It seems you have very good fantasy or you get payed for advertising bet365. This is not the case here, where stupid comments can work to brave 365!

The match wasn't fixed.

You was just getting your bets on before Bet365 were getting the results.
Not sure thats against the rules, I've known people who's done that in the past and been paid fine.
It also used to happen with racing on Betfair daily and they didn't have a problem with it, I had SIS for a while at home to get round the 6 second ATR delay and 1.8 second Racing UK delay.

I wonder how big the bets would have to be and how often it would have to be for them to take notice?

Just for information, bet365 has 6-8 seconds pending bet, for this time in table tennis can easy to be played 2-3 points. but if result was changed, then bet not accepted! May be it works somewhere, but surely not on table tennis! I think, my case is something unusual.

He said he was betting between $50-$100.

And says he won $10k plus.

Only two outcomes in ping pong so odds would of been super short, so would of been at best 150+ bets at those stakes to get to 10k

Not won, but my balance is about 10$. Half of this is my own deposit!!

By the way, this is a fresh reply i've got from bet365 some minutes ago. To my question, if it is not to much 14 months to investigate, they said:

Hi Maria,
I completely appreciate that it has been some time that your account has been under review, please rest assured that as soon as we have an update on this we will contact you directly.

Thank you for your patience in this matter.

No disrespect to 365, nor busy CS staff, but this looks like a busy CS response to get the query out of the backlog. We’ve all been there!

Must be nice to be them. I always wonder what is the depression level of these customer support agents that write those kind of stupid answers all day long. I manage a team of almost 30 agents all year long and I am 100% sure everyone of them would straight up refuse to provide this kind of service to customers. There is no moral, respect or humanity from casinos and its getting worst everyday. Who in their right mind does that and feel good about it. Not giving any detail, no explanation, saying this bs is according to their own absurd term that they can do whatever they want at any time for any reason. Whats the point of all this bs regulation, adr or any other concept of player’s protection if an operator can always use any rule in their favor or interpret any situation to their own financial advantage. If they suspect any fraud or abuse towards them, why don’t they mention it and close the players account after telling him to go f***himself as per their great terms and conditions? No... they make him insane for 14 months while lying about an imaginary investigation. There is no investigation. Unless they want to investigate about human mental illness and what can trigger it on a estimated timeframe. It’s insane to think that this is normal. Even excellent... After all they are reviewed as a perfect casino pretty much everywhere. In 10 years from now, gamblers will enjoy 40% rtp slots and a kick in the groin on every spin as per terms and conditions. All regulated under another invisible protector that takes his cut and look away.

On the face of it, you say half the money is deposits and you mention that there was some kind of investigation into a game.

My guess is that you placed the majority of, if not all of the deposit on an even money shot (or similar). He won but bookmakers noticed suspicious betting patterns and the match was investigated and they withheld payments. If the liability was minimal some bookmakers may have paid out as a gesture of goodwill. Others however may have stood to incur big losses and may suspect you are part of a syndicate or similar. The fact that you haven’t been specific about the actual bet placed tells me it’s not without possibility there was something suspicious about it.

If it was all legitimate, then good luck.

I placed 20-30 bet value 50-100 eur. The only thing, they can not like is average odds is 3. No problems for me, go on with your investigation. But now it's clear for everybody, investigation (if it was) had no result. But they don't wish to return money anyway, and stupid customer service copy the same answer for me all 14 months long!

I see you have a PAB running, assuming it's about this issue: the rules say to stop posting about it in public.

I told bet365, i made some topics in populars forums to discuss my unsettled bets for 14 months with mission to tell people true about fraud company, called bet365. To speed up their investigation, i will contact 365 every Friday and publish here updates. And this is the reply, i've got from them now:

Was just going to suggest a PAB.
Bet365 are accredited but there is no contact nor rep listed for them @Casinomeister @LadyJelena
They must take part in the PAB process though, and just as a heads up, if you PAB is for this you must stop posting or it won't go ahead

yes i filled complaint form here, but don't know how it works. Nobody contacted me so far. I won't post anything here for a while, if it can help somehow!

You should look at the Ticket you created when you filed your PAB. You filed your PAB Thursday at 2:11PM and we first responded to you at 4:56PM.

Per the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures not posting further here about your PAB while it is in progress is one of the few things we ask of those who use the PAB service.

Hi everyone!!
I was away for almost one month. All this time i was waiting for a miracle, but Bet365 didn't reply even to Casinomeister's managers. I hope, it will be the reason to put Bet365 to black list!
