7bit Casino, accused of chargeback

I had just stated playing with 7bit casino and I was knew to using crypto. I would deposit a lot but I won a lot too. My first withdrawl was a a success no problems. I deposited shortly after that and i guess my processing fee was too low for the blockchains so it ended up being delayed for almost two weeks. Once I realized it wasn’t depositing as quickly as she other times I deposited, I immediately contacted 7bit for help. They ensured me it was going to be fine I just had to be patient. So with it being a so called “credible” site I trusted them. I continued to despite and play even while still wating for the delayed deposit to go through because it was holding up my new withdrawl. During that time frame of two weeks I won ever more to where I had a cashout of about $14K. II’m a single mom with a two year old just trying to make ends meet. I’m also still chatting and emailing with 7bit to stay up to date with progress. When it finally came through I tried to make my withdrawl. They told me I had to do my playthrough for it and cancelled it. I was not mad at that. So not only reach the okay through requirements I played past it. The games were hitting. Don’t comes time to make my cashout again. Im under the impression all is well. There are no issues no did everything needed to do and then I get up the next morning and not only was my withdrawal cancelled my money was gone. They told me I did a chargeback and that they rescued to confiscate my winnings. This has me outraged because I used crypto currency. You can’t chargeback mine you send out that transaction that’s it. You can’t get it back or dispute it with anyone but who you sent it to and they are the only ones who can send it back. Not only do I know that but imposed because I have literally been in contact with support just about everyday trying to figure out the next step and they know this. They are falsely accusing me of something that is literally impossible. I continued to play with them. customer service is the absolute worst. I showed proof in showed my transaction history. The email chains had with them and they wouldn’t acknowledge any of it. They just kept sending me the rule about chargebacks. I don’t trust them and I’m still infuriated about this situation. I’m fighting back tears thing this because I know how life changing those winnings were going ti be for me and my son and they literally snatched it and stole it from me. A delayed transaction is not a chargeback and that is their only reason.


I do have screenshots and proof of everything. From the transactions based, to my casino transaction history, email threads. EVERYTHING
