Everything here is the truth and in full disclosure.

I did send a copy to all interested parties and asked them if they found anything in my Titan story objectionable or untrue. I couldn't get any specifications...on that either.
Any straight answer on a direct question is very hard to get.

MY TITAN RIDE.....

I am ( was ) one of Casino Titan's v.i.p players who has played at Casino Titan OVER 100 times....YET NEVER ONCE HAD A WIN THERE. DEPOSITS HAVE RANGED FROM 25.00 to 250.00 and bet amounts were all played quite conservatively, trying to find that one win! Meaning we are talking literally about thousands of spins! Many, many, many hours of play. Not a single win. Having made 64 separate deposits totaling almost $10,000.00 and playing another separate 40 times on comps given....

Even to RNG standards, these numbers are quite alarming.

Indeed, every gamer understands the bad runs, dry spells, rotten luck, no luck and NO ONE SERIOUSLY EXPECTS TO WIN ALL THE TIME....BUT THIS, I FIND, OUTRAGEOUS!

Play records have been requested. But how could I rely on those when I can't rely on the playthrough screen, depositing records, random jackpot numbers or promo mailings??

I've asked about the vip program schedule break down and neither has been forthcoming. You have a six rung vip program and with $10,000.00 in about four months time and 64 individual deposits, ( not counting comps ) I was on level number 1, the lowest, which makes me curious as to the structure of the v.i.p levels. Yet I can never get a straight answer.
This structure should be no secret and certainly effects a players comps, bonus's and weekly cash backs.

There were more than several concerns brought to the casinos attention as the drought continued, asking repeatedly to have tech check to ensure that all connections and communications with the casino were in correct working order, or all things as they should be. I asked for someone to please check and insure I was playing in the " real " casino as the continued play I was getting was continually, consistantly bad. WHEEE and I played on..!! Several occasions when I finally seemed to start hitting something and would be disconnected.
I was repeatedly assured that tech would look into this.

WE are not talking about a couple 20.00 deposits here, a couple plays, a crazed player throwing around 5.00 and 10.00 bets. All bets were 25 cents, 50 cents, and sometimes 1.00. Of course you guys do have the play records which would indicate the actual number of spins.....

I also reported on many numerous occasions that all my deposit receipts were not being sent to my email, I reported not receiving all of the promotions . ( I receive weekly promotions from 30 casinos I do not deposit with. ) It was only the promotions I was not getting..

I also reported the random jackpot figures not registering correctly. Within one months time, on a specific game the random jackpot went down by 1000.00 then it stayed the same for two weeks at another point. ( I was told once that this had happened because I had uninstalled and reinstalled the software. ) The last time I played the game Santa Strikes back, the random jackpot was $7,104., that was back on March 27, the week before that it was $7091, which means in a full weeks time the jackpot went up by $13.00?? What is it over three weeks later?? T-Rex was 1401. and a full week later it was $1458., $57.00 higher in a full weeks time...are those figures reasonable? If so, ok, but if those are reasonable how could they have gone down by one thousand dollars on a different week???

Suddenly after three weeks of THIS ( and over four months of daily exchanges about when the win is coming ) you are trying to tell me that there were three times I had met the wagering requirements and continued to play. ??

This simply cannot be true. There was a time I would have had to say.." oh, my gosh, really, and I didn't...what an idiot..I never knew I had met my playthrough..." BUT I learned to watch that figure like a hawk!!

If it were somehow true, then the wagering requirements field in my lobby was also not operating correctly. ( WHICH I GUESS MIGHT BE POSSIBLE IF THE PAYMENT RECEIPTS AND RANDOM JACKPOT FIGURES DO NOT REGISTER CORRECTLY EITHER. )
As I had become absolutely methodical about checking my play through. My mission had become making my play through and processing one successful withdrawal. Everyone at Casino Titan knows this was my objective, my goal. I had written many, many times about the " handful " of times I had even met my play through requirements and had less than 100.00 left, to which point a withdrawal would have been pointless. Depositing 250.00 and making a $98.00 withdrawal does not classify a " win ". Surely someone would have valued my patronage enough to see that I was not withdrawing when able.

