Betway Withdrawal - Day 10

I just wanted to get some opinions on a withdrawal I have made from Betway. I registered on Tuesday 3rd February 2015. I deposited £75 and received a matched deposit bonus of £75. I placed 1 £75 bet and lost. Then placed my £75 bonus on a double which won £1038.

I withdrew £800 straight away and sent them my ID documents. However, on the Friday I received an email saying they cannot withdraw funds to a maestro card ?? Obviously this was the card I had deposited with. So I had to give them my bank account number and sort code for a direct bank transfer. Which I did on the Friday. I received an email on Monday saying the funds have been released, but still no money in my bank account.

I have found out this company are based in South Africa ?? And that the bank transfer comes from there. Can anyone tell me when I should expect the money? I think its a bit of a disgrace that they took 3 days to tell me they cant send money bank to a maestro card, then AT THE EARLIEST the money is hopefully going to be in my bank account 6 working days after the funds where apparently sent. That will be 13 days after the withdrawal is requested. They even have the brass balls to do nothing for the first 24 hours in case I change my mind about the withdrawal ? Its INSANE. Will never use this company again.
