BGO Casino Withdrawl Problem

Hi, I saw they have good ratings here, so played a bit and won 250 pound. I clearned my bonus requirement and withdraw, got email that i have to submit documents, which i did. Seems everything was alright. Next day got email that my withdraw approved. After couple of hours i got another email saying, i need to provide my bank account statement screen shot, as i deposit via Visa debit card, Its the same card i withdraw but to debit account. So i sent them my bank account screen shot, and got approved email that withdrawl amount will be credited within 5 bsiness days.

Now after couple of hours got another email, saying sorry we can not process your withdraw and refunded to your account.

What a joke! They made me sent all the documents, bank statement, details of the account. then simply say sorry can't process.

I have deposited at least 10 casino over here with same card, and withdraw without any problem last 2 years.

So i am really disappointed with their csr and how they handle things.
