Going back to discussion over excluded games. It's not technically possible to disable games when you have an active bonus. If it was then we'd save both you as players and ourselves as operators ALOT of hassle, but sadly it can't be done. This is the world we live in with multiple providers/systems all having to handle each others requests.

Live chat were wrong so i'll make sure they're very clear on this. DoA is totally excluded from play when a bonus is active. Huge amounts of historic abuse on this game from bonuses so I don't see it changing any time soon. That said, I may be happy to do an individual deal with you if you'd really like to play on it. Paul, Please don't take this the wrong way. I'm a player at BGO and think your casino is fantastic.

Saying it's not technically possible to disable games when you have an active bonus is misleading. There are few things unachievable with some development time and testing. I haven't worked in development for some years, but in your bespoke system i'm sure a solution would be possible. Balance is bonus positive, then block the game from your game selection, it wouldn't required the suppliers to do anything.

Casinos need to be demanding this kind development of their software providers/own developers. Bonuses play is a huge part of online Casinos, literally every gambling business on the net offers them, and yet a simple solution for avoiding bonus mistakes/abuse has never been implemented. We have software that can calculate the flight path of landing a vessel on Mars, but we can't code a system where people can't bet more than a % of their bonus or be unable to play restricted games? Come on now.

Until this gets sorted there will be constant hassle for the Casino, and customers penalized for not reading through 25 pages of outlandish legalese. It's bullshit.

Why isn't being more done? We already know some of the Casino clip joints use these rules to significantly reduce their outgoings back to the public. I call upon the respected businesses to sort this out!

I quite agree, but that's in an ideal world. It's not even a consideration for me as someone making the decisions on whether or not someone has broken our rules because to me, if it's there in black and white in the terms and it's approved by our regulator then we can enforce said terms. What you describe i'm sure is feasible, but it's something that would need to be done at the supplier side. We have multiple wallet integrations to serve all of the different content we provide and to use your analogy, the software designed for said landing vessel was specifically designed to do such a thing - Casino software is constantly being stretched and reworked to cater for the fast moving business we are in. That means sometimes the simplest of tasks cannot be done - trust me, I share your frustration!
 
Nice service at BGO. They send you loads of bonuses, eventhough it is impossible to deposit at their site, and when you finnaly get a hold of their live chat, they can't help you at all, and disconnects in the middle of a chat.

They give a lot of bonus mainly deposit bonus, Today 100% up to £50 I took a few offers the last few weeks and not had one bit of trouble,

I just tested the live help and answers in 10 seconds

Was lucky enough to find the live chat being on after 10 mins of waiting, but they weren't any help at all. Asked them to close my account, and their chat rep got a bit angry and disconnected me. I think she closed it though.

I ended up playing at another casino that would have accepted the first card I tried, meaning i lost 5% in fees. Not a big deal, but there has been lenghty problems every time I have tried to deposit/withdraw at that site.

They may be better for you guys from the UK i guess, but if so they should should consider only accepting UK customers.

You got to with how you feel, If cards not working and live chat was not good than next place it is, I would of done the same as if help was no good that time than what happens if real probs occur
 
Been playing at BGO for quite and I think it is a great casino.The regularity and size of the bonus offers are better than any other I have encountered.Only minor gripe is that since their 'rebrand' they have started putting time limits for the redemption of bonuses,usually 7 days but have seen them as short as 5 days.

Its only the B that has to be wagered

For example, the Player claims a 200% bonus after depositing £10. The Player will have £30 in their balance (£10 deposit & £20 bonus). In this instance, the full deposited amount of £10 will be ring fenced until the wagering requirements of the 200% bonus have been completed.
 
Just wanted to chip in real quick here with my BGO experience...

Signed up and took their 200% deposit bonus with a £50 for a livestream I did. Had lots of fun, only real complaint is that their WMS slots are horribly slow, some barely even playable. Great selection of slots though, however the categories are quite weird (vegas, casino, games) and I don't really understand the purpose of dividing your slot selection like this.

Anyway, I beat the wagering requirements, sent a withdrawal request for £414 at like 1 AM, woke up the next morning and it was approved and on its way to my bank account.

No problems with BGO on my end, and Paul seems like a great support representative should anything go wrong. :)

BGO just bonus banned me too, but i recieved no e mail at all about the banning! i only found out last week when i was on level 3, and should of had a birthday bonus. I recieved nothing off them. I e mailed them about it, thats when i was told i am now bonus banned!

I have only made one cashout and a lot of deposits since they got the new platform. it was a decent cash out. I didnt know paul had left either until CM mentioned it the other week. They now off my list to play also, paul leaving is a big blow to this site i believe.
 
Missues found out same way too mate, went on for B'day bonus and was told quite 'coldly' that no more bonus would be added/offered and that the ban was imposed.

Looks like the 'new manager' takes no prisoners, but their loss after Paul's hard work, like Casinoman says plenty much better sites to play at :D

Yes i agree, getting the norm lately the bonus banning. i will move on and just play at my few loyal sites i play at.
 
Oho, seems like they've integrated some e-wallets now. Wasn't aware of that.
