Atlantic Interbet

You guys are unbelievable! If I were playing in a casino that made a promise they didn't keep, I'd be concerned about other promises they might not keep, such as paying my winnings or giving an honest game. There is absolutely no way I'd keep playing anywhere that I was lied to. In my business, If I were to lie to customers, I'm sure they would leave and go somewhere else. It appears your addiction to gambling is causing you to lose sight of reality. At least find another casino to play at and quit bitching.

LC ... Who the hell are you? You are obviously not a player at AiB so you have no busines posting here.

Addiction to gambling? For some of us that doesn't even play a part. Entertainment is the emphasis here.

How many people play the "premium" games on AOL and bitch constantly about how they used to be free? Do they still pay their 99 cents an hour? Sure they do. Why? Entertainment. Is this really so different? AOL offered free games then began charging for the same games everyone used to enjoy without having to pay. Broken promise? In a way. Especially if you signed up for AOL's service when they were free. Do you give up the best ISP on the market because of that? Not a chance.

Compare apples with apples. Everyone gets disgruntled sometimes and needs to vent. That's what this is all about. So keep your opinions to yourself. If you do not play there, you have no opinions to offer. You read this section of the forum by choice. No one is forcing you to read the comments here. If you choose to read it for lack of anything better to do then read it and shut up.

The owners of AiB must be marketing geniuses. They hook their best customers by offering these "fantastic" tournaments. They make promises to their best customers they don't keep. Those same customers complain about the way they are treated and then when someone points out the inconsistancy in their actions they shoot the messenger.

I have been a customer of AiB in the past but I didn't like the play of their games so I stopped being one of their customers. That's my point. If you don't like the way the casino is treating you, FIND A NEW CASINO. There are hundreds of them out there.

ANNONYMOUS:

IF YOU EVER WANT TO ADDRESS ME PERSONALLY, AS YOU DID IN YOUR POST, AT LEAST HAVE THE "NERVE" TO USE YOUR REAL NAME OR EMAIL ME. YOU MUST BE ONE OF THE WORKERS AT AIB, SINCE I CANNOT THINK OF ANYOTHER REASON FOR SOMEONE ADDRESSING ME AND BEING AFRAID TO LET ME KNOW WHO THEY ARE.

DONT PITY ME, PITY YOURSELF. FOR STARTERS, I HAVE NEVER CURSED AT A PLAYER. I HAVE MOUTHED OFF TO THE PITS, BUT WITH DUE CAUSE. ADDITIONALLY, IF MY STRAIGHT FORWARD ATTITUDE BOTHERS YOU, THEN PERHAPS YOU SHOULD SEE A SHRINK.
I WOULD MUCH RATHER DEAL WITH SOMEONE WHO IS HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD THEN A LIAR OR A HYPOCRITE.

THEREFORE, WHEN YOU ARE READY TO BE A STAND UP PERSON AND SAY WHO Y0U ARE, EITHER POST YOUR NAME HERE OR EMAIL ME. HOWEVER, YOU AND I BOTH KNOW YOU WONT DO EITHER. THANKS FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT.

I would like to first make it clear that I am not here to BASH anyone !! I am fairly new to AIB and have yet to make my fortune here (LMAO)....excpet in the many friends I have gained in such a short time. I come here to relax, chat, goof off, and have some good old fashioned fun. If I happen to win then that's the Frosting on the Cake.

What really bothers me is seeing and hearing all of the negativity that is displayed by what are supposed to be adults. If you don't feel that this site is honest then by all means take it elsewhere. God knows I have never seen anything like this in a real Casino. If this were to take place in a place other than CYBER CASINO WORLD you would be escorted out by a burley security guard and thrown out on your toosh after being told to NEVER RETURN.

As far as the BONUSES go, I have been told that they will be giving the players something. Nothing was promised and no monetary figure was given. So I say, Wait and See ! Good things come to those who wait.

As far as the PITS go. I have to say that I have found each and every one of them to be helpful, friendly and willing to bend over backwards to assist any player that asks. I applaude them for having to contend with some of the BS that I have seen them take. It irritates me when I see someone calling them names and degrading them in the chat rooms when they are not even present. People, GET A LIFE ! How would you feel if it were you that were bring talked about and called names behind your back?

