I placed bets of 50-100 eur on Table Tennis, match winner. Some bets lost, but most part won. And as i see, this player keep playing, o problem with him so far!! 14 months since account blocked!!

I,ll go out on a limb here and say you were in contact with someone live at the table tennis matches.

And were betting on winner of the next point and getting your bet on before the umpire had updated the score. but some not quite quick enough hence a few losses.

Was an old trick that used to be common in normal tennis.

Table tennis tournament is held without spectators, in a closed arena, participants are prohibited from carrying their phones. To have chance for canceling bets, player shout be arrest. But he's fine, no problem with him!
If you don't know rules of the game, better stay away from comments!

No, but I agree with @lewisnadasurf in that, thats probably why the investigation started. Having said that, 14 months is ridiculous.

No, you keep fighting to get your money. But i could see why an investigation would start if you're betting on Table Tennis without spectators (meaning its low level) and following the pattern you mentioned.

Make a complaint to them, go through their complaints procedure, then back to the ADR when you have a deadlock letter then to the MGA.
If you have already done the first two, then straight to the MGA

Alternative Dispute Resolution - in other words, a third party arbitrates with the agreement of both the casino and player.

I appreciate you are requesting some further information regarding your account status, however currently this does still remain under review.

I can see we have emailed you on 15/09/2020 which was our final response on the matter. As such, should you remain unhappy with the information provided please refer back to our final response which will detail how you can proceed to IBAS.

Should there be any updates in the meantime, we will look to contact you directly.

And this is answer from IBAS, who says, they are helpless.

I appreciate the disappointment this email will bring, but again IBAS do not have the authority to interfere in an ongoing review. If you do not wish to wait, then your only option would be to consider legal action against Bet365.

Bet365. like a real FRAUD company says contact IBAS, knowing, that IBAS has zero influence to them!! But time is running and 14 months gone!! And nothing's changed! They can not void bets, because it is illegal, but they can keep bets unsettled for ages, what is pretty good for them. How to deal with organised fraud from Bet365 side, who knows??

Well, they’ve told you what to do; you can take legal advice and action. You can go to the regulator. But posting on forums won’t change anything - they’re a huge organisation and one negative review will have negligible impact on them.

So, you could do a PAB here, see if that helps. Or get a solicitor to take it on. Not sure about the legal landscape in Germany, but I’d be surprised if some don’t work on a no-win no-fee basis.

I’m struggling to understand why Bet365 would say the case is still being investigated, surely they’ve made the decision that you’re not being paid and that’s the end of it? If they have referred you to IBAS that would certainly usually happen at the conclusion of a review.

It may just be terminology being used here. See if you can get 365 to say the matter is concluded on their side and the outcome is x. Hopefully then IBAS will be able to assist, they are usually very fair.

Unfortunately, nobody is ready to work on no-win-no-fee. But find 5000-10000 eur for good solicitor i'm not ready now. I agree, organisation is too big, but anyway i should tell people the truth, that things can happen at bet365!!

Surely, bet365 have decided, they not gonna pay me. But doing this, they should void my bets. So, they know, IBAS won't let them do it, because there is no ground to do it!! And the only way to keep my money is too keep bets unsettled!! And it seems forever!! Is it a real fraud???

Just because it was not open to spectators, There's no reason you didn't have someone there, with a bluetooth in their ear.

Bet 365 seem pretty confident on the outcome.
