Already verified my account in 2019!
With bank ID and required Skrill screenshots ect...

Did a little payout with Skrill last year too!

So yesterday after many payments before ..!
I pay 2 Times ! with Skrill
a also two more times with paysafe card ..

And after paying in hundreds of euros in the past few months,
i have win 500 .- and make a withdraw

(Never play with bonuses either, so that shouldn't be a problem!

and had verified everything and already paid out via skill and paid in yesterday

I thought at least as with all other serious casinos ..)


So paid out again by skill (duration according to Casino24h processing)

So today after over 20h hours i get an email
and they write me withdrawal declined!

I can no longer cash out with skrill!?
(because yesterday I made not only the two deposits with Skrill
but also two payments with paysafecard!)

Lt. Chat should I just pay out by bank
or make another deposit via Skrill (to the many that have been made!)
There is no other way!

I only know these business practices from casinos with a questionable license
and never again sucks off those rip-offs who don't even pay out a small part of the deposits without problems!

To be fair several casinos do the same.

Take Gut's that i would not use now.

I only ever deposited there by Neteller and sometimes paysafe. Then like yourself i wanted a withdrawal and because last 2 deposits in a row were paysafe i had to do a bank transfer.

I don't have the details but from the top of my head:

Withdrawal goes back to the latest deposit option used, in the event of paysafe we can't pay out to paysafe so bank withdrawal applies. It's also in our terms and quite an industry standard.

If your bank is not verified with us, that comes next.

So yes if you did 2 deposits with skrill and one with paysafe after our team followed the procedures accordingly.

Even a player from the first hour and known member here had the same issue two weeks ago at CasinoCasino.

All sorted of course in the end but I can imagine the frustration while you run in to it.

Hardly crooks, you've been playing 20 years and don't know most casinos use the 'last deposit method = withdrawal method'?
I have never used a paysafe card, but know most casinos process a withdrawal to a bank account when a deposit was made using one.
You've been a member for almost 3 years, yet make a post calling an accredited casino, who have just won awards, crooks, without bothering to reach out to one of the most helpful reps on the forum? Says more about you than them being honest.

Yes in past fee for add psc to skrill was high like 7% if im good remember but now this costs only 1% fee so if OP next time have PSC cupon then just put it first to Skrill and next make deposit to casino with Skrill .

I've recently had to submit my details at most of the L&L casinos and depending on the time of day they are processed and verified very quickly. Of all the casino groups to be called crooks their brand is the least worthy of being given that title

That really is quite normal that winnings are paid to deposit method which was used for the deposit which generated winnings.

Wouldn't allow these winnings to be withdrawn to Skrill even you would make one more deposit (like you were advised), winning big and then making minimum deposit with other payment method to get all funds there is not really closing the loop what's mainly intention to demand deposit and withdraw with same method.

You are being very unfair to a great brand if you ask me! I deposited with pay safe last week and all British emailed me to say could I choose bank withdrawl instead of card which is pretty standard no ripping off going on there and they were good enough to email me within ten mins of me requesting withdrawl, probably so that it wouldn’t be rejected