Now as for the management of AIB. I have not had the chance to meet Roger or Marc. I can only assume that they are business men that want to reamin in business..... and thus far have done so, regardless of who may think they can take them down. I know myself from being self employed, for every unsatisfied customer there are hundreds of satisfied customers. So ladies and gentlemen listen when I tell you...... your barking is doing nothing but going up the wrong tree. Go get a life, a job, or a mate but geeeees knock off this crap.

To all of my friends at AIB. I love each and everyone of you. I have enjoyed the hours we spend together and hope to continue to see you all there.

Luv,
Luvn

Hi,
I am a faithful Atlantic Interbet player. I play daily and love it. It is far better than any other casino I have tried. And I have tried over 100 on line casinos. I still look on a daily basis at new ones and still no-one compares to Atlantic Interbet.
The inter active chatting is great. I love talking to other players and have made lots of new friends. We hold daily 7 card poker games, everyone is always made welcome to join us.
The staff is awesome, I can't say anything bad about any of them. They are friendly, helpful and always a pleasure to be around. They do a great job...
The tournaments are great. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, but you always have fun playing and if your going to play anyway, then it is just a bonus.
Atlantic Interbet is my all time favorite place. Come join us for some fun there.

To Slotlucky,

You state above that you are so happy and love AIB. Well, if that were the case, why "on a daily basis are you looking for new online casinos"?

Hmmmm, makes no sense to me, whatsoever!

Reply to anonymous:
Hey, I am always going to look, you just never know what you might find. If I would have quit at the first one I liked, I never would have found Atlantic Interbet. I like knowing what is offered to me. New things come along all the time.
Still Interbet is my favorite for now. If you know of one better, please let me know. I will be glad to check it out too.

THE STAFF AT AIB ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE TO KNOW THEY ARE PATIENT AND HELPFUL AND ALWAYS PLEASANT AS FAR AS THE MACHINES GO THEY USE TO BE ACTIVE NOW VERY QUIET BUT THATS GAMBLING NO MATTER WHERE YOU PLAY THE TOURNAMENTS HAVE GONE DOWN HILL IF YOU WIN YOU LOSE SO I JUST PLAY 1 QUARTER AND TRY TO HAVE FUN GOOD LUCK ALL

I recently saw several of the AiB employees in a field with a donkey in the early hours of the morning they all had cucumbers lubricant and a pair of ladders

SO NOW YOU KNOW

As this was not the least bit funny, I spoke with Las Vegas Farmer about this and he is sorry about the confusion. He had been smoking some funny stuff growing in the field. There were NO AiB employees in the field and there was no donkey. He vehemently testified with a clear mind, that there were a pair of ladders, however.

Razl, slotlucky, and gramsey have expressed my views beautifully. I look upon my AIB time as more of an entertainment than a moneymaking opportunity.

The live chat with other players and staff is what makes AIB so pleasurable for me, and luckily the players on AIB tend to be wonderful folks.
The entire online staff of AIB has been nothing but helpful and friendly to me since the day I arrived.

I've looked at a few other sites but they seem sterile and cold next to AIB.

I HAVE READ MOST OF THE HUNDRENDS OF POSTS ABOUT AIB... ASK YOURSELF THESE QUESTIONS??

WHY IS THE STAFF SO NICE AT AIB, BECAUSE THEY LIKE YOU? PLEASE GET REAL.

WHY IS IT THAT AIB SAYS ONE THING AND DOES ANOTHER? DOES THE WORD SUCKER MEAN ANYTHING?

ALL OF YOU THAT COME HERE AND "LOVE" AIB BECAUSE OF THE STAFF AND THE FRIENDS YOU HAVE MADE THERE, THE STAFF IS "SUPPOSED TO BE KIND AND COURTIOUS" IF YOU THINK THEY ARE REALLY YOUR FRIENDS YOU ARE REALLY IN NEED OF SOME THERAPY.

THEY ARE AN ONLINE CASINO, THEY ARE UNREGULATED, THEY ARE MAKING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS EVERYDAY. THEY COULD GIVE A RATS ASS ABOUT YOU OR ANYONE ELSE, THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE TO TAKE YOUR PLACE. ONLINE GAMBLING IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY, IF YOU WANT THE REAL THING, GO TO VEGAS.

PERSONNALY, I HAVE HAD MANY PROBLEM WITH AIB. FAILURE TO PAY, LOST DEPOSITS ETC... NO ONE EVER BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ME.

I have been away and not had the "pleasure" of reading the forum or responding to any of the comments for quite some time. It is, I must say, always a good chuckle for me. It is every players right to have their own opinion of any site and one should not be poo'poo'd because of their particular like or dislike for a place, it's people, it's methods, etc.

