Question About verification document question

casinos can declare that all documents are only accepted in English?
if the player only can provide the document in English is passport,
Other documents such as utilities bills, bank statements, or telephone bills...can not be in English.
What should he do?
Is there a detailed explanation of the terms?
need somebody help...thx!
 
Then how are they suppose to verify the documents if they can't read them? :)

That's why I'm asking which casino, it may be a foreign one. The OP is from Taiwan after all :D

I realise that if they are asking for English documents they are probably an English speaking casino, but if the OP says "Slotnuts" or something equally dodgy, we'll know where we stand there :p

Then they wouldn't need the documents in English :D

They are allowed to play but I think it says in most rules that they need to be able to provide documents that can be verified.
I'm sure they can get some documents in English from maybe a bank. Otherwise they need a translator and get the documents attested in some way.
 
Which casino? Seems a bit much to ask if the customer isn't from an English-speaking country.

because they have been asking me to prove the address in English,
but I really never seen any documrnts in English can proof my address in my life.
Now...they locked my account, there is 12000 SEK in my account.
And my English is not very well, I feel helpless...

That is totally ridiculous! :eek:
If a casino is not going to accept documents in the language of the player's country - then they shouldn't accept any players from that country in the first place.

Exactly. They might as well be asking for Portuguese documentation, it's just as arbitrary ffs.

I guess this is your first contact with a casino.

Be prepaired that all casinos you will sign up to in the future will ask you for the same thing.
They are willing to let you play but you will have to be able to verify yourself in English.

I don't know how you can get those documents but I'm sure you can find out. Good luck!
 
Support was a bit rude. Never heard of this casino before, but if you can provide them with a photographic ID then why can't they just google what a taiwanese ID looks like and compare.

For proof of address I would go with online bank statement downloaded in full pdf. That will prove it wasn't tampered with and it's legit.

Unfortunately I think this is just stalling on casino side and you should PAB.

But if it's in Chinese they can't see anything. Not name, dates or even numbers. How will they know that it's the person that have signed up?

It has been those cases before and they had to have them translated to get paid.

at first, I thought same way too...
after all....it all happened after I make the "second withdrawal request".
now is the second verification...

Good to hear that you have solved the problem yourself.

For the record the PAB service is offered in English only. In other words anything you submit to us that is not in English -- and I mean understandable English, not Google Translator gibberish -- cannot and will not be accepted. If you speak another language then get someone -- not something -- to help you translate, there are often people on the forums that can help you out with small things (a few sentences or so).

The bottom line is that if I can't read and make sense of it then I won't accept it, full stop. Yes I know that sucks if you only speak some non-English language(s) but there it is.
