have to agree here, and most folks here in the forum know I'm not a big fan of bonus rules but I looked at Box 24 and the rules are not in the rats nest format we commonly see. There is a lot of white space between each term and they're easy to spot.

I'm surprised CS gave you an hour of their time.

Hate that music though. Told the AM before Deckmedia took them over to ditch the music.

The post here is Not about winning taken away. please read my other posts- it is whether it is fair to on top of that -give you restrictions so you would lose your original deposit as well, if you disagree with wagering and withdrawal terms when only your original deposit is left in your account - (bonus never given back) - they just ban you.

It clearly was not appropriate to give you back your deposit and then impose a WR with no bonus - but they corrected this error. Time to move on I think.

If this is considered an error- it would have been corrected without banning/kicking you out.

I would - if they gave me my deposit back and let me play as cash deposit as what it really was. I was actually very happy with one cs agent and I play more for bonus games anyway. Also I didn't want to believe that one of the few better Top Game casinos would also be unfair and try to profit from player deposit. That is why I was quite in shock when they stick such unfair WR terms to my straight cash deposits.

The fact that you think that ANY Top Goose casinos are worth playing at tells me you haven't been doing your homework, including reading information in this forum.

My first thought when reading your complaint was "I wouldn't expect any less from a TG casino". It hasn't changed.

its not a case of 1 tg casino is doing that
its more an acredited group then a single tg casino

they are considered good 2 go

Nifty has a good point. Since the group is accredited but some of their casinos arent you shouldnt trust that they are going to do the right thing at all their casinos. That trust should only extend to casinos that are accredited.

Same here - I know many top game casinos are rogue, but i do love top game bonus features. so I try to find a better TG casinos here that pays. I found them through casinomeister - reading all the positive posts. I probably would be less upset if it were a rome casino, lol. I am more upset because like Bsilva, I never would have thought that THEY would put a deposit only with WR, and banned me and throw me a refund.

Since this happened i also couldn't use my credit card to another non-deckmedia TG casino using the same cashier layout - hopefully it is just a coincidence, some temporary payment processor issue, not that i am put on some TG blacklist. If not, I would be very upset that after setting such unfair terms, they ban me and even affect my ability to deposit at non-deckmedia TG sites.
