No you shouldnt have registered and played because you are unprotected, as the casino is not licensed to operate in the UK.

So no license means - bounce, in the event you want consumer protection.

If you proceed, its at your own risk, I'm afraid.

What do you mean at my own risk

So why now if I go to join that casino it blocks me instantly and says not allowed from your country

I should have been blocked from entering thst site and making any deposits to them but they allowed me to play after advertising them selves as a UK based casino

Have you done your research on betswagger?

I think I'm one of the few here that doesn't have to do any research in order to understand what's happening :) Especially if the product is called "betswagger' :)

But bottom line, you registered, deposited and played at an unregulated casino. So you are unproteced by UK laws as a consumer, and the country the casino is situated at, has no laws regarding gambling.

If you deposited by Credit Card then you can try and ask for a refund on the grounds they're banned from gambling in the UK.

If by bank transfer, bitcoin or other dodgy payment methods, there's nothing you can do.

The site is a scam, you won't get anything back from them so don't worry about them blocking your e-mail.

If by debit card, you can ask under the grounds the casino wasn't licensed to take your money, it was an unregulated transaction contrary to UK laws and they have only refunded part of what they should have done.

Trouble is, they are confidence tricksters and WILL pay a bit when it suits them, usually if they sense a big depositor or problem gambler who is almost certain to make them a profit in due course. The refund is their 'insurance' in cases like yours, so they can say they did pay some back and insulate themselves from most chargebacks if you claim the dposits were fraudulent. They know exactly what they are doing, by now some East European will be driving around in the Cyrpiot sunshine spending your dosh having channeled it through 2 or 3 Panamian and Caribbean bank accounts.

The bank only. You need to keep on at them, all the while reminding yourself that you were willing to gamble and lose all that money in the first place and now you've found out the casino is bent you are grabbing at a straw that may offer you a chance of lifting the gambler's remorse.
