Question Betsafe Auto Logout

Hi guys,

I just e-mailed the rep for this casino as it seems every 10-15 minutes it automaticly logs me out on their casino.
Even when playing.
This is very annoying,anyone else has same experience?

I spoke to a friendly rep. via chat and he said it is a safety measure so no one else could use my account but this should only be inplace when account is idle i.m.o.
Now it logs me out when in the middle of a gamingsession every time and I need to close the game and login again. :oops:

Can't auto refresh the page as the slots open as an extension from the mainpage which means if I refresh the page also my game session will refresh and I hate that as it also renews my stats for a certain gaming session.

Solution
Once again it happened. I was playing alice & the mad tea party. Went out for a smoke. When I came back it has changed to freeplay. Well, I changed it back to real money and continued autoplay. Won 50€. But then realised the bet was only 0.50€, not the 1,00€ I was playing earlier. Pretty fucking annoying. I know, it is only 50€ and I should have noticed the bet size myself, but still I am really pissed off :mad::mad:

This is an even BIGGER problem that an obvious log out for the player. I recall a very heated thread started by a player that "won" a considerable sum on a slot, only to be told by the casino it didn't happen, and that he "must have been in fun mode". Clearly, this insulted his intelligence, as he knew...
When it happened the first time to me i was in the middle of a bonus round and i actually thought i had won a big amount only to realize it was in fun play.

Ye, same happened to me. Useally I soon realise it is play money, as my balance is suddenly 2000€, not 100€. But imagine if you have a balance of 2000€ and you are autospinning. One might easily continue autoplay without noticing the change to freeplay.

Yep - that happened to me too last night at BetSafe - at least twice. Logged me out and back in, but in fun mode and I didn't notice immediately.
Apart from that, it logged me out mid-spin about 6-7 times per hour.
Totally CRAP - get it sorted Betsafe! :mad:

May I note to Nate now that the Betsafe casino rep. still did not reply to my query?
He was online a few times after I have sent the PM but no response whatsoever.
I haven't sent him a reminder yet as I don't want to push anyone to give me an answer,I just kindly asked him a question about the auto logout problem on Betsafe.
For an accredited casino that scores an 8 out of 10 I would have expected a more active rep on this forum.

I find this very customer unfriendly and will put me off from depositing at Betsafe ever again and that is a shame because they really have an awesome selction of games and I do like their website.
But a non responding rep and a CS team that gives me multiple answers on the same query starts to really bother me now.

Sorry,I would never complain if not needed but I really get annoyed over this issue now which is still not resolved.