Not that it was your duty but considering we were talking several times a week and the issue was always the same, how can this gosh awful, terrible run be possible and how long could it go on?? We could have been alerted something was off...or very wrong.
And finally, it was something I confided in Casino Titan that due to health issues, gaming had become a significant form of entertainment and fun for me. I had been open, honest and forthright about wanting to find a honest, fair, reputable casino to form a relationship with. We had all gotten quite friendly and personal with each other, yet now you say I could have cashed out and didn't...I can't imagine the reasons this wouldn't have been said two months ago...a month ago, two weeks ago...I can only say, that from my end, this was never showing, never.

It certainly would have faired better for both of us and yet not once...never in 10 pages of emails does a single one say, " well gee, you did win here on " such and such " a date, but you kept on playing..." Everyone just kept saying, " we want you win, we know you will win, it can't be much longer.." You would have thought someone would have been relieved to have declared, " but you could have won.." No, three weeks after I have carried on with this whole questionable experience..Now, you want me to believe there were times I could have cashed out and didn't..Well, no matter what any log you now have that says differently....this never showed in MY cashier section.

You advise me that you have thousands of players worldwide, ( your words ) and yet in two seperate raffles, ( winter raffle and spring raffle, right in a row ) out of ten winners, three of them were exactly the same. And two of those three had the least amount of available entries. ( I would not bring this up again but as it does shed light upon the difficulties and possible malfunctions within the casino)

Now I have been advised of my recklessness and foolishness to continue depositing when I was growing more and more uneasy. That is NOT was this platform is for, we can address that in another post. I'll even start it with my dunce cap on.

This is about fairness, honesty, credibility, trustworthiness and reputation.

I am hoping this covers all the issues that have concerned me in the four months and 10,000.00 and hundreds of hours of play.

I am not going to get anywhere with this, our relationship has ended, my monies gone, trust shattered. I am forced to accept that outcome.

The question now becomes, if the players do not report such goings on, if we don't forsake the embarrassment and humiliation to reveal our experiences, who will protect us??? And how will any regulating ever be mandated to protect the players??

The same thing happened to me but at Rival casinos. The horrible thing was that it lasted 1yr 3months. When I posted my experience people here just simply didnt belive me and started asking questions about my bet sizes, how much I deposit and what I consider a win to be. I meen com'on, slots are slots. Its not rocket science!! So over the last 1.3yrs I never made a playthrough and when I deposited straight cash is was gone so fast that if you blinked, you'd miss it.
I'm with you on this. It's more than bad luck this is a entirely different beast all together.
So well done on speaking out on this. I'm sure alot of people simply just say nothing at al. To ashamed to share how much they lost. I actually think casinos rely on the shame factor.

wow i just talked to them yesterday about my bad luck run for over 20 deposits i play a lot of rng and i also have not got any good runs at all. u are hitting it on the nail. same thing with lock recently just cant get any runs with their outrageous bonuses. only place i have seen consistently is cherry red however i cant find anyone who has actually won a random jackpot there becasue they are very high.
but as far as casino titan i was so mad yesterday depsoiting 100 for 200 percent bonus . had 300 betting only one dollar at a time i got one bonus out of 8 games wich was only woth 19 dollars win other than that lasted 1 hour for the whole thing i was floored of how bad it was. and the last 20 deposits have been same i think im giving up on them completely they have the best customer service though but as far as gaming hell no!!!!

The crap play you have decribed is an RTG problem, in general for a lot of players.

I've had my own issues with Casino Titan.
1. Comp point accumulation and redemption rates were had been switched around for the worst after I became a "VIP". When I was first given VIP status it came with 1000 comp points. I redeemed them for exactly $10. Soon after the redemption rate went to 50% of that and I was told nothing had changed and noone there could change it.

