just was trying to dep in cw today through the alert pay option. i was not allowed to use my mastercard as i had done before. its states due to technical difficulities master card can not be processed. it also states to try again later. since my mastercard i had used is my banking card i dont think ill be using this option again. gives me a bad feeling. i would hate to have a red flag and have my bank funds frozen. if i do use this option it will be with my net s only.

the other thing u can do, and granted it will cost 4.5 %, is to sign up for an entro pay acct. and fund it with ur MC then use ur entro virtual visa for the alert pay deposits. I know that I like using the entro pay virtual any time I think the transaction might be risky bc I can control the total amount of funds that are subject to the risky transaction. When I use my bank debit, I risk having to shut the whole account down and wait for another card and... Well, u see my point...

well today i tried to use my netspend visa in my alert pay at cw and it would not allow me to go thru the motions. it says error on a big white screen. i contacted suport and they told me to send a screen shot. then after that i tried to log in my alert pay account and it allowed me to enter my password but told me it was not correct. i did it about 6 times. still nothing so i gave up. hope its technical problems and nothing to worry about. as i did use my banking card a couple times to fund .

My guess is since it wasn't being used for anything but casinos. Name 1 actual normal web site they were processing payments for. Is that there slowly being investigated or something is up with there processor. Cause they were in Canada and really not a good idea to be taking payments for people in America with being that close.

I was thinking this too, and that fact that the CANADIAN processor EWX got shut down by the DoJ, means that being based in Canada is no impediment for the DoJ.

Either they got hit, or they saw it coming and "ducked", resulting in some temporary problems. In any case, US players should NOT put MORE money in from either end until things seem to return to normal.

The recent issues with QT seem to have been the result of their "ducking & diving" in order NOT to get hit, and it seems they have succeeded, at least for now.

I am sure the aim of the DoJ is to shut down EVERY processor they can get hold of, and strangle US online gambling to death by doing so. Once all the processors are gone, the casinos have no choice but to pull out of the US.

US players need to ensure that this war does not get THEIR money when "in transit". It is safest at home, or completely offshore in a casino, the vulnerability is when it sits with a processor, or in an eWallet.

you guys i think might be correct. i noticed today when i had so much trouble with my alert pay account that support wanted a screen shot of the error page and so on and so on. now on top of it all i see that cw no longer has alert pay as a payment option. somethings up and its and i think its hush hush. i was told by a casino that alert pay might be upgrading and is down temp. im thinking its much more then that.