There is one thing that I personally have noticed however....

The staff was QUITE vocal when it came to slamming one (or more) of their patrons on this site. When the issue has arisen again however of bonuses, etc., I could not help but notice there has not been one single reply from "mark", or the other staff. Why is this? Are the simple questions too difficult to answer honestly? It seems "mark" (who I am assuming is a big shot executive or programmer) is not interested unless it has to do with programming issues as once the issue of the low count deuces disappeared, so did his comments on any issues.

I think you should all take notice of the silence by the staff as an indication you are getting NOTHING.

Hi Everyone :) Gosh after taking about 2 hrs of my time reading all these messages, I have realized that I have been gone longer than I thought lol. I know I have taken a few months off away from AiB but it was not due to any reason of AiB or the staff or the patrons there. I have been really busy with my business and I had been ill for the few months, but am doing better now :) I am having a hard time understanding why everyone is complaining and ranting on and on :( As AiB knows and probably alot of you, know I have lost alot of money in there, we all bitch at times of frustration, but what price you set for entertainment and the company of nice people, who have become friends, is priceless or in otherwords what you can afford. If you cannot afford to lose PLEASE DON'T PLAY. You can't say staff only likes you cause you are a patron, otherwise they would not remember anything about you or care too if that was the case.

Usually I am not one to put my two cents in lol but since I decided to write I have decided to lol. I also was a little upset about the xmas bonus as another name of mine was sent the notice, who I hardly ever played under, and not myself. But I do understand the marketing of trying to get previous clients back as I am self employed also, but I have learned to give acknowledgments to my clients that have stayed with me by giving them discounts. So I hope AiB will keep that in mind :)) Hint, hint, hint lol

Well that's all of my two cents worth. I enjoy going into AiB, not for the gambling, but for the friends I have made :) And I do appreciate the few that have written to me asking if I was still alive, it means alot to me that you care :) And the nice welcome backs I received tonight when I went into AiB again. At least I enjoyed chatting tonight while doing all of these downloads LOL! Please Mark, no more downloads lol! It also kept me from losing my money lol.

That's it for me...just wanted to say hi to all and that I have missed all or most of you lol. And don't expect to see too much of me till the middle of April :)

Take care all and most of all good luck :)

y'all lost me !!!
i came here 2 get opinions on aib be4 starting to play there and now i'm more confused than be4.is this place an out and out ripoff....or just the incessant whining of sore losers?? how about some unbiased opinions(no employees or losers)? also any opinions on the new gold software?? thanks and happy gambling all!
:)

Spike, I am neither an employee or a sore loser at AIB. After 8 months at AIB, I am up marginally. My game of choice in any casino is Video Poker, so I tend to play that more. The odds of decent wins on their VP machines appear to be slightly lower than other casinos (both online and land-based) that I have frequented. However I find Deuces and Deuces & Jokers to have better than average payouts. I steer clear of Blackjack at AIB, preferring to play multi-player at other casinos such as Gold Club. The dealers at AIB Blackjack seem too lucky...:-) If you are a card player, the games such as pai-gow poker and Texas Hold'em are quite fair. What I find unique about AIB is the interaction. It is truly enjoyable, and if I am going to be online gambling, I might as well enjoy the experience. Another plus for AIB is the tournaments they run. These are completely optional but offer an added bonus of cash and or free spins to the top winners. The new Gold software is quite good. Having played on the other software for many months, I did have a period of adjustment, but find that it is very easy to navigate. The biggest problem I have with AIB is lagging and disconnection. In the past this was a major problem with the site but they appear to have tweaked the servers and it is getting better every day. But, to me, this is a small price to pay for such an enjoyable on-line gambling experience. As well, you can keep track of all your plays with the gambling recorder. This is a plus. I would recommend AIB.

Reply to Spike Owens:

AIB is an out and out rip off. Especially with their new gold program. The machines are extremely tight, the payouts are awfully slow and they are not user friendly when it comes to deposits with Winners then transfers to Atlantic Interbet. You have to remember many different pin numbers and when you are new, you are not certain which pin number goes where.

Additionally, if they were such an honorable site, why would they PAY people to go and vote for them? If they were sincerely a number 1 online gambling site, this would not be necessary. However, that is what is done.

I notice that alot of people are "thrilled" with the opportunity to chat with other players. Well, if I want to talk to someone, I can always call my real friends on the phone.

