Belle Rock confirmed via Email to me that the pending cashout time is set to 10 days now! They told me this has to be seen as an economic decision from the casino, nothing personal against me.

Has anyone else this problem too? Did I win too much? Are they in money trouble?

Well, maybe it´s an individual treatment for me?

I withdrew at September 1st and it´s still pending. And like I said, I recieved an email from my german host with the confirmation of a 10 days pending time.

Can you copy the e-mail ? It would be interesting to see exactly what they wrote to you.

Hello, I just registred here and I saw this thread.

I have the same problem with them. I withdrawed first of September and now it is in Progress.

I asked this morning how long and they told me 5 working days to my e-wallet :-(

Now they have lost a player. This is not fair. Finally this casino has the worst and most unpolite support. Never saw this before.

hi ive just come off from live chat & they stated 24hrs week days 72 hrs weekend ??????

This is what it should be, and what I have experienced so far.

If the OP was clearly told 10 days, and that this was "in general" rather than specific to his own circumstances, then it seems that BelleRock have lied to him about something applied to just him in order to make him feel more at ease. This is JUST as "rogue" as changing to a 10 day pending period "in general", for a casino that can lie to one player can lie to ANY player.

It could also indicate a new policy just being introduced, but one SO new that CS have not been properly briefed, and are thus communicating it wrongly. The 10 days could be a maximum, rather than a "standard", and could be the time taken until receipt of payment by the slowest means, rather than the time sat in pending. It could simply be that they are moving to 72 hours as standard, and then adding on 7 days for "processing and receipt", coming up with "10 days" being communicated to the player.

If they tried to implement this "in general" it would cost them lots of players, so I can't believe this is true, whatever the CS rep said.

BelleRock also have a history of the WORST CS known for a "reputable" operation, and it took 3 YEARS for there to be signs of improvement. It appears that things are beginning to slip again.

The strange thing at this casino is, that their pending time is really long if you withdraw Thursday after 09:00AM. Than it will be until Monday morning. I never understand why they don't work Fridays. They told me once that Friday the banking stuff is not working.

In their T&Cs it is different.
In order to do this we have introduced a faster and more effective withdrawal process that will see you receiving your withdrawal in 24-72 hours.
Each withdrawal will remain on hold for 24 hours which gives you the option of reversing the transaction.

If I withdraw Thursday 10AM and it will get in Progress Monday morning the pending time is app. 90 hours and than they tell me another 5 working days. Than it must be Friday, but as I wrote above Friday they are off, than it must be next Monday???

Finally this are more than 10 days for a withdrawal.

If they change it now to pending 10 days and 5 days for withdrawal....finally it could be three weeks.

No, they are treating us Arsenal fans shabbily after going down 2-8.

When you get paid, uninstall the casino and ignore them. Your host will contact YOU to ask why you have suddenly stopped playing. You then tell them that it is an "economic decision" on your part to move to casinos that DON'T take so long to process withdrawals. Even Casino Rewards are quicker than this (48 hour pending, but then pretty quick processing). 32Red are faster still, you can ask CS to reduce the pending time to 1 hour from the 24 hour default. This means not having to keep asking them to flush your withdrawals. You will probably need to build a bit of history with 32Red before they will do this.

I dare to copy and post private emails in a public forum, beside that..it is in German and not much from help for the most of you here. But you can trust me, if I say they stated a 10 days pending time for my recent withdrawal.

Bryan reads German, PM him a copy so that he can see exactly what was stated, and in what context. It could mean that the payout times need to be adjusted in the accredited section, or he may see that you misunderstood the answer, or the casino host misunderstood your question.

Well this group are certainly on the down and down! :p
I already dumped them earlier this year when they upped the WR from the standard x30 to the ludicrous x50... now this cash-out delay just adds to the concerns that they are in some sort of trouble.
IMHO players should avoid this group for the time being.

Have you confirmed that 10 days is now standard?

I still see 24 hours, and 72 hours at weekends. This is what I experienced last time I withdrew from Lucky Nugget.

Trust me i fully understand your frustration with this matter. I am looking at this from a different point of view. First with the amount of withdrawal. If it is a larger sum, then it is 7 to 10 days. And yes it is in their terms. Next is when was the last time you sent in your id info and is it updated. The other factor here is also your means of withdrawal.
Now with the 7 to 10 days, soon as my 7th day was here, i must admit that bellrock paid me back to back with 5k deposits to my account. Larger funds i was told comes from a different paying account then lower payouts.
They also have had issues with wallets at times like other casinos to payout to. During those periods after i have gotten my funds they have also have placed free chips into my account without any wagering placed on them.

