i also talked to many supervisors and they told me it was not them double charging but the casinos, then i got lucky and talked to some one that knew her stuff, she said that the merchants have 10 days to collect or the money will go back into the cardholders acct., if under 100.00 purchace.some merchants may not see the funds pending and will run it thru again, making it a double charge, but once the first funds are collected by the merchant, the other charge will drop off, if the merchant sends a fax stating they will not collect on the second attempt, as best i understood her to say.i still dont understand it and prolly never will, i have never had problems with netspend until now
and it seems both parties are blaming each other and i with a few others are caught in the middle, she did say this wasnt a rare case and has happened before and it will all wash out even.................. we will see