When I downloaded the Gold Program, naturally I had many questions. I received many nasty "I dont know replies" from the very friendly "pit bosses". It took a long time to download the program, get into this site and then run into one problem after another. Thank goodness, it only took a few seconds to delete.

Guys after all ALL casino random number generator can be adjusted from time to time .....

Hey what's you guy's opinion of Blackjack or Roulette analyze ( no particular made or brand )

I honestly dont know who to direct this message to, therefore I will just post it here. I just started playing at Interbetcasino. This is a free site, but the same owners that own Interbet also own Atlantic Interbet. I have noticed that all day long players are offered alot of free money, which increases their status, if they go and vote for Atlantic Interbet to be a number one site. I am not quite sure who should be responsible for this fraudulent activity. Is it the interbet site, the players themselves, or the Online Casino Guides that allow this to take place.

I, personally, have never played at Atlantic Interbet and never will for obvious reasons. Those being that if a gambling site has to "buy" their status as being an honorable site, then they obviously are not.

Rewards for votes---

The Gambling.com top sites page explicitly states that they encourage bribes for votes. All of the top ranked sites do this, including English Harbour (#1), Sands of the Caribbean (#2), WWTS (#3), Caribbean Gold (#4), Silver Dollar (#6).

Some other sites further down also offer rewards. Often big moves up or down in the rankings can be tied to a change in the rewards-for-votes policy. For example, when WeCU casinos (King Tuts, Winning Worlds, GoldRush) were ranked higher, they offered a total of $30 for voting for all 3 casinos. Now they only offer $5 each.

The best deal currently (to my knowledge) for all you greedy, immoral voters out there is from the English Harbour family of casinos (English Harbour, Caribbean Gold, Silver Dollar) which offer $20 for 1st place, $10 for top 5, $5 for top 20. Based on last month's rankings this is a total of $35 for your 3 votes. Sands offers $10, but requires you to vote for both the Sands and WWTS (only $5/vote). Some other sites will enter you in a drawing in exchange for your vote.

I am not certain that the casinos get any feedback on who voted for them (although they might), so it is _possible_ that a really greedy immoral voter out there might claim vote rewards on all the sites that offer them, even if they did not have enough votes to go around.

Well that gives you an idea of gambling.com's lists credibility. First Live was rated in the top 50 until people complained. On the plus side Gambling.com has one of the most extensive (if not up to date) list of gambling relayed links of any gambling portal.

Reply to James and Snakeyes:

If Gambling.com encourages bribes for votes, then how in the world do you distinguish an honest site from a dishonest one. From all the reading I have done here regarding Atlantic Interbet, there are definitely major problems here and I do not care to involve myself in a probable scam.

Therefore, I will keep my money nice and safe with me. After all, these casinos do not make money by giving it away.

Thank you all for your posts and for keeping my finances secure.

REGARDING MARK(?????)

It is amazing how at the interbet casino site, which is the free sister site to Atlantic Interbet, Mark is regarded as a Moron. Bear in mind, that this is a free site where you win absolutely NO MONEY. Yet, Mark reduced the amount of NO MONEY that you can win in tournaments. Having given this some thought, imagine what he has done to the REAL MONEY site!

I know for a fact that Mark is not playing with a full deck. I cannot think of one reason for cutting tournament amounts in a FREE SITE. I feel so bad for the people that are literally throwing their money away at AIB. Please wake up and realize that you will NEVER come out ahead in this crooked site. I know that alot of you feel that you do it for entertainment...but certainly there are more constructive ways of entertaining yourselves without being robbed!!!!

If you notice the home page of AIB has been upgraded to show the very wonderful Gold Program that Mark has implemented. However, you must also notice that the WINNERS LIST consists of winners from October of 1999. Why do you think this is? If you can come up with an answer other than that there are hardly any winners anymore, than you are a hell of a lot smarter than I am.

Happy Gambling:}

Monday May 29th AIB had a promotion of match play money of $25.00 deposits at a time max deposit $500.00 I tried from 1AM to 11:55 PM with a sucess of 7 deposits out of hundreds of triesThey said the ATM had a glitch. Why was i penalized for this by not being able to make my max deposits. I have been writing to support and info since 1 AM Monday it is now Thursday and have not gotten any satisfaction
but i am told im a good patron but are they good to me??????

up to $500.00

i want to thank AIB for honoring the promotion to me it was a struggle but they corrected it for me thank you wish i didnt have to write 100 e-mails tho

Gramsey consider yourself lucky. AIB is a crooked site, run by a selfish Pig named Mark, and they take over a month to pay their winners. They can take their bonus sign up money and that bullshit daily drawing and shove it right up their butts!!!!

