i have an account in bet365, i received a bonus in my e-mail saying "Olá Bruno

Para solicitar o seu bónus, introduza o seu código de oferta xxxxxxxxxxxxx acedendo a Serviços, seleccionando Membros, Ofertas, Jogos e depois Introduzir Código de Oferta.

its in portuguese because its where i am from.

its a bonus code of 100% on my deposit, i made the deposit and i could not claim the bonus
usualy when playing in bet365 i have allways deposited in the casino section, and like in the bonus didnt mention any section to play i made the deposite in the casino, today live chat tells me "that bonus its not in casino section, its in games section", in the casino you will not have any bonus on the deposite you ve made....
my question is: why does not say in the bonus that is for a specific question? since it was a personal code that was sent by e-mail?

Bet365 will apply bonuses on transfer amounts AFAIK. Most bonus offers say deposit or transfer. So just make your transfer to Games and any bonus code if you have been given one. Note: you won't earn comps on play in the Games Section.

I had a problem once with claiming a bonus. The first rep didn't make this helpful suggestion, but they transferred me to someone else and that was their solution.

the money was already lost, i tried to speak to the live chat in the same day of the deposite and it was unavailable, so, like usual i never had any problems with nothing there, i decided to play the money before the creditation of the bonus.....

and only today was live chat available, and 1st they said "that coupon has expired", and i said, "coupon expired? i receive it in my email 5 minutes before deposite, the coupon was expired in 5 minues?", the answer was "sorry, but that coupon is active but not for the casino, but to the games section"

1st was expired
after was to the "games" section not to the casino

not very nice answers this time

i send a PM to the casino rep at 2 days ago, i answered my today to ask my casino account, i replied the account and a few minutes later i got a new message saying that the bonus was credited

thats a good knew

Interesting thing to read here. I just hoped that things would be okay soon in this one. I just hoped that sooner or later this issue would be resolved.

yeah and it was solved faster than i thought
but i didnt won anything with the bonus like usual lol
