Yes, I agree about Trada, not been great for the last couple of months but overall a very successful brand. I observe that the WHG casinos do quite well, again something I have experienced. Notwithstanding your Bringit issues, I found the programme of most concern was MrAffs after the changeover of platforms - the casinos were in my top 10 earners and have now plunged off the scale, as has player activity, and I had a fair few players accumulated.

Thanks for the detail, it's a great checklist for other affiliates to compare with.

With regard to MrAffiliate - I actually avoided commenting on their performance despite their Reliability figures being strong. The reasons for this are pretty simple - since the take over they've changed their aff terms and despite our repeated efforts to discuss this with them (we will not accept the new terms) have been entirely non-responsive to our communications. This has resulted in their properties being moved to Not Recommended status. Even if this program were to perform well, with the current state of play with this group we wouldn't recommend them to other affiliates or provide them with constructive feedback regarding what could be improved.

Further to this though, it's actually the old Evoke Gaming properties that were shoring up the figures for this group. Mr Affiliates (Mr Green) performed rather poorly.

Yes, 90% of my players were recruited for Vinnarum and Redbet before the changeover. They all seemed to have virtually stopped depositing for the last 7 months....

Well if player experience has changed in anyway a similar manner to our own experiences changed in dealing with this group during the double take-overs, it wouldn't at all surprise me to see players moving on ;)

That's some very interesting insides. Well done on the production of this unique content! A good read not only for operators, affiliates but imo also for players!

Very interesting read, thanks for sharing :)

Not heard of WagerJoint before?

WHG sites always generate a lot of interest, especially among bonus seekers and those who fancy a bigger deposit to maximise their chances. 100+ registrations are common within the first few days of launch and most players re-deposit at a later date (if they don't get bonus-banned beforehand!)

Only started promoting Trada in November (thanks to @JGslots recommendation) and was surprised they paid on the first working day of January. If only everyone else was that quick!

Small Canadian based outfit that went through our Auditing process a few years ago. Frankly I've been really impressed throughout. Hundreds of players sent. Very few complaints. And a management that's willing to employ a player friendly approach where they is room for leeway/discussion.

Another group I've been very impressed with. The team at the platform provider are some of the more knowledgeable I've come across in the industry, including some former UKGC peeps, and they have a very thorough/player friendly approach. If you're looking to employ advantage play techniques you're not likely to last long with them (your mentioned bonus barrings) but for regular players they are very willing to take a reasonable approach that extends beyond enforcing the letter of the terms. There are very few groups I've come in contact with that I think of more highly.

In my experience this is standard for Trada and we've been working with them for years now. Again, from a player perspective I don't think you can go far wrong with Trada.

White Hat Gaming? 21Prive, G'day etc?
I think you will find the general consensus on here different. They pretty much bonus ban people from the entire group the minute you get a withdrawal from a bonus.
From an affiliate perspective though they are spot on, and pay usually the second day of the month without fail. I've been paid on Saturday and Sunday before so not even second working day!

My concern wouldn't be with whether they choose to give their players future bonuses - every group has the right to decide where and when they offer bonuses - but whether the play with the bonuses that they have given is managed fairly. They're pretty sharp at identifying players that are unlikely to be profitable to them in the long run. I understand that players that have been banned won't be happy about that, but that in itself isn't an unfair practice and just as with operators having the right to choose where and when they offer bonuses, players have the right to choose a different operator if they're unhappy with incentive policies of any group.

Looking at these reports now I see I've very obviously missed a trick. They should include a breakdown to the Average Value of a Click. This would allow for a single statistic that accounts for both the Average Player Value and their Conversion Efficiency. That will unquestionably be an inclusion for next year.

Bonus banning anyone who has won from a bonus, across the whole group, is not targeting advantage players though as your post read. If they don't want people to ever win from a bonus, then don't offer them, as being bonus banned just pisses people off. Of course I agree that they have the right to offer or not offer bonuses to people, as do players to play there or not, but bonus banning after one win after numerous losses is not good for customer retention.

I think you're getting a rather skewed perspective on this issue - forums tend to be more fertile ground for posters who are angry than posters who are happy. Not a criticism of forums, just an acknowledgement of natural human responses. I've dealt with literally thousands of complaints and I can say with absolute confidence that I have never seen a group overlook bonus term violations so often, resulting in players being paid when they shouldn't have been, than I have with WHG. These players weren't bonus barred afterwards. The point being there are plenty of players out there who are getting paid out when playing with bonuses with this group, even ones who technically shouldn't have been, but they're much less likely to post about it in a forum.

Getting a bit off topic here though - if you'd like to carry on this convo please feel free to PM me and I can point you to several cases where this has happened.

I'm not disagreeing, I know they are a good group, just don't agree in the slightest that bonus bans are only given to advantage players, they are given to pretty much anyone who wins from a bonus, judging by the evidence on here. These aren't complaints, but just go through the free spins thread where there are numerous people stating they don't get free spins as they were bonus banned after a win. They aren't complaining, just stating facts. On G'day, I lost over 2.5k in around 12 months, from memory I took 3 or 4 bonuses from around 30 deposits, I won from the last one, not loads, think my withdraw was around £200 from a £50 deposit with a 100% match. I was bonus banned less than a week later. Thats not advantage play, and almost everyone else bonus banned gives pretty much the same story. They seem to have lifted mine now as started getting emails again just before Christmas, but they won't get another penny from me, which is what I mean by not great for customer retention.

The official line (when it was Caddell) is that as long as players keep a 60/40 or better (cash deposit/bonus award) ratio across the network of sites then you won't be bonus banned.

When players are banned from bonuses on their first deposit or after a huge win is most likely that the player broke one of the other terms of bonus i.e. increased their bet percentage significantly after a big win or played higher RTP games to meet wagering.

My deposit/bonus ratio was way under 60/40 and most certainly didn't break any terms or anything, considering some of the members who have also been BB there, I would be surprised if any were different.