To Brian Bailey:

Brian many people at Atlantic Interbet are not being paid. They are in desperate need of your help. I wrote the following letter to their support department...but I am sure it will mean nothing.

To Whom It May Concern:

I have been playing in AIB for approximately 6 weeks. During this time, I have noticed that many players are complaining about not being paid for their winnings, duplicate charges being made to their accounts or money being removed from their debit cards without authorization. I must say this is a terrible way to run a business.
It is because of this that I have chosen NOT to deposit any more money or play at this site simply because it does not seem to be on the up and up.

I personally think that AIB is waiting to see how Congress votes regarding the online gambling Bill. Should this bill be passed, then the people who are owed money will be screwed.

I know that the "pit bosses" have to say whatever the higher ups tell them to say. Therefore, everyone is told it is a "processor" problem!!!!! What a crock!!! Then again we cant expect them to say "sorry but you are suckers for playing here and you are not getting paid"!

Disgusted ex-AIB player

There have been many posts that question the fairness of the machines at AIB. I would very much like to see AIB become certified by SafeBet. Safebet (
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
) is an independent non-profit that audits the random numbers and logs to ensure fairness.

Whether you like AIB or not, I encourage everyone (especially AIB members) to push for SafeBet certification ASAP. The players win by having added peace of mind, and the casino wins by having increased loyalty and the end to complaints about tight machines or unfair play.

Drop a line to [email protected] and let them know.

I'd like to know who runs SAFEBET, and why I should trust them. I was on the Safebet website a few weeks ago, and noticed very little explanation of how they audit the RNG and how they test the logs. Also, how does a player truly know how independent Safebet is?

I have been playing at AIB for about two months now. I have not won anything at all and have lost thousands of dollars. They use their own ATM money processing system and you used to be able to deposit up to $500 a day. Today I went in and found out that they cut the deposit maximum to $125 per day. I asked the pit boss why this was done and was told "I dont know...they started this new policy today". Stunned by this inadequate answer, I waited until this evening when a more "experienced" Pit boss would be working. I again asked why the daily maximum was cut and she informed me that it was done for the "newbies" that play there and that "established players like myself will have the maximum raised within the next few days". I asked if this was a definite truth and was told "well dont quote me...but maybe it will happen". What kind of answers are these???? What kind of site is this??? Was this done so that I, as well as other high limit players, cannot have a chance at getting some of the thousands of dollars they have lost???

I would love to hear from someone at AIB who has a direct answer to these questions, rather than a fairy tale. I challenge anyone from AIB to come to this forum and answer these questions.

By the way, one last question. When do you pay your winners? There are many of them running to "gambling grumbles" in search of help.

I would recommend that every gambler be very cautious with AIB.

Here is another second thought about playing at AIB. I'hv armed an official complaint against them, and I want you to hear about that.
The facts: I was playing roulette in AIB.
I don't remember the date, but it was game 1999062820:45179153534 17. When the wheel spined I was suddenly disconnected, due to some tech. error, but not before I saw the Ball Landing on 28. Here is the Statement, as copied from AIB site, file 611:
1999062820:45179153534 SYS Login AVIV $ 0.00
1999062820:45179153534 ATM Transfer E-Cash + $ 178.00
1999062820:45179153534 Roulette 17Start Bankroll $ 178.00
(I only copy the lines concerning no. 28):
1999062820:45179153534 Roulette 17STRAIGHT 28 - 1.00$ 164.00
1999062820:45179153534 Roulette 17SPLIT 28-31 - 1.00$ 121.00
1999062820:45179153534 Roulette 17SPLIT 28-29 - 1.00$ 110.00
1999062820:45179153534 Roulette 17Ball Lands On: 28
1999062820:47179154789 SYS Login AVIV $ 0.00
As you can see, I'hv never loged off. I was disconnected. When I loged in the next time, I found that my account was not credited with my $70 winnigs. 2 splits and one straight makes $70 -not too much to ask!
I worte to them over and over again, and they ignored all my emails, or sent me an irrelvant answer, like: the ball has not lended on 28 in game 16, while my inquiry is about game 17!
I truly hope AIB will pay me after reading this complaint, because otherwise I would strongly recommend every web gambler not to play with AIB.
It's a shame,they could be a very good casino.
Thanks
Aviv

Dear Ms. TheBabe,

Please allow us to explain Atlantic Interbets new policies regarding initial deposit limits and the reason for the changes that have occurred recently.