2. I had many, many losing sessions, then hit a random for $6000. I played again later and had a very quick multi thousand dollar take down, that happened so fast, I had never seen anything like it.

3. Logs were requested several times by email and never delivered.

4. Around Christmas time I was sent a promo email by a manager. In that email it also solicited me to tell them if there was anything wrong. I was honest and told them how I felt. I never got a response.

5. There was a chip on a website called "COMEBACK". I tried to redeem it for $5 and it was denied. I contacted live chat and was told this was for select players. I was like, I'm a VIP, how could I not be one of those players with thousands of dollars in deposits? All she chould do is apologize but would not budge.

The latter offended me and I asked them to close the account via email to support. It never happened and was never responded to. These people have selective cutomer service. It used to be they had excellent service, even though the software was tight as hell. Now they have tight software and crappy service to boot. I can't see how they are accredited.

It's sad really, because they were so good in the beginning that I had recommended them right here on this site, as well as suggested that they be accredited. I also contacted the manager to ask them to have a rep sign up here on this site to be on hand to communicate with the players. Obviously, for them, none of this was appreciated.

I posted a serious problem I noticed about this casino way last year. But people think they are the best thing since sliced bread because of their customer service.
They are not fair, nor honest, nor set up on any RNG! That nice customer service stuff is excellent marketing and it worked for alot of people! NOT ME! They got uninstalled about 1 month after installing them. I am no fool! Well...

I don't know about not being set up on an RNG. There are a lot of things we don't know. I do believe some of the rogues out there have the software reengineered with a gaff in the program, ensuring that no big hits ever happen. Anything can happen out in cyberspace. There are many that will argue that the casinos don't need to cheat, that the house edge will take care of the casino in the long run. (I believe it does in the short run too) Desperate times / desperate measures. When the economy shifts and the deposits are not coming in from as many players, who knows what they will resort to?

You know, it's really a shame that the online casino business after years of being a good thing, with some exceptions, has turned in it's nice face for the ugly one. If a person wants to figure out how to legally steal from people the online casino business is the way to go. They are immune to complaints, pretty much don't concern themselves to much with them, as there is always endless throngs of new players joining daily. They know full well a person will make near endless deposits before finally throwing in the towel.

As I said before, once the RTP was for everyone, because all players could get a return within a reasonable amount of sessions. Once you could have expected some sort of withdrawal within 5 to 10 deposits, at least one, now it is costing you to have to buy it at nightmarishly inflated rates, so to speak. Then and only then if you may be so fortunate you might be the one that the casino says, okay better make this one a winner now before we lose him/her. So they push the player to the farthest extreme, to see just how much you are willing to lose, just for that one win. Then when a player gets that win, all is forgotten of what it took to finally be rewarded with less than a fraction of what you have already given them just to get this win. So there you go again, back on the play of knowing yes you can win, so spend spend spend!

So because of the nature of our addiction, we are played like a fiddle and successfully I would say. Casinos can post and say anything they want, reps and affiliates can back them up as much as they want, but not everyone will keep taking the bait. We all have our tolerance threshold and it is sad to say that to many peoples thresholds have been reached, which is a negative reflection of what online gaming has become.

I have heard it said, it's for entertainment purposes, well if this is so, then why the heck would anyone play for real money. Giving amounts of money away, over and over again for purely entertainment, certainly is not entertaining one bit. Any player that says they only play for the fun of it, there is fun mode, if any and all players are playing in real money mode then it is not for entertainment purposes, real return is expected sooner or later, but rarely to never, which is becoming the norm, is unacceptable.

Even I myself am coming to the conclusion that even the last casinos I do like, I am getting tired of all of it.

