I totally agree. Paul hasn't denied that there have been issues with the migration and he has dedicated himself e to assist players in any way possible.

Being a customer doesn't entitle you to be disrespectful and belligerent, especially when Paul has proposed an avenue to settle the issue.

We are both receiving the very regular deposit offers which as low rollers with a small budget would be nice to 'take advantage of'

However there is a game we both love to play namely 'Dead or Alive' which appears on a game exclusion list.

I understand this as you cannot spin even once on this game if there is any form of active bonus on our account(s) and If you do, any winnings generated from play across numerous games (including DOA etc) once WR has been met can be and probably will be voided.

The wife however popped onto live chat (Nathan C) and was told you CAN play DOA when a bonus is active, just that it will contribute 0% towards WR and winnings are NOT at risk and would be paid should a withdrawal request is made once WR is completed.

Which is correct please?

Bigger Issue is that DOA no longer on BGO that list needs updated as several slots mentioned are no longer there. Can you please bring it back BGO!! Had great fortune on it here. My mistake it is back again! in the games section though this could be the reason you can't wager on it mate because it's not in vegas section..

It will be to do with the variances nothing to do with the advantage play. It's low/medium variance but can behave like a high variance game. Just like Ghost Pirates can it when it streaks I'm assuming big wins are possible.