In the past several weeks, after some in-depth research, some alarming statistics have come to our attention. We have discovered that over 90% of the players whose initial deposits exceeded $200 have subsequently charged them back against their credit cards.

We have also discovered that the vast majority of initial deposits are $100 or less. A pattern has developed that has become blatantly apparent and changes had to be made to prevent this pattern from continuing. While the exposure to violators is common in the online gaming industry, we must do our best to limit those who are simply looking for a loophole to capitalize on instead of winning money legitimately with fair game play.

We decided to take decisive action and limit our exposure by firstly limiting the initial deposits by new players until a comfortable history has been established with them. Once a full credit card statement cycle has passed with out incident of charge-back, you and our other loyal customers are welcome to visit www.atlanticinterbet.com and provide the necessary required information to increase your deposit limits.

After having explained the details which compelled us to implement these necessary adjustments, we hope you agree that these changes were in no way intended to limit the chances of our loyal customers or to decrease their odds of winning their money back.

Certainly, an online casinos greatest publicity occurs when people win. We want our loyal customers to win and to tell their friends where they won!

Lastly, in response to your inquiry regarding when we pay our winners, the answer is Always. There have been complaints of timeliness however and we are working diligently to improve our payout policies and procedures to make our thousands of winners happier. We originally outsourced payouts during our first year of operation but have recently taken that task in house. We have admittedly experienced some growing pains these last couple of months but can assure you that every winner has been paid. We will continue to work hard to earn your loyalty and we know that the only way to achieve that is by being fair and responsive to your needs. As we strive to improve, please accept our apologies when we fall short and give us the opportunity to respond to your concerns.

We thank you for your patronage and look forward to serving you in the future.

The Atlantic Interbet Staff

Atlantic Interbet Staff:

While I can certainly understand your concerns regarding charge backs that people make on their credit cards, I, however, do not fall into this category. My first month at AIB I charged approximately $1,000 and have already paid my Credit Card bill (this was the month of June). In July, I charged over $1,000. I have received my credit card bill for July and have already paid my bill. I gambled, lost the money fair and square and am responsible for this loss. Therefore, I would like to know why honest people, such as myself should be penalized because of dishonorable patrons that gamble at your site?

I would like to think that I am considered an honest player and credible in your eyes.

I appreciate your response posted above, as it helped me to understand what is going on.

TRUTH IN ADVERTISING Sounds plain and simple, doesnt it, but I guess either it isnt or some dont believe in being truthful in their advertisement. Take this advertisement for instance:

WOOHOO! Wait until you see the NEW twist on our $1000 drawing......IF the person who's name is drawn is NOT online, we'll be drawing another name in about 30 minutes for a chance to win $500, if that player is not online, we'll draw ANOTHER name in 15 min for $250, if not online another name is drawn in 15 min for $125, if not online, another drawing in 15 min for $50 PLAY TO WIN !!!!! This was copied and pasted from the announcement, that shows when you first come into Atlantic Interbet, late evening September 3, 2000.

What exactly does the person whos name is drawn mean? According to Websters New World Dictionary, person is defined as a human being, especially as distinguished from a thing or lower animal; individual man, woman, or child."

Well people, we may have aliases, but I believe that the above definition of a person, is exactly what a person is. Simple, isnt it? I guess not since AIB goes by double standards. They have their own definition of person.

AIB lies to and neglects regular, loyal players. When it ran a matching fund
promotion, there were "technical problems," and we regular players had to resort to
taking an additional alias in order to get matching funds. They developed a $100 sign-on bonus that was offered to new players, which we never offered nor received when we first came on. Some of us have been playing under two different aliases. Last night, a friend's other alias was called as a winner in the drawing. She had been online playing most of the day and night. Since the name called was her other alias, she was not awarded the $125.

It really doesn't matter which alias was on, since the announcement referred to
"person." When I tried to discuss this with an AIB pit, I was told several times to stay
out of it. Well folks, when a friend is being shafted, I WILL NOT keep my mouth shut.
Needless to say, the announcement has now been changed to "alias" rather than
"person," which is how it should have been all along. Again, AIB does not believe in
Truth in Advertising, but what can we expect when we have continuously been lied to by them.