So the way I view it anymore, is that if we just love to be a victim of crime and are always looking for the mugger in the alley, hey you've come to the right place! The casino industry is more than happy to be your dominatrix and chain you to the wall and whip the hell out of you no matter how much you scream, while with the other hand they are cleaning out your pocket book or purse. Mmmm, now didn't that feel good, honey ;). Now I am here 24-7 anytime you need another session.:D:icon_twis

I totally agree with your decision to un-install the offending casino but I actually feel it runs a little deeper. My experience with RTG across the board has been a bloody mess to say the very least. A couple of years ago, if I had a loosing session it would feel as if the casino was gently, nicely and slowly taking the money from me. NOW, it feels as if they are darn right snatching it out of my hand, poking me in the eye and bending me over a barrel, so to speak!!

Its really really frustrating because all we have is how we feel and unfortunately alot of the RTG powered casinos seem to be unwilling to hand over play logs. There are a few RTG's that will, but this leaves us with an incomplete picture. Why do RTG powered casino's remain as transparent as molasses? I have a suggestion that ALL casinos MUST give play logs upon request to qualify for accreditation. if that's not already the case. Is it the case?

From the Accredited Standards:

Player and Responsible Gaming Focused

Must forbid underage play.

Must have a clean history of fairness towards their customers.

Must be able to take care of any player issue swiftly and professionally.

Must display information about responsible gambling, with links to relevant organizations.

Must offer and enforce spending limits in addition to both temporary and permanent self exclusion options.

While it doesn't specify player logs, I 110% agree with you Lee. Any reputable and/or accredited casino, RTG or otherwise, should have zero problems with obtaining player logs, and forwarding them to the customer upon request.

It should be added into the Accredited Standards, no question IMO.

I had been going to suggest to the OP that they ask for their stats at the very least for the last four months of play. Four months worth of logs would be an insane amount of data...but stats should not be hard to obtain, and post.

Total amount deposited, total # of spins, average bet size, RTP, etc. If they have indeed deposited 10K in the last four months, and never spun above a dollar, and never below 25cents...then their median bet would be "around" 50 cents, and that's a MINIMUM of 20K spins...although I would expect to see a much higher amount than that...maybe double that. And I am VERY curious to see what their RTP is over that amount of spins. Small sample I realize, but enough that it shouldn't be in "insanity" territory ie. below 80 or 85%.

They should send the Titan rep a PM and request this very basic info at least, and let's take it from there.

I am ( was ) one of Casino Titan's v.i.p players who has played at Casino Titan OVER 100 times....YET NEVER ONCE HAD A WIN THERE. Unless you have that kind of money to waste or just to experiment, what was the point of continuing to play there? Seriously, when I played at Aladdins Gold on their new player 1 week unlimited match deposits and lost 6 times on small deposits, I was done. Game over, uninstalled, and not looking back.

Not trying to minimize your frustration and obvious losses, but I don't understand people that continue to play at losing casinos or certain games.

It will be interesting to see if they provide the records though...

Wow man that's not cool at all. That comment is at best thoughtless and really insensitive. I meen let's face facts here, this a website based around gambling and therefore by it's nature attracts gamblers at all stages of addiction and also recreational players too and whatever. Where you are has no bearing on where he is or was. Besides he was actually talking about past tense. What has happened, err hmm well happened. He was good enough to share his story with us and the result was he did quit in the end. Gamblers are strange fish in that sometimes we like to swim upstream. Fuck knows why!! Spare a thought instead of trampling in with your hob-nail boots on.

I don't think All 4 Greed was being insentive, but was merely stating that after x amount of deposits one would surely give up and move on. I think we all have to set limits on just how much leeway we are willing to give a casino and how many losing sessions we are willing to absorb before we start looking for someplace better.
I have tried pretty much all of the RTG's out there and have gotten to where if I don't get some play time or a hint of fairness, I dump them on the first free try out. This is only because after playing them all and playing some many many times, the patterns are all the same. So playing 100's of losing deposits at the same casino, should be a sign to any and all players that the trees are baren and no fruit will be found here.
As a forum member you have the advantage of checking out all the threads of players that are saying the same as you and have for a long time. That in itself should tell any of us, that some softwares are worse for player retrun than others and in my experience I think RTG is the top offender.
So don't be offended by someone wondering why someone else would deposit 100 times in the total amount of $10,000, it's just a question, not a lecture and I'm sure many of us think the same thing, but just aren't saying it.

