Having deposited but not yet withdrawn from Amazon Slots, I received a spin of the “Mega Reel” for levelling up, which rewarded me some free spins that landed just under £10.00 or so...

I kept wagering and checking periodically until I noticed the bonus balance had turned into £550.00 cash balance (wahoo!) so I resisted my own avaricious tendencies and clicked the option to make a withdrawal...

A pop-up eclipsed my screen, extolling the many benefits of not withdrawing and brandishing a massive “cancel withdrawal” button... after a while I found the microscopic “continue anyway” text underneath it (which was almost the same colour as the background) and continued anyway...

That’s when I got a message saying, “Your withdrawal will remain pending for 48 hours before we process it” [nothing to boast about] “during which you can reverse the request and keep playing with the funds” [you would like that wouldn’t you] “you must allow 10-14 days for withdrawals to be processed”

As they constitute the most shamelessly autocratic terms of withdrawal that I have ever encountered, I expect I am in for a bumpy ride here. So - gingerly - I ask, has anyone had any experience with getting this company to honour payouts such as mine??

Look forward to your replies!

I managed to withdraw successfully from them in the past - they just have super shitty stuff like that throughout their website. They're UK licensed, so generally you should be OK - just make sure your docs and ID are up to date etc.

Also may help to get on live chat or the phone to chase them up if it's taking a while. Hope it goes smoothly for you!

Thank you for the encouraging words, Alex.

I think my skepticism stems from two things:

a) I have not deposited for over 6 months!

b) I have not deposited anywhere near the withdrawal amount of £550.00

Combined, they present strong motivation to begrudge and deny my request. Although, I suppose all casinos will deny a withdrawal if they can find a reason to.

Any tales of woe from this casino?

Both your worries are irellevant. The only thing they MIGHT ask, is new scans of your debit/credit card if that's how you deposited - other than that, the fact you haven't deposited anywhere near the withdrawal amount shouldn't affect anything - the only thing it CAN affect, I believe, is the number of withdrawals. (I.e. if you've made one deposit, and have made 4 withdrawals, they can I think cancel them and ask you to make one large withdrawal.)

Well, I received this email almost immediately after the 48 hour 'Pending' phase had elapsed:

Hi Mbinku,

Great news! your recent withdrawal for £550.00 has been processed and will land in your bank account within 3 working days.

All the best,

The Amazon Slots team

No extra checks or quibbles, just processed it... :yahoo:

Well this is a PRIME example of why players should do their DD before depositing...

I'll get me coat..
