BETAT.EU 20 Hours and still no $$$$

Next time, you might consider contacting the rep instead of making a complaint thread. In fact, it is a requirement that members contact the rep when doing so....or preferably before, to negate the need for negative PR that may not be deserved.

Just saying.

P.S. Do bet-at promise to pay within a certain timeframe? If not then I'd think 24 hours would have been a reasonable time to wait.

Thanks Nifty,
Also to mention, we always try to keep an eye on the forum, but sometimes these threads slip though or get bumped down the board and may get lost in the shuffle. A pm is a sure way to insure I get notified (or Igor) of any problems or questions you might have so that we can address them.
Thanks.

@Nifty, we strive to keep them to 4 hours and under, but there's always those cases that come up where it will take longer. We will do our best though.

To be fair you shouldn't have to keep on checking on here for complaints when you have enough ways to contact you on your own site.

Hi dusky,
Thanks. Though we do try to keep an eye here at all times so we can also address general inquiries about terms, bonuses, promotions etc, not just the complaints. Just good sense to make sure everyone enjoys a good gaming experience.
I'm always happy to answer any Qs and if not online, I'm just a pm away. :) But agreed, live chat and email support is great for general questions and as well, are always happy to help and should be your first point of contact. But feel free to escalate the matter to us if you feel something wasn't resolved to your satisfaction.

Player has been informed by two separate CS agents, as well as by myself personally.

The casino processed this payment within 2 hours of it being requested and the funds usually are received immediately. Unfortunately a technical issue with this payment has arisen which involves a third party provider and which has caused a delay in the funds being received. We are doing our utmost to rectify the situation in the shortest time humanly possible but unfortunately getting the issue fixed is beyond our control at this time and we must await the third party's involvement.

I do find it very disheartening when we get our name dragged through the mud at the slightest grievance. Yes, we do aim to process withdrawals within four hours, a service which has benefited many players previously time and time again, including the one in question. This is the bar we set for ourselves in order to try and provide players with the best possible experience. Unfortunately, issues happen and we can only do our best to resolve them in the most efficient manner possible.

Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience - We are working on fixing the issue and expect it to be resolved this morning.

Regards,
Karl

It actually had a positive effect on me. I've learnt there is a casino that will pay to Neteller in 4 hours.

As someone who is currently on hour 60 awaiting a neteller payment that may not arrive for another 1-2 days - I think I may give this casino a go.

Yeah, 1 of the best by far. I still love the way that when you hit withdraw, thats it. No way of reversing even a penny and 100% you will get your money.

Kind of feels like automatic flushing the moment you hit withdraw

I take this whole thread as an endorsement of how far things have come in the last few years, often a result of casinos being accredited at CM and taking on board the opinions of their players.
I mean, we have a thread started by somebody grizzling at a 20-hour-so-far W/D. it just shows how expectations have risen, and casinos have responded. Discounting the poor Americans who have often got to be paid via a Chinese puzzle and convoluted disguised methods, we can now play all softwares and be paid into webwallets within minutes, a few hours, and dare I say it as long as 24 hours!
Having this in place 24/7 costs the casinos money and one hopes they are rewarded by the player base and expenditure to maintain it.
A few years back at most casinos, you couldn't even get the e-mail confirming your withdrawal in 24 hours, let alone payment!

Yes, the quick payers have raised expectations which is a good thing but I must admit unless it's something really poor, I'd PM the rep first - that's what they are here for.
