Hi all.

I opened account on Betfair from June 14, 2018. I played on playtech's BJ surrender only. I started with 200 euro bet and increase my bet up to 550 euro. My total result is +14k. They closed my account with 51.8k from June 27 without any notice. I can't login in to my account on the next day. Betfair said me that they investigate my account. After one week Betfair said me wait a few week or months(!).

I didn't received any bonuses (a few times exchange my comp points only), didn't fix software or use any bags or something, didn't use stolen card, another person ewallet and etc. I think I played about 2500 hands. I am very surprised about their timeframe.

They don't ask any docs or explanation from me.

Was it live dealer BJ or RNG?

I'm guessing that your uncommon run of luck has prompted the investigation.

Betfair do not interact with Casinomeister, as far as I know, so your best bet is to wait and see the result of their investigation, and then proceed with one of the official UK complaints bodies, if you are still dissatisfied..

Betfair allow 5k euro bet on this game.

it was RNG BJ.
There is some evidence that the algorithms of RNGs can be exploited, there is a guy in St. Petersburg who has made millions doing just that to the b&m slots. Perhaps that is what they are looking at, but I am only speculating.

I received email where they inform me that they have permanently closed my account, bc it's not correspond their risk policy. Wow. 14k - it's probably 50 average bets. It's not a huge luck. It's standard.

Betfair still no paid.

Actually, we have been in contact and they have a new rep signing up here shortly. :D

maybe we can all ask why everyone gets banned/excluded from all casino promos and arcade promos. Use to deposit lots now they get nothing. why offer promos if you want to ban players!

So hold on, your deposits equalled 37k and you ended up making a 14k profit, mathematically thats the same as someone depositing £370 and getting to £510 and withdrawing, obviously scaled up but if you are a high roller then its entirely possible.

I'm a crap BJ player, so to me it's impossible... :)

I hope vdors gets paid at least. It's good news that they are sending a rep over.

Personally, I've never had any grief from betfair, maybe because I was born close by to their head office, they see me as a local lad... ;)

Me too, the only time I've tried blackjack was with a free casino bonus. I think I once saw on a youtube video the dealer get 20/21 about 8 times in a row, put me off for life. I think though as a pure gamble and if you know how to play then blackjack has the smallest house edge, but obviously its a high roller game no point doing £1 a hand.

yeah, mathematically... but how much money need have to think like that about 14k?

what's about depositing £370, double up and start losing every hand? when will you stop?

I'm a low roller myself so each to his own, but I was meaning 14k isn't a lot to win proportionately if you are depositing 37k . I get fun playing at low stakes so that's what I do, blackjack and roulette are no go areas for me as I would get very little game time and then lose too much chasing back my losses. The biggest win on roulettte is 35x so to win big you've got to bet big.

Odd, I followed the link and landed on the rep's page no problem.
May I suggest you try again? Click on the link instead of copying it perhaps?
