundreds and hundreds and wager thousands and thousands to win 10-20 spins at usually 10p spins to then have a stupid WR on them. Is just insulting. The only worthwhile part was the rubies. As those you could use to buy NO WR spins in the shop.
It was me who suggested that they added NO wr spins and it taken me a few times to keep suggesting it and a few months for them to add them. But they added them to just the shop and not the actual fights. So you can not win NO WR spins from the fights. They might have changed that again since, as I no longer play there and closed my account. So I am not sure.

Going forward though, VS are going to be rolling out a brand new loyalty system in the coming months. So it basically means that there will no longer be any need to email the loyalty team who are classed as VIP loyalty customers. So that might also be the case when it is your birthday as well. I will email them again once the new system is rolled out to find out how it will work in terms of birthday bonuses though
