Betfair - WTF - please help!

Please forgive me if im missing something here, but i had 20p left in Betfair and my last spin was on Captain America and hit bonus round. Anyway i have several wins during bonus round and get to £49.65 and then i hit this big win whilst still on bonus round.

Which as can see is a big win, i had expanding wilds feature, so i finish bonus round and it hasn't credited me the £57.20! for that win, i spinned once more at 20p before i realised and my balance currently at £49.45. I check game history and it has credited that win only as £2.10 and not a expanding wild win which my screenshot and my eyes clearly show happened! Even more bizarre if you look at game history screenshot, instead of a K showing a Wild shows in that spot which in theory should have meant all 5 should have expanded



Am i being dumb, but i know what i seen, how can my balance be lower than a single win i had, when i had won all that money on previous spins in bonus round. WTF

I called them, then was told to e-mail them to investigate, what i don't get is how there game history has a extra wild, which means 5 red skulls would expand and win me how much ???

Im not sure whats worse, fact i didn't get my 4 expanding wild win, or idea they somehow shafted me of a 5 wild expanding win

Either way im losing out big time.

They can't even deny i have the expanding win feature won, cause this screenshot of one of the spins won during bonus round, shows the red skull expanding! So i can't wait to see how they explain this one.

I would think it nigh on impossible to 'wriggle out' however we are talking about the casino here not the player

IMO you have ample proof, however there is always the 'game malfunction' route that they may try and pull on you, hope not.

Unfortunately I do not have any experience at all with the casino in question with regards to CS, managers etc, maybe another member can chime in please?

I use Betfair alot, i used them today cause had 100% bonus with x5 wagering, i was doing 40p a spin and the last spin was 20p when i hit the feature.

Im not sure how they could claim game malfunction, as their own games history even shows the red skulls, just them not expanding on their version(where as my screenshot shows otherwise). But it clearly shows from my feature bonus that they should expand.

Im sick of casinos constantly making player have to chase up winnings, especially when so dam hard to win in first place. From my experience with Betfair they NEVER admit wrong, and try argue.

Just had a thought pop into my head, probably nothing but a case of being 100%

Before you do anything, check, double check and treble check in the pay table and game rules that the expanding wilds or whatever they are are supposed to do what you think.

The reason behind this is that certain games I have played over the years have dropped what I thought to be something decent in, got pre-excited and then found out I had mis understood game.

For example: - During FS any wilds will expand to fill the reel strip (this is the point we naturally stop reading) but only if they land consecutively....

As you say, you are expecting an argument from experience but if you are 100% confident then I say go for it and do not back down!

That said it is a joke they delay withdrawals, sometimes upto 48hrs hoping you reverse it, and after this issue when they do finally get back to me and say they won't pay i will question using them in future. Their support is slow and awful.

What pisses me off is playtech are hardly likely to own up their slot is full of faults, so they will give some bull crap no doubt, it' not alot of money to betfair and i gamble that most weeks and more, yet they would rather screw me over and hope i forget it.

Thats why i tried them because of the wagering but they act predatory, i just like to play playtech games every now and then but at betfair not again :') when they dont wanna pay you, you shouldnt deposit there Its like betway they gave me 3€ i turned it into 400€ they didnt reply or nothing so i played it all up then never turned back

These kind of malfunctions are always forwarded to the software provider. Other software providers sometimes have managed to solve these kind of problems in week or little over, but Playtech has a record being slow with these, just last spring we had a case here where it took 5 weeks for Playtech to sort out free spin winnings not being added. Considering Playtech's already poor record and incoming holidays, wouldn't expect this to be sorted out before 2016.

The time they took money out of players bank accounts from a failed blackjack promo still leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Even though I wasn't affected. They couldn't have handled it any worse.

Didn't think so lol.

A good result nevertheless with the casino in question.

Some friendly advice, ignore if you wish but I'd defo stick to accredited casinos on CM and secondly I'd also recommend avoiding Playtech slots.

Sure other providers slots can malfunction but personal experiences/ knowledge over the years Playtech are way ahead of the pack on this score!

I like Betfair, yes they give crappy free spins and small free £1 or £5 bonuses randomly, but the 100% deposit bonuses ive cashed out alot on due to small wagering. No other casino keeps giving offers like this.

no other casino gives out bonus like this all the time till they mess up & then go & take it straight out your bank without your permission ) a place not to play given its track record via here (

do you go to promotion page of casino ? thats how i find them, as they never e-mail the offers. like today they had deposit 5 get 5 bonus and wagering of x 10. for small stake player betfair suit me. i regular use the blackjack bonuses too. i realise people had issues in past, but i have wthdrawn thousands and been fine.
