bad casino titan

i played titan on friday night, bonus was i think 50x. i just watch the playthrough in the cashier section. as soon as i had made the playthough, i went and played all the progressives for a while. then i cashed out. only crappy part is wire transfer only. butit was sent out yesterday. so i enjoyed my time there, as soon as i get my money i'll be playing there again. the rep on this site was very helpful.

Why not open a thread about advantage players and how they disadvantage the genuine player - that would be a worthwhile debate.

Yes, RTG license their software to Casino Titan. I have no idea why they aren't listed there. In fact there are quite a few RTG casinos not listed. If I have time tomorrow, I'll try to see what's up with that.

In the mean time, if you honestly feel you have been shafted, please PAB. They are an accredited casino at Casinomeister and no one should be getting screwed by them.

It may be because of the weekend, but frankly, they have been really crappy in the support dept. lately. I have had several emails never get responded to. One was a request to close my account there, which never was responded to. The only response they have ever given was after I unsusbribed to their daily spam, then they bonus banned me.

then i made a 1st deposite with 400% bonus 25x WGR i didnt win
then i made another deposit with 300% meet the WGR (much more than 25x) and the live chat 1st time says 25x 2nd time says 99x. ahhh and in the 2 times i speaked with "LINDA". same person
is not strange?
so like all can confirm, here, casino support, finance....... i am not a chetar from portugal, but a player that have received 1 free bonus without winnings and made 2 deposites of my own cash

What that means is Picth-A-Bitch. < Click that link & follow ALL the instructions.

You have already explained your situation several times in your posts - repeating it will achieve nothing at all.
So the best thing for you to do is stop posting and get on with submitting your PAB :thumbsup:

What is written in the T&C's when you took the bonus is all that matters really. Live chat probably made an honest mistake anyway so my advice would be concentrate on why your money was confiscated and not returned for further wagering.
Once you have submitted your PAB be patient and let Max (PAB guy) deal with it and don't post further about it here as it may harm your chances.

in the T & C of the bonus (the screen of "coupon details") was 25x too

A good casino will have you locked out of those progressives while your bonus is still active. They have this ability.

Slight derail here... A positive about Casino Titan. They WILL close your account on request within 24 hours. No muss no fuss, no asking for passwords etc.

That's the only positive I have to say.

Many of the people who had a "party" with you are people who have had issues you have never properly addressed, myself included. Since you don't owe me any money I feel no need to PAB, but I will not be depositing another dollar at your casino.

Which has negated their listing in the Accredited section - they're off the site.

Good news is the OP's issue was taken care of in a fair manner.

Problem: he was given a bonus 300% 25x wagering, but he played the wrong games. His winnings were negated and the CSR told him he could play again, but now the wagering requirement was 99x since he was from Portugal.

I explained to the casino that the original offer was 25x not 99x - so they are willing to allow the player to have another go at 25x. Sounds fair to me.
 
I see two of my predictions have come to pass. Casino Titan and Lock are no longer accedited. As I said, the RTG accredited list is going to shrink down this year.....way down. Anyone want to form a pool and try to guess who is next?
My predictions on the next two are ClubWorld and the Jackpot Capital group. I've become really leary about depsiting anywhere lately, simply because who you could trust last week may become completely untrustworthy the next. Us gamers in the USA are in a bad way with casinos right now. Extra caution is in order. :mad:

I'm with you, Chuchu. Less RTGs, less Rivals, and there are already less MG casinos. Eventually it should all balance out to be like it was in by-gone days.

Stability in the casino market is sorely needed.

I agree with both of you. I'd like to see just a handfull of quality RTG casinos, rather than way too many so so casinos with bad attitudes, bad payouts, slow payouts and piss poor service. I think if the herd was thinner, the payouts would be better and the casinos would have good cashflow while maintaining profitability. It would also be nice to see RTG take a more active role in enforcing quality among it's licensees, including pulling the plug on all the rogues.

I played alot at Casino Titan, Actually I played to much at Casino Titan..

Used to enter chat and ask for a bonus. I always asked what the WR was. And It was 25X


Any casinos that uses a different WR on different players should be rogued.
Bonus abuse my ass. Either you make WR or you dont.

Dont think ill be depositing with them either though for different reasons. Once upon a time you could actually make wagering play through there, now its impossible amd EVERY single time, the slot play starts off great. Get half way through the wagering however and it goes dead with a noticeable pause in the spins just before it does, and quite often a disconnect from the game your playing. Of course theres no way of proving anything, except what i see and know happens so ill just say good bye to them. Easiest thing to do