I might add too, that if players see WhooHoo threads, boasting new casinos, don't run over and start dumping money on them, because after the newness wears off and the Yippees die down, then the rants begin. So I would give any new casino that is posted here a few weeks to see how the threads progress before giving them a go.

Just my opinion

The question now becomes, if the players do not report such goings on, if we don't forsake the embarrassment and humiliation to reveal our experiences, who will protect us???

I believe that right there should answer some of you...that AND the part where I said I would start a new post about me in a dunce cap..okay...We can all see it was clearly very stupid of me to continue to play there.
For a long time, I tried to convice myself I was being a bad loser,a poor sport and so on...I DID NOT WANT TO BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE WERE CHEATING ME!!

I have 10 pages of email communications, I, in my incredible stupidity, came to believe we were friends and the more times I lost there, the more I came to believe I was due for that one damn win!! Yes, you can color me stupid, that does not take away from the facts, it does not in any way legitimize or validate a casino's wrong doing, give them the right or make it okay!
They wined me and dined me with free comps and my personal v.i.p manager and as soon as they realized I'd had enough and had too many questions about something not being right, and the " gravy train was derailing from the Titan Taker Train, they dropped me like a hot potato!!
They would coax me through these periods with words of assurance that " my big win " was coming, that it had to be, that THEY ALL WANTED IT TO BE, that they would all be so happy when I won....
Perhaps they counted to much on the fact of how stupid I would look, to keep coming back for more..who would admit and present themselves as such an idiot??

That being said, I now have the play logs, at least I think I do. I have 5 emails, each with five attachments and each attachment is 1423.5 KB
I had asked for the play logs back when I first wrote this and asked them if they had any comments, first they said it would be a few days because they had wait for it, then they said they had sent it and then when I said I was not waiting any longer and was taking my experience to the people, well, the playlog came to my e mail right while I was making this first initial post...

So, I would absolutely LOVE to read these play logs or figure out expertly what they do indeed prove...( considering that they are the real deal, as it turns out not much within my casino was functioning properly.) It is alot of records...it's a hell of a lot of spins...but if the real truth is there...everyone is welcome to them!!
Of course I feel cheated, conned, stupid, empty, decieved, angry and humiliated.....It would have been easier to slither back into my hole, lick my wounds and never speak of what happened..but that is false pride and letting them off the hook and that, I just can't do.

Yeah Mavin that's my point entirly, it's what you would think. However like I say man. Gamblers are strange fish and do strange things. For example chase losses. Which is what I got from the post amongst other things. To give advice after an event that has already taken place is pointless. Further more the guy uninstalled the casino and moved on.
Anyway Mavin I have been on this website for a couple of years now and I've read a couple of your posts. I'm gonna say this because to be fair I've had enough reading the constant bollocks that seems to flow freely from brain to keyboard to my fucking computer. Mavin I think your a nipple wart! As a matter of fact your worse than that. Your a straggley old hair on a wart on a tramps nipple. When I read your posts I imagine sombody who is so anal that they iron creases in there jeans and t-shirts. I don't know why I just do. That's why your comments don't suprise me in any shape or form. I get the feeling you have all the emotional complexity of a ferrit!
Any hoo I'm off. I just realized that some of the people on this website drive me to the point were I just can't stand to be here.

Oh and one more thing before I begger off. Brian or Max, please make sure you get your accredited casinos to provide there patrons with play history if and when they request them. Especially RTG the naughty little beggers!!

See yah!!