Speaking of the drawing, I wonder why it is that some of the pits announce the winner is not online the same time they announce the winner. Could it be that they want to be sure that the person is not online, before they announce the name? Yes some are online, but the greatest percentage are not online and there sure are a lot of names that no one has ever seen or heard of, except some that I know of at the freebie site. Seems awfully suspicious to me.

Another example is the bonus that the regular loyal old timers were promised. Well guess what, we still havent seen it, even though promised many months ago. And to think that I once stood up for this lying, deceiving place. Well folks I have now seen the light and will let some other poor sucker pour thousands of dollars into a corrupt deceiving establishment.

And what about the prize structure? It has been lowered again. Why? Because AOL is having
problems. Give me a break. My opinion is that AOL has probably gotten wise to this place and decided not to have anything to do with them. What about the rest of us that have a different ISP? Don't we count for anything? NOPE. All we count for is giving our money to this lying, deceiving establishment.

And the matching. I seem to remember after the last fiasco that we were promised another day for matching. Again, nothing but lies.

Newbies, watch out. They love you now, but as soon as you become a regular, you will no longer be considered important in their eyes, since all they care about is recruiting newbies. You will be lied to and deceived just as we old-timers were.

Well its been a real experience dealing with this lying, deceiving establishment but alas I have had it with their lying and deceiving so Im gone. I will miss the good friends I have made; however, several of us plan to find another place to meet and play together again.

Good luck all

iBmamabear,

Although I have never played at this particular casino, I have read the entire thread... it has been most interesting.

I was wondering if they had ever come through with the bonus that an Interbet employee PROMISED ON THIS BOARD for the loyal players - it's really sad that they never did.

Casinos need to recognize and reward their loyal customers. Recruit all the newbies you want, but your loyal customers are your bread and butter.

Good luck, and thanks for the update.

Since I slammed AiB, the honorable thing to do would be to provide an update regarding my complaints.

I have been advised that AiB has honored their miswording of the advertisement. That is a start.

On the AOL situation, I was advised that prizes have to be based on the number of people playing. I can understand that, since they are a business; however, if it happens again, I would suggest that instead of saying prizes decreased due to some isp having problems, which isn't fair to the rest of us that don't have that isp, they should just say not enough playing at this point in time. I'm not sure if prizes have gone back up since AOL problems have cleared up as I haven't been back in and I had cancelled my daily email announcements of the tournament schedule.

I was also advised that they are trying to work up a matching system that will work and that will reward loyal players, as well as being advised that they are still working on the program that will give the players a bonus that will be retroactive based on the amount that has been bet since day 1.

I guess time will tell on these promises. I haven't decided if I will go back yet. I have been busy trying out other casinos and had deleted AiB from my computer. This is a decision I will have to think long and hard on.

If they will straighten up their act and keep their promises and honor their words in their advertisements as well as do some enticements for their loyal old timers and not just concentrate on newbies, this would be a nice place to play.

ibMamabear,

Thank you for the update. I know that I will continue to check to see if they follow through with their promises, so please keep in touch!

This casino was the best on the internet, but it has come to my attention that they don't tread thier patrons with respect. I have played there for over a year and my playing habbit alone would have warrented an investigation. My account was hacked and all my money was played and all they tell me is I played it from my computer, but my computer was offline and I wasn't home when this happened. I was hacked and I'm a network administrator and know its possible to make it look like it was played from a place it didn't come from. I have tried many attempts to explain this and all they say is we are sorry. WELL SORRY doesn't CUT IT OR REPLACE THE MONEY THAT WAS STOLEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. This money was stolen from and and all they can say is sorry. Well that is totally unacceptable, and I advise all players to AVIOD PLAY THERE. I know of other player that this has happened to also and again all they can say is WE ARE SORRY.

With regard to AIB's statement on why tournament prizes were lowered.... Seems to me that I have played in tournaments where there were over 30 people playing. Funny but the prizes were never consistently RAISED in those tournaments. A 25 free spin prize (or two or three) were added to the end of the prize list. I would think that the top of the prize list should be increased since it is harder to win when more people are playing. 25 free spins. $6.25. Oh Boy. That's a real prize when you are playing Keno, or Table games. Everything seems to be a double standard. They always use the excuse that best fits THEIR needs. And the lies. Constant lies. Yes, they tried to blame their cheapness on AOL. Whatever. Why not just tell the truth to begin with???

