Betswagger - free-roll specialists

Betswagger.com (Curacao 1668/JAZ license): Betswagger free-rolled the player for £30,000+ by allowing the player to deposit and play then confiscated all winnings when the player requested a withdrawal citing "restricted country" as their excuse. At the very least the casino should have returned the deposits but instead they totally ignored the complaint.”

Ye they accepted all my deposits and then banned my account and said they aren't allowed to accept UK deposits but new I was a UK resident on sign up

Nobody in that country seems to be able to help even though the casino and there payment processor have broken many laws

It's because id deposits lots ov money they just blocked my account and said they can't accept UK deposits and told me I tried to circumvent there blocks to join the casino

Deposits which I obviously lost but also found out they use a payment processor who takes money on behalf of them and they haven't filed any tax returns in 3 years

It seems that free-rolling players is a speciality at Betswagger, players beware.

... report them to UKGC
If you've got the time and energy go for it but from what we've heard and seen over the years the chances aren't good that the UKGC can or will do anything.

Ukgc will do nothing and betswagger are only licenced in there country they don't have a UK gambling licence

They will accept UK and also pay out to UK as long as it's not a massive win, or you are not overall in a lot of profit. But yes, beware. Stick to the Cryptos.

Yes that's what happened to me but because I'd lost alot ov money to them they just banned my account straight away and said they can't accept UK deposits but wouldn't refund the deposits so basically they agreed they couldn't accept UK players after accepting numerous deposits from me

LOL...Betsoft, the bent jackpot system that never pays them out. Rogue casino, fake software and bent providers of any actual real software. I am surprised Betshagger are even being brought up on here nowadays, given they were exposed for the defrauding scum they are years ago:

Ye there just ignoring all my correspondence after I requested my deposits to be refunded because after I lost so much they closed my account and said they didn't accept UK deposits and didn't no I was a UK resident and id regret it if I contacted them again

William dornat the fakest name I've ever heard( just wish I new his real name to call them out on this or whoever are behind the operation

There probably won't be anyone out there who can confront this crook site to refund my deposits because they just don't correspond with anyone.. anyone involved in the casino just blocks any messages from me for example a lady from apparently betswaggers egaming Curacao manager read my message and blocked the chat instantly

I see the frustration here but you've been scammed, accept it. Cup-o-cocoa licenses are handed out for a few banknotes and a bottle of firewater slipped into the application form, handed to a fat bloke dressed in a white tropical suit with cigar ash falling over it in a rickety hut somewhere. They are meaningless and worthless, there's no proper investigative gambling infrastructure provided there, it's a just a corrupt flag of convenience to provide income to a banana republic and nobody cares where the money comes from or how it's obtained. The money doesn't even stay there, it's channeled back to Israel, Cyprus, Malta or Eastern Europe via secondary companies in the names of stooge nominees.

Yes, some relatively honest casinos use Cure-a-cow for convenience and tax reasons plus the fact they don't look too closely at accounts. The Dutch government is aware of the criminal activity and money laundering too, but doesn't try too hard, same as the UK govt. in regard to BVI or Cayman Islands. If you actually check, the 'office addresses' given by many casinos, including giants like Stake.com are simply a tin-roofed storeroom & shithouse located by a dusty car park.

So can you actually see who or find out who is behind betswagger as I no that there payment processor who takes money on behalf of the casino is based in Cyprus and they haven't paid tax in 3 years since taking payments for the casino. Betswagger were taken to court a few months back to pay withheld winnings and were told that there terms and conditions are null and void and anyone who has tanscated with this casino can request a refund but it's how you go about it because the casino just dont respond using the fakest same names to respond to emails I've ever heard in William dornat and Felicia Johnson

I suggest you write the money off. No way you are going to get it back from the pina colada mafia.

well they advertising in £ they taking british money and they paying 0 tax, UKGC will not give shit if they pay you or not pay you,but they do care for not paying tax

Ye the casino are falsely advertising to UK players when they can't accept UK deposits only telling you this afer you deposited a big amount and the casino decided to ban your account instantly and then send threatening emails like I'll regret it if I ask for a refund on my deposits again ?

Hi Tom it was with Halifax bank and visa... They said I was willing to make those deposits so the transactions aren't fraud
