Android / Google keyboard - autocomplete issues

I use android and Google keyboard and I experience this weird error which is limited to this forum.

If I'm typing a word and I'm offered an autocorrection for an incorrectly spelt word I cannot tap the word and have it auto correct. Instead what happens is the incorrectly spelt word gets appended with junk.

A working example is this:-

1.) Type 'goo' which offers me 'Google' as a correct word
2.) Click 'Google' from autocorrect
3.) Typed text becomes 'gooGoo'

The only way to correct this is to delete the word.

I can reproduce the issue across multiple devices with android, google keyboard and casinomeister being the common components.

Does anyone else have this issue? Am I alone? :-\

Is this only with the forum, or the entire site (reviews, etc.?)

I've tried this with my android phone and it's fine.

I only use my android keyboard on the forum so my usage is limited.

The lack of response suggests it's not a widespread problem though so not a big deal. Was asking out of curiosity more than anything else. Weird it happens on both my android phone and tablet.
