Waited a bit before posting my final "judgement" since i have an ongoing issue in one of my favourite Casinos..

Even the big fuss about the withdrawals can not influence my opinion, since the level of service i am getting there is immaculate.
Ever since i reached the top tier of their V.I.P. program, i have been happy with all my playtime, be it win or lose, comp or deposit,
flash or download, it's all the same. granted they do not have as much different games as most of the newcomers, or other contenders,
therefore they have more then enough to keep me happy, and i never get bored with their huge palette of slots: to me the whole picture counts, and in this regard there is absolutely no doubt that they are the creme de la creme for me!
I can elaborate as such: the combination of V.I.P. rewards, dedicated and accessible management, 24/7 top notch support and awesome promotions throughout the year, are ahead of any other Casino i play at. thanks for a great year 32Red!

There were a few contenders, but let's say the presence of Ben, which i already had befriended through CM and dealt with in Nordicbet, sealed the deal.
I never really got the urge to test the other newcomers properly, except for CasinoLuck: which only just now implemented LiveChat, and where my bond with management is not yet as thick
I really like how Ben handles things, and i feel that he has educated his support team very well, if that is the right term.
l really enjoy the layout, and selection of games, and of course they do really pay fast, which is quite nice!
Ben has excellent forum presence and is always ready to help, and as fast as humanly possible.
These points have made my decision easy! Way to go Guts
Best Casino Manager 2013: Pat Harrison -32Red
I had to choose, yet again, between Ben, Andy and Pat, which first of all i do not like, as i really think all three are top notch, and i'd hate to insult any of them even in the slightest, however this is a competition, and there can be only one winner...
The reason why i choose Pat is quite simple, of all three Gents, he is the one that has pampered me the most. The man's generosity knows no end, and believe me, i've tested it plenty.
On top of that, every communication with him is accompanied with cheerful banter, but there is always a straight answer to any question i may have, on a broad range of 32red's dealings, and in my opinion also sincere interest in my persona, which makes me feel highly appreciated, much more then i probably deserve!
You can say what you want, but that is what you call pizazz! No way anyone has topped that, and i'd be highly surprised if one ever will

Best Us facing casino 2013: 3Dice
Not only do i play there myself, but it's clear from the americans here, and in their chatroom, that they still provide the most entertaining place to be for many a gambler!
They have improved, added a few slots, some of those awesome in my opinion, - they already had a great palette of unique games, so can't go wrong there, and of course, they are really fast in their payments, and really went out of their way to keep providing to the U.S. in a most sacrificial manner.. All Americans that play there would know what i mean.
They are also in my personal top 5, and probably will be forever.
Great support, great management and a decent V.I.P. program, if you are loyal enough: they also excell in fun promotions, provided you are in Chat often, their party's in there are really entertaining!
With the latest addition of "Nice and Naughty Rankings" they show once again they are planning to stay on top too.
So my vote is obvious!

Simply because there was pretty much always a match-up if needed, if not in 32Red, then in one of the sisters, and a heap of fun promo's to boot. I also feel that Mark's special promotions here for CM-members, are the most frequent, and rewarding
Very helpful guy, and always in for a laugh too, which of course also is a big +1.
Further honourable mentions to CasinoLuck, which are seeming to be a serious contender for next year, in my opinion, and i have also dabbled a bit back to RTG, courtesy of JPC-group, so far i am starting to like them better everytime i visit, very likely i will be promoting them too, but the testing phase is not over yet...
Also I would like to thank Butler's Bingo, where i am currently enjoying the X-mas calendar, despite only having made a few measly deposits, they seem like a great place to be at, but i still have to find a for me desirable way, to get around their Bingo setup, to ensure i get my fill of V.I.P.-ness, without having to deposit a zillion first
Iano is obviously a great guy, really helpful and funny, i would guess that if one interacts with him often, he would automatically be on their list for best manager
Also was impressed with the BET-AT teams presence here, and followed their baptism keenly.
I think Igor and his colleagues are up to par with the rest of the top, and i am really sorry my budget didn't really give me room to give them a proper go. Will have to be 2014!

That is probably the best from 2013: i really feel that finally, the bar has been raised significantly: in this i am definitely not alone.
CM and it's precious members have definitely played a key part in that!

Like Tirilej stated in her post, i also don't like to focus on the negative, i am just happy with the great ones we got, be it members or Casino's or Casino-Rep's,
Frankly, if you have been bad, you don't get a prize! nor should the awards podium be fouled with names of the likes of some..
Even bad publicity is too good for those.
I hope i haven;t forgotten anyone, or anything, but that would be my 2 cent, make that one, i might need the other one for one last spin....
