So just now whilst taking a well-deserved nap I was awoken by a call from a person claiming to represent the Gaming Club. The caller told me that their records showed that I had made several unsuccessful attempts to log in and asked whether I had forgotten my password or even my account number. Irritated by this nap-breaker I said I hadn't attempted to log in for quite some time. Actually, if they had just stated that they hadn't seen me for some time and enquired whether I had lost my password I would be more forgiving. How the heck would I not have my account number correct and they still detected that I had logged in unsuccessfully. It was obvious that the caller was going to offer me a match bonus or something but I didn't give him time for that. If they had done their homework they will have discovered I had activity at Jackpot City, King Neptunes and Riverbelle quite recently. I think they may have fallen on really hard times recently to pull this stunt. After the recent controversies surrounding Lucky Nugget this group is really falling behind. Rant over folks.

Maybe he was going to offer you a 800% match bonus on $ 25.00 with only a 1 time wager requirement, bonus fully cashable, and all wager while bonus is active generates comp points 500% faster. Just sayin .

I would have been a bit irked at that myself.

Yes, i also hate being called by Casinos, unless it was one of my favored places, however, the failed log-in attempts could be someone trying to hack your account, if not just a silly excuse to open a sales pitch

It sucks to get called from casinos, generally. Not everyone is on the mood or available to speak about gambling on the phone. Personally, i hate it.

Only played on Jackpot city with this group but that is quite interesting that they would go that route. I do get the annoying pop up window for a chat. I entertain them in hopes that one time it is a free bonus they would give me but it is more of just deposit or what are the current hot games.
