I posted this in a different thread but it looked fairly old so I am moving it & hope to get some help.

Well, this is what I came here looking for and it doesn't look good. I have had my withdrawal rejected 3 times over simple little "problems" with my documents. The thing is, I have been a member there since they had a microgaming casino. So, about 20 years? It's bad enough they are still in the 19th century with their banking. But I enjoy playing their poker & 2 casinos. Now, I am ready to call it a day with them.

My original withdrawal was for $635 leaving $200 or so to play with. After being dicked around with their "tactics", I resubmitted a withdrawal for $875, now once again, there is a "problem" with my ID. I even have a "REAL ID", you know, the new one put out in the USA now for air travel, army bases and such, with the gold circle w/a white start on the upper right corner.

Does Casinomeister have an Intertops rep and where is he/she?

Any help would be wonderful

Thanks people, I had a not so productive chat with live help. UGH!

Ok now calm down, Intertops will pay you out and before you post this as complaint you should of contact their casino rep which is active here and iam sure he will help you sort this out.

I have good experience with them, they are not the fastest but they do pay.

That's funny... I have HAD good experiences with them since they had Microgaming software. Things can and do change!

After 20 years with them, I expect better service.

I'm sorry, yes, I expect them to at least acknowledge that fact. 7 days is ridiculous, they need to bring their banking into the 20th century, not even the 21st. I'll ignore your comments from now on. You come across very poorly.

Thank you Intertops rep, but it has finally been resolved.

After 2 withdrawal rejections, 3 copies if new ID, 7 or so copies of me holding said ID to my face.(to where they could read the ID in my hand) and about 16 back and forth emails. I finally got approved and paid nine days later.

That said, Intertops seriously needs to come into the 20th century, note I said 20th not 21st

Intertops withdrawal processing terms:

"""Our Payment Department will process payouts between Monday and Friday.

The payout process will begin 48 hours (business days) after your request has been received. The processing of your request will start after this pending period. Payout times indicated refer to the actual processing and do not include the pending period."""

Seriously outdated

Good thats its been resolved.... maybe time to move to a 21st century outfit.

My (modest) withdrawals from SKY and Mr Green last night, were both in my bank account when i checked this morning - less than 12 hours

One more thought on this casino group.

Sad part about their banking practices is, if they would improve them, they would probably have more players.

I love the fact they have a poker site and 2 casinos plus a sportsbook, which I don't use, and the fact you can move money between them instantly. When I first started playing Intertops it was a Microgaming site. I don't know if they still have that since Microgaming stopped providing service to the USA. It has great potential.

Its not just casino's lately. A client of mine was applying for unemployment renewal due to pandemic layoff. They use the ID.ME site to verify US people. Now, we uploaded my clients ID, birth certificate and social security card AND done their instructions to take via phone pic and submit. We did. They kept kicking it back that it was unreadable. My CO-Worker who is legally blind could read them.... They caught hell from me for like 3 days. I agree sometimes the identification verification becomes ridiculous and overkill.

Yep - the world is so scared of a prosecution... or a DP breach fine - and they are on the ridiculously large size - like business destroying

(Don't misunderstand me - DP is critical for any business)

What is "DP"?
Data Protection.

Being in breach of data protection is seriously bad news for any business. Some stupendous fines for breaches of protecting customers personal data (Address, phone numbers, email, Name etc)

They are being passive-aggressive now.

Today is the monthly "depositors freeroll" A Tournament I have ALWAYS received a free ticket for. Keeping in mind that I play 1 sometimes 2 buy-in poker tournies every single day, and have for several years, and have always gotten the free ticket.

Today, I do not have one. Support says, I have only played in their casinos for the last MONTH and not poker, so I do not qualify for the ticket. I went to look at my payment history and low and behold, it shows NO poker tourney buy-ins for a whole month. Funny, I remember so well, the curses and name calling I yell into my computer at mean poker players in the games. I have no way to prove I was there playing all those days. My history has been scrubbed.

I mean, it really is no big deal. A little $500.00 total purse, use to be $1000. It use to be convenient on a Sunday afternoon. Now on a Monday evening (ugh) with the lower $500 purse.

I even made another deposit since my withdrawal. I think they want me to quit playing there..... after the drama of trying to get my money and finally getting it, I am tempted to leave. But, if they want to dick me around for the hell of it, little things like this freeroll incident ..... I may stick around just to be a pain in their ass.

It is just bad behavior on their part, in my opinion.