I had same situation in the past at this group, so when i take the money i close my account (i closed all my account here at this group). For my experience 32red and nedplay, dash, goldenloungue they pay too fast and after you make the cashout you can flush it. They pay fast.

Are players definitely getting payed after ten days or is there more delays after that?
It does feel very odd that they want to give themselves a bad reputation.
I was planning to play here tonight and deposit something decent but i might as well try somewhere else.
Do they have a rep here?

I will track my next withdrawal there to see whether this is a general change in policy from the previous 24 hour pending and no weekend proccessing. I withdraw to Neteller, so there is no opportunity to hide behind the "banking system" excuse. If it takes 10 days, a casino gets uninstalled.

Proven.

If this was simply 10 days to "cover their asses" in terms of delays in the banking system, the status would have long switched to "work in progress". This is definitely a 10 day "pending" period, rather than a 10 day PROCESSING estimate.

This has to be SO recent that the terms have yet to be updated, and they have told you that this is "policy" now, rather than something that has only affected your account.

They are either lying to you about this, or we will soon have other players noticing this 10 day wait. I will arrange to notice this shortly;) (sorry, can't predict when:D).

I pointed a rep from the company to this thread and asked for clarification on this 10-day thing. This is what I received back:

Our withdrawal policy states:

Our aim is to process and pay your withdrawal as quickly as possible. In doing so, we will take account of any pre withdrawal restrictions that may apply, and will also adhere to the requirements of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering. In the case of withdrawals made for the first time, large withdrawal’s and changes made to payment options, we may take additional security measures to ensure that you are the rightful recipient of your funds. These measures are in place to protect your money and privacy and may result in slight delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Each withdrawal will remain on hold for a minimum of 24 hours, allowing you the opportunity to reverse a withdrawal back into your casino account so that you can continue playing. For your convenience, requested withdrawals initiated between 09h00 GMT on Friday mornings, and 06h00 GMT Monday morning will remain in your account available for reversal, until after 06h00 GMT Monday morning. Simply click the REVERSE WITHDRAWAL TAB.

Your withdrawal will only be sent to our processing department after the reverse withdrawal period has elapsed.

Currently we have a 24 hour pending period (72 hours over the weekend) on cashins. Once this pending period expires, the cashin is flushed.

If auto-approved – it goes for processing and this can take the following time period:

· Web wallet e.g. Neteller/Moneybookers: 24 – 48 hours

· VISA OCT: 2 – 6 working days

· Direct bank transfer /Swift: 3 – 7 working days

· Courier check: 5 – 7 working days

· Regular mail check: 14 – 21 working days

In essence, If you withdraw over a weekend your cash in is held for 72hours in the reversible state - FAIL

Once this time has expired, you now wait up to 6 days for a VISA transfer (This is understandable as my WD's are Flushed instantly at 32Red but If it gets paid the next morning, I usually wait 3 days for it to hit my VISA) ...

Up to 48 hours for a web wallet plus the max of 2days = 4 days for MB - FAIL ... I receive my WD's almost instantly to MB...

With all due respect, pending periods are nothing but a delay tactic and are predatory at the very least. Initially, this may be ok for first time depositors but the time lines given are not in the interest of the player nor are they to 'Ensure you are the correct person' that receives the funds.

I have seen a similar line used by the rogued African Palace Casino and it is clearly a stalling tactic. I have changed deposit methods at 32Red and was never faced with a security check or pending period.

I pointed a rep from the company to this thread and asked for clarification on this 10-day thing. This is what I received back:

You have received nothing more than a standard template reply, the rep has NOT bothered to actually look into this. It is CLEAR from the screenshot that they are NOT "processing" this withdrawal, it is still shown as "reversible" on the 11th having been initiated and logged by cashckeck on the 1st.

The CS who informed the OP there is now a 10 day pending period seems to be telling the truth, the rep who replied to you is lying because they haven't bothered to look into this before firing off the standard response. There is NO requesting of documents, security checks, etc going on during the 10 day reversible period, and the OP has received no request for documents. When I have been asked for documents, my withdrawal has always shown as "work in progress".

Either the OP has been lied to by the claim "They told me this has to be seen as an economic decision from the casino, nothing personal against me." and it IS "personal against him" with other players still only having to stay pending for 72 hours at most, or the decision is so recent that management have not yet updated the website, or even informed the rep.

10 days "standard" pending is a MASSIVE delay, and completely against the standards for accreditation that say "Must pay winnings in a timely manner", which would mean that any delays must be "necessary", and clearly stated in the terms and conditions. 48 hours is pushing the boundaries, but 10 days takes the p***!
