Question Anyone know how to communicate with an actual human at William Hills

I made a withdrawal request at willhills last saturday night. after noticing I hadn't received it after the weekend I checked the transactions on my account.

For some reason they'd sent it to a REALLY OLD debit card, which was declined.
The next entry says there was a manual adjustment

It hasn't appeared back in my balance or my bank

The only means of communication I can find on the site is some 'digital assistant' which just keeps going round in circles

It's not a huge amount. But they won't be getting any more deposits until it's sorted

Bottom left corner of main screen is "message us", it'll take a while, but just keep giving "agent" as the prompt.

Same. Whenever I'm in a chat with any support I just keep typing 'Human' untill an actual human picks up.
