I recently joined a casino which I wont name at the moment as my account is under investigation . I joined up ,deposited ,played for a bit,won some money, then it signed me out .I tried to sign back in a message appears saying my account is blocked . I went to live help to be told due to multiple accounts i am blocked ,they couldn't tell me anymore .I found a contact number for the casino and phoned them , to cut a very long story short I was told a very large amount of accounts had been set up which had now all been blocked . My account I just set up would remained blocked under an investigation taking place .Im not sure what this investigation entails ? . I am aware my son had been playing a lot of bingo and casinos . I have spent the large majority of my time up hospital as my nan was ill ,then passed away and also my mum who lost a long battle to cancer ,my son had access to be able to set up accounts which I believe is whats happened here . The only thing that doesn't make sense is that I needed a mobile number, then a pin sent to it to verify the account , so there would be no way he could get his hands on a large amount of mobile numbers to set up accounts . I am in process of having my bank statements sent to me to check what money has come on to this casino ( if any ) .I have had my mind on so much and stressed and worried I allowed my son to even use my bank card to get money out for me and himself to do shopping ect . So who knows what else he may have used it for .My son no longer lives with me due to a lot of rows and problems , I admit he does like his online gaming an funds it himself , but I have also loaned him money in the past ,which I did sometimes get back other times not , anyhow I cant get no info off the casino in what they are doing regarding the investigation into my blocked account only a dog standard reply ,that another department is dealing with it ,they have no info until other department gets in touch with out come .All this has upset me and angered me at the same time .Will the casino keep my account blocked due to my son's actions using my name to set accounts up ? Is there a time limit they have to reply with the outcome of the investigation, any advise please .Thank you

Result

This is the result I received today - after an extensive investigation into the background of the accounts opened in your name, or linked to you, unfortunately, we are no longer willing to offer the opportunity to hold any further accounts with us.

I appreciate this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, however, our decision in this matter is final and will not be overturned at any stage in the future.

How has it taken 50 accounts later , and a win on my account of over £800 which I have now lost for them to block all accounts and do an investigation ?

What casino is it?.
Are they accredited here?
Do they have a rep here?..
If so, contact them and start there.

Are you saying you had 50 accounts with them? I'd say that's your answer right there.

I am new here ,its Maria Casino ,im not sure if they are accredited here .I will look, thank you for your advise
No problem, they are a sister site to unibet.
And unibet If im correct have a rep, so you may well be in luck.
If you have multiple accounts under the same IP address though, be warned it will cause problems.

It's under the section I gaming reps I believe on the homepage, but I may be wrong.
Hopefully more experienced members will add a comment shortly and help.
But to be honest, having multiple accounts from your own computer isn't going to go down well at all.
I'm not a defender of the casino community at all, but I'm also no advocate of trying to rip them off either.
Best of luck if your genuine, if not you will suffer the consequences.

Having a chat with your SON might prove more productive. If this wasn't you, it seems likely that your son got in too deep (you say he started borrowing off you and not paying it back all the time, and he is into online gambling) and decided to try to dig himself out of a hole by trying a bit of multi accounting. He probably didn't realise that the casinos would cross check these accounts.

However, if your son was using the same PC, same internet connection, and same details (yours), it should never have been allowed to get to the stage of 50 accounts before something got flagged.

I don't want to call OP a liar, but how many times I have a read "It's not me, it's somebody else-the child-" in this forum?

Anyway, OP, there is a few things you can do.
First you have to ask your son if he has opened multiple accounts with the casino. If his answer is yes you have a couple of options.

You can report your son to the police for "stolen ID"/"fraud", and take the police report to the casino for the evidence to show you are not the one who has opened the accounts there. You might have a chance to get your $800.

Or, if you don't want to report your son to the police which will be the case I assume-putting him in the system when he is still young can restrict his future big especially many places ask for police check up before employment nowadays-, you can forget about your $800 and you have to focus on your son to get help.
Opening an account in an online casino with Parent's ID is a one thing, but opening multiple accounts is a clear sigh of gambling addict. You should use your energy and time to help your son instead of chasing $800 you will not get.

If your son's answer is no and you believe him, but the casino insists they have evidences you have multiple accounts, you can file for PAB here. Max is the person who handle all PAB case, and the casino has to show evidences they have to MAX.
And trust me, Max is really fair when he handles PAB.
If the evidences the casino have are not solid, they will pay you $800, if the evidence the casino have are solid there is nothing Max can do, but you can go to police for stolen ID/fraud.
If the casino is satisfied with the police report there is a chance you get your $800.

Thank you also for your advise and help ,as explained in my thread buried both my nan and my mum in the last year ,both who spent much time prior in hospitals , so yes my son had access to the only internet connection we have ,I am of course fuming with him , but as you say how did the casino only flag these after I had set my own up and won it should of been flagged much earlier ,my husband had an account ,also blocked ,which he has also been informed he can't use again ,this account was blocked last November ,he was asked to issue ID which he did ,he's a casual player ,so a few weeks ago he decided to put a small amount on his account ,the account was still blocked ,he spoke with live help ,explained hed submitted I'd back in November ,they looked into it and unblocked it ,allowing him to deposit a few times after ,until they blocked my account just over 2 weeks ago ,blocking his saying its associated with multiple accounts ,so yes mad at casino they took deposits when apparantly 50 accounts existed ,I am also assuming any accounts associated with their sister sites which I have since found out are unibet, and bingo.com would also be blocked if casinos used ? Thank you

Firstly thank you for reply , I appreciate it may be a case of you have heard this before ,I am not a liar and could do without all this extra upset ,worry ,I have asked casino for print out of everything ,I had to kick my son out recently ,not an easy thing for a mum to do ,I am still grieving the loss of my mum and nan ,I am fuming with my son ,we are not even on talking terms at moment ,I have many disabilities also ,and receive disabled benefits ,my son has taken the p for years way before these accounts ,I allowed him to walk over me so to speak ,I am annoyed it took 50 accounts before an investigation was done ,also maria casino have taken deposits off my husbands account ,how was this allowed ,I am not removing blame from my son in any way ,but the casino was very lapse with security to allow 50 accounts ,as you will appreciate as a mum I can't have my son in trouble ,he needs help ,he also is grieving ,thankbyou