ATLANTICINTERBET CASINO HAS A HACKER. Well they still haven't replace the money that was taken from my account and I now do believe that my account was hacked from inside thier own orginization. All I get is it was done from my system and we are sorry.... Well sorry doesn't count for the more than $500.00 that was taken from my account. As they can see from my priot playing habbits(history), they would see that this wasn't played by me. So I will continue to ask them were my money is. DON'T PUT AN MONEY IN THIS CASINO, THERE IS A HACKING PROBLEM THERE. AOL has stopped all use from thier ISP to this caisno and that was my ISP... so again be very leary of this caniso now.

BEWARE OF ATLANTIC INTERBET.

1) They don't keep thier promises.
2) Dave Roffman gave out a player's confidential stats right here on Casinomeister without the player's permission.
3) I am highly suspicious that the games there are rigged. I played over 4000 hands of blackjack at Atlantic Interbet, and the losing streak was constant and ongoing with no let up.
I evealuated my results with a spreadsheet, and the empiracle SD was so far off from the theoretical results it was scary.
4) Mike From Oz, who is constantly posting at the Gamemasteronline forum, did a statistical evaluation of more than 100,000 plays of thier deuces wild video poker. He believes the game is not fair. He doesn't wish to comment on whether the game was deliberately rigged, or whether it was a programming error.

STAY AWAY - STAY AWAY - STAY AWAY
Delete Atlantic Interbet from your computer and never go back. I posted a message similar to this one a year ago, and many of the users who ignored me are now very sorry.

Hi All,

As a courtesy, I forward most of these messages to AIB so that can have a chance to respond. So far, silence. I am continually puzzled why a business won't jump to the chance to defend themselves. But maybe I shouldn't be so puzzled.

What gives?

Bryan

***** BEWARE OF ATLANTIC INTERBET *****
1. THEY DON'T DEFEND THIER PATRONS
2. THEY HAVE A HACKER WORKING IN THE INSIDE
3. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT THEY WILL ONLY SAY THEY ARE SORRY
4. DON'T PUT ANY LARGE AMOUNTS ON TO THE CASINO TO HAVE SOMEONE HACK IT AWAY.
5. YOU CAN'T ACCESS THEM THOUGH THE AOL ISP THEY HAVE BEEN BLOCKED. FOR REASON RELATED TO THINGS LIKE THIS. JUST DON'T PLAY THERE, STAY AWAY.

Regarding Flybyenite, our records clearly show that the play in question was indeed performed on his computer that he's been playing on all along, which would indicate that either someone else was using his computer, or he is just plain ole' tryin to scam... records DO indicate that the same account was accessed from another computer in July, but not when he claims his funds were "stolen".

That is a total LIE, my records clearly show that I wasn't even in the casino on the day they say I played this money...I have played from more than 5 computers and more than 4 places, so this information is incorret also. I have nothing to gain from lying about this. SO THIS IS NO SCAM..

******* ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE AND STAY AWAYS FROM THIS CASINO, BEWARE THERE IS A HACKER IN THE HOUSE, AND IT MAY BE COMING FROM WITHIN.*****

The casino alone could tell be my playing habbitS that this wasn't my play. Why would I lie about it, all I want is for them to put the money back into my account so that I may play it out.

The statement that I'm trying to Scam Atlantic InterBet is totally wrong. All I want is my money back into my account so I may play it. Here is even an option, I will not remove any money from Altantic Interbet and only play the money. This shouldn't be too hard since I have spent well over this amount there. In on day alone I played well over $3000.00 so this would be easy for you to get back from me. But I know your sorry and nothing can be done. I have e-mailed Altantic Interbet 4 times now and heard nothing. So I guess its TRUE THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THIER PATRONS. If this was a SCAM i'd be trying to get you to send me my freaking money not put it back into my account so I can just lose it to you. I think your orginization needs a make over if you don't see that.

<,<,...I have played from more than 5 computers and more than 4 places

FlyByNight,

Sounds to me like you've got nobody to blame but yourself. It doesnt appear hacking was involved, just carelessness on your part to install casino software on 5 different machines (im assuming your friends) in 4 different places (can you be at 4 places at once?) Obviously somebody from one of those 4 places used your account and played.

I am not defending AIB nor condoning them in this post, just stating an obvious observation.

No that point was to prove that they told me that I had only played from this machine and one other, but I'd played from other sources and they were totally deleted and hardrives scatched, so your point is well taken but with the precautions I took, this is not possible.
