Hey Guys,

Anyone experiencing verification issues at Betsafe? I have uploaded 3 different types of ID and the resolution is 1050 x 688 - You can even see little scratches on my photo ID. The Verification team keep declining it saying they need higher quality.

I promise you its as clear as daylight and yet they cannot seem to verify the exact same documents that got me verified at Betsson and Casino Euro.

Support is arrogant and couldn't care less and the verification team seems to be intent on giving everyone the runaround. I PMed the rep but sincerely cannot see why the documents would be declined - they have never been declined at any other place.

I have made a few deposits today but have not made a WD but thought i would get pre-verified - Seems like it won't happen. Anyone experience this? Seems the FBI is in their verification team... or a wannabe secret agent

Nate

Oh, I'm still having issues here. They own Nordic and Maxino (well, Betsson owns em all) and I've WDed at the latter 2 and alls fine; but Betsafe doesnt seem to like my scans, wont migrate my docs and now its some weird issue.

Ah so you are also having issues...

They decline the documents and simply state it cannot be verified. Its now up to you to go onto chat every time like a monkey to find out whats happening.

Seriously crap service and a total waste of time.

Nate

It would then be considered stalling.

Many think there isn't a problem in this area but there obviously is with all the different threads that pop up.

Covering 6 is harder because they are in groups of 4.

I usually use Photofiltre to cut out the middle 8 rather than mess around with sticky tape. I also cut out the 3 digit code on the back.

I have always sent this image preparation (middle 8 + code cut out) to casinos, and have only ever had it rejected once. This was Winward ages ago, who wanted everything showing. I use a high resolution, but then crop the excess, but ensuring that all 4 edges of the card/document are showing.

I still get the "didn't receive them" excuse, but rarely the "unclear" one.

Some casinos have stated that 300dpi is what they consider "high quality", and is what most scanners consider "photo resolution". A 2Meg pixel digital camera will also produce images of high enough quality.

It seems that many casinos accept this standard, but a few are more pedantic, such as Betsafe only wanting the middle 6 covered.

My scanner is not hooked up and I'm in no mood to run around trying to appease one Casino when EVERY other one accepts the documents including Casinos from the same group.

It's clear that other people are also experiencing hassles. To top it off, no reasoning is given and the person needs to go to live chat each time to find out whats wrong. I could hook everything up and rescan the docs but its clear there are differing standards here - It's more of an inconvenience to the player and its likely that I won't return there given the hassles.

Nate

The card I use for gambling expires at the end of this month, there are a few Casinos that will not be getting the updated details and therefore will not be getting any money off me.

I understand that they will want a scan of the new card but a few will want the whole process of utility bills etc to validate them, as i am not moving house they are irrelevant so any one that asks will be closed.

If they make it difficult for me to play then they won't get my money, I don't see why it is so difficult for some casinos to understand this.

I had same issues when I first time withdrew and had to send the docs. Since then no any problems at all. I would recommend Betsafe Casino. No one pays faster than they.

First deposit was with Skrill.. First Withdraw was Skrill too..no docs requested yet..got payment in few hours..
