Well i think for a few weeks its easier just not to deposit at least that is my method right now. Tired of problems with games running casino crashing lack of customer support. Then the offers that arent really offers at all. Let me know wanda how it works out for you.

Sadly, these constant promises are wearing thin. This has been an ongoing, if intermittent, problem with BelleRock for YEARS!!!!

I recall threads from way back detailing these same problems, CS ignoring emails or taking days or weeks to reply, automated codes/bonuses not working, software screw-ups (which as an operator you should be taking up with MGS in a most FORCEFUL manner). Now, yet another thread has erupted because enough players have experienced these problems to get the proverbial snowball rolling.
Misleading promotions is another problem, if a player is offered 200%, it is quite clear, 200% is 200%, and if CS claim it means 100% then the original offer was beyond merely misleading. If CS were wrong, where was the route of appeal? It seems CS can be wrong, but players have no way to appeal this unless they know of this site because CS are so sure they are correct they will not even consider the possibility that they are not.

In the end, BelleRock lose existing players, and have to rely on new players, with the high costs of attracting them, and the danger they will not stick around long.

I have long since ditched the original BelleRock casinos because nothing seemed to work with any degree of reliability, and it was hit & miss with CS responding to emails and/or rectifying the issues.

I have still played at King Neptunes, but I want to know one thing, how long is "shortly". King Neptunes is STILL unavailable for the auction game, and there is STILL no integration with the lobby and the weekly promotions - and this is after TWO YEARS!!!!!!
These are hit & miss too, send an email with CASHVILLE to register one week, and another slot another, and wager 55 credits. One week I get a return email confirming I have been registered, and another week I do not - complete lack of consistency.
