In my opinion BOVADA formally BODOGS is the absolute worst casino online....To many issues to write about. Just know I have given them thousands of dollars of chances to be a decent casino. They have now lost a valuble player and truely they do not care! Again IMO, Don't play at BOVADA, You will be sorry :(................Just Sayin!:mad:

can you collaborate why? i play there and have cashed out - and also just played last night and won

I use to play at Bodogs and had no probs at all. Had some good wins as well. Since BOVADA has come to town it has been losing for me all the time. Their customer service is horrible and rude. Seems I am always having deposit problems too, where they say they did not receive my deposit and my CC company says they did. Then 5 days later my money is on there. It just seems like every time I play, 3 or 4 times a week I am nothing but frustrated. Oh and try and get a bonus from them just for being a loyal player, it's like pulling teeth. They gave me a fifteen dollar bonus because I bitched about them losing ANOTHER deposit and I thought they were going to have to close the doors from that.
Good Luck and I am glad u are winning there...You won't see me dropping another penny at BOVADA'S.

and you can bet on sports, horse racing etc.

For whatever reason they do pay, but it tales a little longer.

One reason I like playing there , I am convinced that their RTG slots are about 40-30% RTP,
so when I play VP there I am not tempted to try my luck at slots

Your right it seems on the %.....And very smart to not play the slots there. Never did any other type of betting there so can't comment on it! Very Good ur winning :)

ok so how are you depositing? i use netspend prepaid and works all the time with no issue-
as far as bad luck im sorry to hear that i too had bad luck at the poker tables there but when i win like 50 or so i take my winnings to slots and play there and thats where i win usually bigger( yesterday 400 on dragons and penguins).
i just never really cashed out there until week and a half ago so im hoping they are ok with actually getting a check (still waiting)
but i respect your opinion if you are a big player there and cant win its understood- but if the actual casino has done nothing wrong it shouldnt be blammed for IMO

I dunno I just can't win there and again, the support team is terrible. I use to play all the time at Fortune Lounge and have hit several BIG progressives there so maybe I am spoiled with fantastic customer support. I just feel like Bovada doesn't care. And YES, I deposit via NETSPEND and somehow on several occasions it got lost in transit. Netspend says it's the merchant and Visaversa. Right this moment I have a good sum out there somewhere URRRRRR....... that I am working on getting returned. Have a great day!

i think i know what you talking about i too did a deposit and got declined and the netspend side showed it took it- if this is the case the money will be return within 24-48 hours to netspend-also when you depositing the amount be sure to leave the juice bovada takes and also at least 2 dollars less for netspen to get their money - example dont reload the card for 60 and spend 60 you should spend 55 always leave some so everyone gets their share otherwise its a big headache waiting toi get money back in account. just an fyi hope that helps-

Yes, I do exactly what you say with Netspend with the extra dollars. But for some reason it usually has taken around 5 days for the money to be returned in my netspend account. Do you know anything about Microgamming now? Are they still not open to progressives for the USA and there are only a few groups that accept USA...Not sure what's going on with them and would appreciate any info you have.... Thanks so much.

im sorry i dont know anything about microgaming i stopped them cold when they no longer accepted usa-

Americans are not allowed to play at ANY Microgaming casinos at all now... :(

Bovada (Bodog) bought the software from RTG (all the other casinos just license it), so it is possible they could have changed the RTPs of their slots (not saying they have, but it's possible).

There aren't that many choices for the USA these days, so if you like RTG games you could try a different RTG casino...

I opened an account there last feb but could never deposit. I could get to the cashier but I always got a timeout, website not found error if I remember correctly when clicking the submit button.

They said it was a slow internet connection but I have a high speed fiberoptics service. I tried both IE and FF and even waited a couple of days and tired again but had the same problem so I just closed the account.

I hadn't played on line since PS n FT shut their doors to US players.

I was constantly looking for an on line Poker Rm/Casino for US Players. Bovada (BoDog) kept popping up in lists of Top 5/10 with good reviews and few complaints, so I thought I'd givem' a go.
I tried the free play n was really impressed with the "Look N Feel" of Bovada, software, web design, whatever it's called.

I made my first deposit in Feb but by March I'd had enough! "Looks" really DO NOT matter and the only "Feelings" I experienced were those of frustration n agitation, like Shejm stated.

My first issue was the added charge of "deposit fees", I didn't like it BUT I knew about the fees up front and I accepted it.

My second issue was getting a lot of the games to load (they wouldn't), I was limited to playing the same ones over n over.
In contacting support I was told to "clear all my cookies and run Bovada as an Administer".
I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to pc software conflicts but I sure didn't want someone else Administering my programs and who gives up cookies? ... j/j ....

Ok I'll admit it, I did BUT I didn't like it! I was desperate to play n spend the $$ I deposited, after all I'd already paid the fees (service, bank, international). By the way their suggestion worked but I still get the feeling I'm being watched by the Bovada Bonus Secret Service Squad..... (I took a $10 No Deposit offer n I think they want it back) ... lol ...

Leads me to my third issue, Bonuses n Promotional Offers. I had to contact customer service to request my promotional offers, I included all the necessary proof in case, uumm you know ... you can tell'em the sky's blue but you better fax a date stamped picture to prove it ...
Good thing I wrote em, basically they were like ... oh yeah, that's right, oops forgot, we'll credit your account now. They did, so I accepted that as well .....

Then they credited my casino account $20 instead of giving me a tourney ticket in poker!! I didn't know til it was too late.
I told em I hadn't received my ticket n ask why. They told me I had inquired about a casino bonus so instead of a ticket we gave you chips. What is that you say?? You did what?? .... I couldn't believe it!!

I ask about your promotion that stated ... Sometimes service fees are credited back to "high rollers". I ask what you consider to be a "high roller" ..... I deposited $600 in two weeks, do I qualify? I didn't ask, "Can you turn my ticket into a chip"!! Besides, Poker/Casino are separate accounts ...
I knew I wasn't a high roller but it doesn't hurt to ask, right? Well it shouldn't anyway ... lol...

I never cashed out, never had any luck at all in poker or the casino .... Heck it didn't even matter if I won, my first bonus had a $6,000 + rollover .... lol....

I also had issues with deposits it was always hit n miss, they never "lost" mine. Sometimes a card would accepted n other times rejected. I didn't blame them for that, I just figured my bank didn't wanna let go of the cash.

It may appear as if I'm a Bovada Basher, I'm not ..... All my issues weren't that big of a deal n all fixable if I would've put a lil more effort into it ... But when combined with constant defeat it just gets pretty darn frustrating, for me anyway.

Bovada has been around a long time n that says more then my lil hissy fit of a post ....
Just a few issues they could improve .... Lets face it even WE, "The Kings & Queens of the Casinos" have issues we could improve ... lol ...

I Haven't Played Since They Changed Their Names

I used to always play at Bodog casino and had excellent service. When I made withdrawals, they sent a check with a tracking number. The courier required a signature to receive a check. They were always professional. I want to play at Bovada because they accept USA and their craps have 3x odds.

If you merely said they are worst in terms of payout for you I might understand. Otherwise I agree with bpb that it sounds more like a threat. Maybe if they gave you a $50 bonus instead of $15 you would be happier but I hope Bovada just ignores you. You seem to be mistaken with the fact that hitting progressives is related good customer service.
